Villa vacation rentals in Bavaria

We were for a girls vacation in the beautiful laundry house in Grassau. The place is totally cute and shopping is within walking distance. The location is a very good starting point for hikes on site, but day trips to Königssee or Tegernsee can also be reached within an hour's drive. Lake Chiemsee is "next door" and there are plenty of possibilities there too. The house was super nicely decorated and we felt very comfortable.

Everything perfect! We will be happy to come back. Thanks for the wonderful Villa Kunterbunt! An oasis in nature.

A beautiful house that has fully fulfilled our wishes as shown in the pictures. Due to its strategically good location, there are a variety of opportunities for activities. Lisa had also left great tips (also for restaurants). We definitely recommend the place.

We stayed with Nathalie for the second time and felt very comfortable. Everything clean and very individually decorated. There's something new to discover every time. Since we were there every time in winter, we did not yet enjoy the beautiful garden and the great terrace. It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The house is centrally located and everything is within walking distance (train station, center, restaurants, bakery...). Nathalie is the warmth in person. We'll be happy to come back.

Really happy with our stay. Communication with the host was great. The house was beautiful, magical and clean. It had some interesting and vintage furniture and collector’s items, which made it very special. It had everything to cook, also clean towels, etc. The location was really great too - close enough to the center but located in a peaceful residential neighborhood with a really good bakery nearby. We spent the long Easter weekend in Daniel's accommodation. Since we were traveling with a large group, the house was perfect. Our two dogs also felt right at home. From here, we made nice excursions to Landsberg am Lech, Forggensee and a little further. Daniel was a wonderful host. Super accessible, responded quickly to questions and was incredibly accommodating and understanding. We sincerely thank you for the lovely stay!

I organized a two-day crime dinner for my friends and I and was able to prepare and organize it perfectly in the house for a total of 14 guests! The angled house and the various activities throughout the house give you the opportunity to split into smaller groups and pursue different things and the large dining table allows a nice get-together. The location is quiet and relaxed and storks can currently be seen, which only made the surroundings all the more pleasant.

Ideal for large groups!! Very spacious house with perfect equipment in the kitchen. The rooms are all spacious and are also very suitable for business travelers. Alexander is a great host, everything was as described. Glad to come back!!!

We stayed here with our family of 12 people ages 5-82 and had an absolutely wonderful time. The house is beautiful and the town of Garmisch is fantastic. Tons to do, absolutely stunning location, easily walkable to a million things. We hope to be back.

What a fantastically beautiful retreat surrounded by nature! The Suttenhütte is not just a place to stay – it is a lovingly designed home decorated with so much heart and attention to detail. Simply mega. Every morning we were greeted by a curious fox. & the starry sky is a blast.
We immediately felt at home and felt welcome here. It is a place to arrive, feel comfortable. This place gives peace, inspires and invites you to dream. From the bottom of our hearts, we look forward to coming back.

We had a really nice weekend in Adventure Bavaria's Burg Villa! Everything was very well communicated and easy to find, the self-check-in uncomplicated. The house is spacious, very cozy and perfectly equipped (with top coffee maker) - especially the terrace with mountain views is a dream. We are completely satisfied and would come back any time. Sinisa was very accommodating and extremely helpful in recommending local restaurants and shops. His house is beautiful and perfect for families or couples. Very clean, well presented and open plan which is exactly what we were looking for. Great host and great property.

We could not be happier with our stay at Hotel Villa Ludwig. The private villa is an entire private residence which is both luxurious and historic. The staff are lovely and treated us like family from the moment we arrived. They ensured that all our needs were met, were very responsive, and took the time to answer questions and make helpful recommendations. Fresh breads with butter, honey, and jams were delivered to the Villa each morning, and they even included gluten free options. The property is at the base of the Neuschwanstein Castle, so the location is very close to both castles in Schwangau. It is also close to local restaurants and stores. We would highly recommend staying at Hotel Villa Ludwig and plan to stay here again. Thank you to Jessica and her colleagues for making our vacation special and for being so gracious and hospitable.

Beautiful quiet location, nice host, very large garden, great pool, shopping and excursion destinations easily accessible by car. The accommodation was exactly as described. We will be happy to come back.

This is our third time staying with Oliver and, as always, super satisfied with both the uncomplicated handling and the house itself, in which we felt at home!

We were already in the forestry for the second time. This time in the annex. Everything is clean and tidy, the location is great. We are happy to come a third time, then come in the summer. Those traveling in a group are superbly accommodated here.

It was a very nice quiet and large complex. The pool was nice and big and clean. Very suitable for families.. :)

Lovely home in a lovely location. Travel tip: Exactly follow house rules and have a vehicle is required, as the house is located remotely from the store and lake. Very nice hosts, all problems were solved with Kiara in the best possible way. Be sure to read the rules in the voucher carefully and you are provided with a paradise vacation.
