Vacation rentals with breakfast in Bavaria

I cannot express enough how kind Seema and her partner were to us during our stay. We managed to check in early and we're even provided small breakfasts in the morning and coffee free of charge! The hospitality could not have been better. The house was large and spotless as well. We 100% recommend!! Thanks both 😃

I stayed with Michaela for 3 days as part of a seminar and I did not regret not staying on the island in an accommodation. Michaela is a great woman who pays a lot of attention to her guests and at the same time leaves enough space for them. You immediately feel at home with her. Very hospitable, idyllically located, everything as described, very clean, everything available, easy to be there, I can only recommend it, even with breakfast

The cottage was exactly what I was looking for a few days at Lake Tegernsee. Michaela is a good-hearted person and always cares about the well-being of the guest. From the first moment you feel like you're in Grandma's room and incredibly comfortable. There was a varied breakfast every morning and nice conversations where it will go in the day. Michaela always had tips ready and good advice on how best to get to the hiking destinations by public transport. At the end of my stay, I got a cold and promptly got a tea pot and kettle. Really a very great stay, which I can only recommend to everyone. The accommodation also included a piece of terrace, which invites you to linger in warm temperatures. 100 m around the corner is directly the lake, 10 minutes away the nearest bus stop. If you also like to wake up in the morning with cow bells and horses, this is the place to be.

If we could give more than 5 stars we would. This is what Airbnb is all about. Jane and Brent were wonderful friendly hosts Their home is amazing and secluded with wonderful walks on the doorstep. Breakfast was exceptional. We could not rate our all too short stay more highly. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and oasis of tranquility

Sascha’s place was cute and cozy. The room was clean with two single beds. It had a TV and a kettle to heat water. The bathroom attached to the bedroom was also very clean and had all necessary utilities. Overall a nice place to spend the weekend!

Beautifully equipped apartment, everything available, nice interaction

Clear, bright and easy to find apartment. Modern furnished. Parking space essential and super useful but poorly placed at the bottom of the parking lot wedged between a wall and a rail, watch out for paint chips when opening the doors... The area is well served by bus, and an Edeka is a 5-minute walk, great! Christoph is very easily reachable and answers questions quickly and efficiently. At night, the street is very busy and noisy (we came in April 2025, it was nice and warm, and I don't think I can sleep with the windows open in summer...). In the apartment, nothing is missing to be able to live there on a daily basis except a washing machine: it is in the description of the ad but it is not in the apartment, where is it? For us, French people who do not practice the same waste sorting as you in Germany, we did not find any clear instructions, please make an effort to explain them...

I would definitely recommend this place. Great location, everything clean, very friendly landlords and the breakfast was fantastic. We felt extremely comfortable here. EXCELLENT

Beautiful and spacious accommodation with separate kitchen and roof terrace for one person in a quiet location, yet everything is easily accessible. Check-in is very relaxed and Doris is a friendly hostess. Top value for money, happy to come back!

We checked in with Martin and Manuela for 2 nights. Communication was perfect and the beautiful apartment was exactly as described. We chose the place mainly because of its proximity to Legoland. In summer, it is certainly even nicer when the swimming pond is usable. However, we were fully satisfied.

Anna's small guesthouse is quiet, comfortable and family-run. You don't stay in an anonymous apartment owned by a property owner, but in the home of a very friendly family. The nature in the immediate vicinity is beautiful Thanks for a nice time!

Alex and Karoline’s are amazing kind hearted hosts who made us feel very welcomed in Munich in their beautiful house. Alex was very proactive communicator with local recommendations and guidance for any inquiries we had. It is sweet touch of the owners’ to serve lovely breakfast every morning. One of the few AirBnB’s we felt like home. Flexible check-in timings, house was very easy to find with free parking beside the house if you are reaching by car. Convenient location one of the nearest S-Bahn stops is “Mittersendling” 12 mins walk from the house in 9-13 mins reaches Munich Hbf we used this way of transportation however you have plenty of bus options also nearby. Clean house with comfy beds. We would definitely choose Alex’s house for our next visit.

Martina is a very friendly and helpful hostess who has gone to great lengths to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The room with bathroom is nicely decorated and very clean. Breakfast was sumptuous and varied. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Breakfast was very nice, very walkable to many restaurants, great location for the train station and other public transportation, and the room was very comfortable. We were completely satisfied with our accommodation, although WiFi was not particularly strong, so it was hard to stay connected.
