Vacation rentals with breakfast in Bavaria

I cannot express enough how kind Seema and her partner were to us during our stay. We managed to check in early and we're even provided small breakfasts in the morning and coffee free of charge! The hospitality could not have been better. The house was large and spotless as well. We 100% recommend!! Thanks both 😃

I had a wonderful stay at Ricarda’s place. The apartment was cozy and had everything I needed. Ricarda was a fantastic host — always friendly, helpful, and attentive. It was very easy to get from Regensburg by bus, which made it even more convenient. If I come back to this area, I’ll definitely try to stay here again or recommend it to my friends. Christoph and Katrin's house is wonderful. It was even nicer than the photos (very rare!). The house is big and spacious, with very comfortable rooms and lots of places to hang out. The garden is beautifully maintained, private and inviting. The pool was amazing - it was over 30C when we were there so spent a lot of time in the pool which is clean and well maintained. The house is very stylish period house, with mid century furniture and relaxing atmosphere. It was very clean and tidy. There were enough towels left for us (and spares) and clean bed linen on all the beds. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking in, with lots of utensils. There is more than enough cutlery, plates, glasses etc. The garden has some lovely furniture including deckchairs and a shaded dining set. There is a separate BBQ area with a good grill available and a enough space to sit a whole group. There is ample parking on the street outside. In short, we LOVED it and would love to come back.

Very lovely gem. We only stayed one night but felt right at home. The house stands out as a family home complete with pictures. It had all amenities and more. It is definitely not modern but that gave it its own charm.. Heinz and Lydia were very friendly and everything was great. They also prepared breakfast for us, asking ahead of time what we wanted (with a paper to fill out). I recommend it wholeheartedly.

I felt very comfortable at Ingo and Gaby's. At first, I had concerns because it was not a completely private accommodation, but that was unfounded. Both are very courteous, very nice and give interesting tips for the area. The location at the train station a few steps away allows quick excursions to Munich or the surrounding area. Shopping and various restaurants are within easy reach. The space is modern and clean. So in short: thank you for the nice week!

Clear, bright and easy to find apartment. Modern furnished. Parking space essential and super useful but poorly placed at the bottom of the parking lot wedged between a wall and a rail, watch out for paint chips when opening the doors... The area is well served by bus, and an Edeka is a 5-minute walk, great! Christoph is very easily reachable and answers questions quickly and efficiently. At night, the street is very busy and noisy (we came in April 2025, it was nice and warm, and I don't think I can sleep with the windows open in summer...). In the apartment, nothing is missing to be able to live there on a daily basis except a washing machine: it is in the description of the ad but it is not in the apartment, where is it? For us, French people who do not practice the same waste sorting as you in Germany, we did not find any clear instructions, please make an effort to explain them...

Bettina and Stefan were great, we had a nice stay. Took the S-Bahn into Munich, station only 10-15 min walk away. The breakfast was great, left us well nourished for quite a while!

clean accommodation. close to shops. nice place. even if in view of the weather the air conditioning was not necessary, it is a shame that in the presentation of the apartment this one is planned.

We had a wonderful time at the house. Three generations can meet here in the huge living space and still retreat and enjoy privacy. Cozily furnished, a great view of the countryside, a well-equipped kitchen. And if we had extra wishes, they were gladly fulfilled. Many thanks for the friendly hosts.

The check-in was very flexible thanks to a super guide from Steffen. I felt very comfortable upon my arrival in the beautiful and cozy accommodation. I would therefore plan my four-night stay in exactly the same way.

A fantastic place ! The room was very cosy and spacious with the bathroom. Anna was so nice and warmly welcomed us. The breakfast was amazing ! Highly recommended!

We had an amazing experience in Munich! Alex and Karoline were exceptionally nice and attentive hosts, greeting us with a chilled beer upon our arrival and ensuring that everything was flawless during our stay. Breakfast was thoughtfully laid out every morning, and made it easy to start the day and go explore Munich. On mornings when they were not at home, we would discover a lovely note wishing us a wonderful day. I have never felt so welcomed in an Airbnb. If (or rather, when) I come back to Munich, this will definitely be my preferred accommodation!

We felt very comfortable with Gabi. From booking to checking out, everything worked out perfectly. Gabi even allowed us to check in late at night. She prepared breakfast with love. You can tell that Gabi loves to have guests and we highly recommend her place.

We were in transit to Austria so decided to take B&B in Waldbuttelbrunn looked up via Google. Location was easy to find via google map. Reception by Agnes was friendly. Received information regarding breakfast, etc. Everything looked clean and fresh. The next morning had a delicious breakfast and on to Austria. Definitely a recommendation to visit Agnes.

It was a wonderful stay. Very warm, quiet, great breakfast, extremely uncomplicated. What can I say, I'd be happy to do it again.

We were very warmly welcomed by Derya, despite late arrival, sauna use was possible, a great breakfast was served to us in the morning and with warmth and hospitality.

It's been great 2 days staying here, really a great experience for first-timer Germany visitor!
