NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in downtown Rosenheim. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

We "ZurMelberi" live in the recreational area "Franconian Lake District." If you like it quiet and yet want to reach the lake landscape quickly, you have come to the right place. Our village belongs to the town of Spalt, which is 7 km away. The air-conditioned attic apartment in studio design is equipped with two double beds for max. 4 people from 18 years. There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

The space is quite big, 110 square meters, the warm tropical wood floor with the fireplace in combination with the modern furniture will make you feel at home. It is the perfect destination for holiday or business traveler(2 desks available)and everyone can enjoy the 1.600 square meters garden, outdoor pool (May 1st-Sept. 1st),sauna,hot tub,infrared cabin.

Das helle Apartment bietet von zwei Balkonen spektakuläre Aussichten auf die Alpen sowie das Schloß Neuschwanstein. Es liegt direkt am Forggensee (Stausee). The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Beautiful Apartment near the Lake Constance

The apartment is situated in Seelfingen, a small idyllic village, only 9 km away from the Lake Constance. It is an ideal region for a relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. The apartment has 56 m² and is situated on the first floor of a house. The apartment has one room, which is divided in sleeping area containing one double bed, sitting area with sofa and 2 armchairs and a fully equiped kitchen. The bathroom is dotated with shower and toilet. You are welcome in our apartment!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Unser liebevolles Haus mit Wohlfühlgarten liegt in absolut ruhiger Idylle mit Blick auf die Kampenwand und lädt ein sich vom stressigen Alltag zu erholen. In nur 5 Gehminuten erreicht man das Chiemsee Strandbad. Vor der Haustüre befinden sich sehr gut ausgebaute Rad- und Wanderwege in die Felder und Moore. Living in a Gründerzeit house: Unique, cozy & a bit more beautiful! The modern loft apartment is located in a beautiful Gründerzeit house in the Hof city center. Pedestrian zone and train station are each only a few minutes walk away. The loft has a kitchenette, a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub as well as a floor-level shower. The ceiling spotlights can be adjusted in color to create an individually cozy ambiance for bathing.
