Cozy construction trailer to feel good, in the garden with pear and apple trees and with two ducks. Idyllic in all seasons. The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

With us you are in the countryside and can still experience a lot! Between meadows & forests lies the village of Hofsingelding. It is only a 10-minute walk to the S2 to Munich, Messe, Erding. Our accommodation is the ideal base for your exploration/shopping tour in the Bavarian capital! 10 minutes by car or 2 train stations away, you will find wellness & fun at the Therme Erding! The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind.
