Very pretty place where to stay like at home

If you love pure nature, it's just awesome. We had seen deer every morning and evening. It was just nice to sit on the terrace and watch the deer and birds. 30 minutes from the Drachensee, it is also worth making a detour.

The hosts both Caroline and Alexander are very friendly and responsive. Communication was perfect and the check in was very easy. The pictures don’t do the place the justice. It’s so much more beautiful than on the pictures. It’s a wonderful place and very peaceful. The house itself is so well equipped. You can definitely tell that the owners spends a lot time and money to renovate it. The house was super clean. The sauna was a hit, also our children enjoyed it very much. We spend a lot of time playing in the garden and enjoyed a local bier garden. I recommend this house to anyone who values privacy and peaceful space, where you can easily relax surrounded by the forest and enjoy waking up in a exceptionally comfortable and beautifully decorated house. Will definitely come back.

The place was very nice. It was a little warm, but there were also two fans. The furnishings were great. Everything was clean. Nothing was missing. Hosts were very kind and accommodating. We traveled a lot and it was always pleasant to come back to the accommodation. Very cozy.

Arnbruck is the perfect starting point for hiking the 'big 8' mountains in the Bavarian Forest. The house is in a chalet style and is extremely comfortable. To come back from a tiring hike and take a sauna or light the fireplace rounds out the day and makes Johann's accommodation a very special holiday home.

With one laughing and one wistful eye, we look back on our stay with Georg and Gisela. Nostalgic, because time passed too quickly and we could have stayed forever... A week was just too short! Laughing, because it was so beautiful and we are already looking forward to our next visit to Waltersberg. We can only agree with all previous great reviews. Georg and Gisela are wonderful hosts, as they could not be better: attentive, warm, helpful and in short people to like. The house was charming, cozy, sparkling clean and well equipped as expected, the beautiful garden very idyllic, full of flowers and well maintained, the charming surroundings and the short distances to the most beautiful mountain and lake landscapes are worth a trip anyway. Nicole is an excellent host. Communication with her is smooth. The house is even more beautiful for me personally in reality than in the pictures. The equipment is absolutely modern; the technology (sauna, hot tub, etc.) works. You feel "at home" very quickly. An absolute recommendation on my part.

Great place to stay in a quiet location. We enjoyed the morning view of the lake and the tranquility very much. The place was cozy, clean and the terrace a great place to relax. Only the WiFi connection was a bit "fragile" at times, but we were on vacation and everything else was great! Thanks a lot!

We had a great time in Eppenschlag! The apartment is really very nicely furnished and the beautiful garden outside is pure idyll. The landlords are also super friendly and helpful. In terms of equipment, we lacked nothing and we felt super comfortable. We will be happy to come back!

A spectacular place, Till is very friendly, always has a good disposition and tries to be aware of the needs of his guests, super open to communication and has very good recommendations for activities to do, but what made it special was the treatment he gave my 3 dogs, he took excellent care of them and as it was raining when we arrived, he had towels ready to dry them.

This was a feel-good vacation at its best: an extremely accommodating host, a beautiful quiet place where you immediately felt at home, very tasteful, large bedrooms with balcony and a great environment for all who like hiking, cycling, golfing or just want to enjoy the nearby lake. We will definitely be back!

The place was incredibly beautiful, the view a dream. At the private beach access, which you share with other parties, there is always enough space for everyone. In the apartment there were lovely details, books en masse, something for everyone. In the nearby area, there is so much to discover and experience that there is something for everyone and yet you are private for yourself

Bastian and his beautiful Mother were wonderful hosts. We highly recommend this place! It's a three minute walk to the train which takes you anywhere.

I was here a few days with my 1.5 year old daughter. Susanna provided extra children's dishes, a children's towel and a toy box with Lego Duplo - great! I felt very welcome. What was also remarkable was that despite the attic, it was pleasantly cool (in June). You can completely darken the apartment - also important with a child. Otherwise, everything was clean, spacious and everything you need was there. You have a great view from the balcony into the mountains and you can get there very quickly. We will be happy to come back.

Wonderful apartment overlooking Neuschwanstein and deer in the grass field. Good base for sightseeing and hiking in the hills

The birdsong wakes you up in the morning and you drink the first coffee on the balcony overlooking the countryside while the water splashes in the pond. We had a wonderful stay in Johanna's green oasis. The apartment is chicly furnished with great colors and tasteful decor. The kitchen is also very well equipped - sharp knives and well-preserved utensils. Work works with the existing WiFi most of the time. Munich is a 30-minute drive away.

We stayed there 12 days on summer vacation in the pre-season. The apartment is perfectly equipped, lovingly furnished and from the private terrace you have a beautiful view of the mountains. By bike or car, an ideal location for activities in all 4 directions. Simone was very friendly, unobtrusive and gave us some tips. We would come back anytime and can recommend the apartment.

Arne and Christine are perfect and accommodating hosts! The place was very clean, the quiet location beautiful and the view of the lake unique.

I liked it because the house was so tidy. They were considerate of us so that we could comfortably use the first floor as a private house while traveling with our family. When you need help, they come and solve it right away, and the chat response is fast~~. Both of them were so kind. I booked it again on the last day of our trip~~:) Always happy. Thank you.

The apartment was great, visually and the amenities were very good. The location to Lake Starnberg was also very suitable for us.

My mother and I had spent 5 nights in this pearl of apartment in early April. We were totally flashed by this apartment from second 1 - it is even more beautiful than in the photos. Everything is decorated with so much love for detail. High quality and practical. we were even able to spend a few hours on the sunbeds and have dinner on the terrace. In the evening, you can quietly hear the river ripples before falling asleep in these comfortable beds like a baby. The car is well taken care of in the garage and there was even a piece of felt on the wall that on the driver's side you do not accidentally damage the door when getting out. in the apartment there are helpful tips for things to do/hiking recommendations, instructions for the apartment and restaurant tips. we were eating at 3 of the recommended restaurants - it was a palate. we also had the pleasure of meeting Petra - very likeable. Thanks for the great break
