Our apartment is decorated with reclaimed wood, stone, and high-quality materials in the Alpine style. Most of the furniture is beautiful individual pieces. We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.

The Raffner Hof in Ruhpolding – Chiemgau / Bavarian Alps The apartment is located in the quiet district of Stockreit with wonderful views of the Chiemgau mountains. Ideal for hiking and biking. The climbing forest and the Flyline at Unternberg also offer adventure. Grocery stores, butchers, bakeries, restaurants and the train station are approx. 15 minutes' walk or 3 minutes' drive. Ruhpolding is also the perfect base for numerous excursion destinations in the surrounding area.

With great attention to detail, we have created a small haven of peace for those seeking relaxation here at the beautiful Waginger See. Our Tiny House "Gänseblümchen" is with about 16 sqm a cozy retreat and has everything you wish for a relaxing vacation. Very special is your private wellness area with barrel sauna and hot tub, which can also be a refreshment in the summer. In the house you can enjoy the mountain view in the hammock or relax in bed streaming something.

You'll find yourself immersed in nature, away from the village's hustle and bustle, yet perfectly positioned for adventure. Cross-country ski trails, cycling routes, hiking paths, and the gondola lift to the Winkelmoosalm all start right at your doorstep.

This stylish property is perfect for family vacations, group excursions and mountain enthusiasts. Whether in winter on the ski slopes, on the toboggan run, or for cross-country skiing, as well as in summer for biking, hiking or walking through beautiful forest paths. There are many hiking opportunities and attractions nearby.

In addition, the yoga room, sauna (€20 fee), spring water pool, home theater, and large terrace with grill and fire pit can be shared. Snowshoes are also available.
