Our small 60 m² apartment offers you everything you need from the interior - in addition to a great view of our local mountain, the Ötscher (1898 m), but also in the idyllic landscape of the Mostviertel. Through the windows, which open up to a direct view of the neighboring fields and forests… Our location is very quiet on the one hand, on the outskirts of Wieselburg-Land, on the other hand it is only 5 km to the Ybbs west highway entrance. It was our 2nd stay at Philipps apartment. As in October 2024, we felt completely comfortable. Everything was in good order in the apartment, the location is ideal because all important facilities (supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, doctors, ATM,...) are within a few minutes' walk. Fantastic, very large apartment, equipped to the smallest detail. There is a lot of love for detail in this apartment. The different lighting options available alone... Listening to the radio in the shower or toilet, air conditioning, fireplace, underfloor heating. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. Living room with fireplace, large TV, books, games, DVDs, X-Box, etc. 2 minutes away a Billa for shopping. Cleanliness was simply great! Friendliness as well. If we had something to "complain about" then at the highest level, that you could put a small cosmetic bucket in the toilet. We were more than satisfied and would love to come back.
