Quirky Designer Pad with a Seamless Blend of Old and New

Our apartment is located in the Budapest Broadway, at the border of the 6th and the 5th district.The building was built in 1903 according to the plans of Alfred Wellisch and it is in nice condition now. The elevator takes you up to the top floor (3rd floor), where you see wide original cement tiles on the corridor floor. In the corner on the left-hand-side you will find the front door of the apartment. Upon entering the apartment you find yourself in the spacious entry hall. Immediately on the right you find the bathroom no.1, following that comes the laundry then the on left side is the bedroom no.2. If you go straight, you arrive to the huge living room. After entering the living room you can find bedroom no. 1 on the right side. You will locate a "secret" door in there (on the right side). Behind it there is a walk-in warderobe and crossing it you arrive to the bathroom no.2. The apartment has very high quality in every details. We have many designer pieces.:-) Equipment: Wifi, Samsung Smart UHD"46"tv with keyboard, Satellite channels, Washing machine, Iron, Drying rack. Kitchen: Microwave, Stove, Induction hot plate, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Nespresso coffee machine with milk foamer, Water heater, Toaster, Cooking utensils, Cutlery, Plates, Glasses. Bathrooms: Hair Dryers, Towels, Liquid soap. Bedrooms: Sat TV, High quality bed linen, Springbox comfort beds. We are open to fulfill special requests. When you arrive to the address I will be waiting for you at the main entrance of the building and helping you with your luggage. I will then explain the most important things about the apartment, the surroundings and the the city. I can also help you with transport from and to the airport or train station. I am on a 24hour duty when I have guests. During your stay you can contact me on phone, viber, skype, messenger, whatsapp. The apartment is around the corner from the grand boulevard in Budapest's historic downtown area, close to the Opera, St Stephen's Basilica, the Hungarian Parliament Building, the WestEnd shopping center, and the city's famous ruin bars. The elevator in the building is only to be used to go up, after arriving, it has to be sent back to the ground floor.
