Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Budapest

The accommodation is cozy, nicely furnished, fully equipped. The view is fabulous, there are wonderful sights in the area. Miklós and his family recommended great places and programs. The stairs may be a challenge for a lowlander, but every step was absolutely worth it.

A beautiful spot where you can swim in the lake! it was very very clean and modern inside and the hospitality was incredible as they helped us with some transportation during our stay!

We had a great time and we recommend this place for a short break. Well equipped and cleaned. Definitely came back again.

The host is very friendly and helpful. The house looks even better live than in the pictures. We felt really good, relaxed, we had all the comfort we needed and moore. The price it’s really correct, I would say even that you get moore than what you pay for. We felt ourselves like home, really warm place and for us this is very important. Our stay in Benes' stylish, impeccably clean apartment in Budapest was just perfect. Upon our arrival we found cold drinks, sparkling wine and homemade Palinka in the fridge, which immediately made us feel welcome. The location in a quiet, safe area was ideal for exploring the city by car. The flexible check-in using a door code and a key box was particularly convenient as we were able to arrive according to our own schedule. Bene even made sure that a cleaner came in the middle of our stay, which increased the comfort even more. Although Bene could not receive us personally, he was always eager to ensure our well-being and was always available. We highly recommend Bene's hospitality and his accommodation.

Imre is a fantastically friendly and caring host. We rented it for a bachelor party for a weekend, which was a great success! A spacious venue provided an opportunity for an 11-person LAN party for whiskey tasting and cooking. Due to the location's characteristics, we were not disturbed and we did not disturb others with loud music or conversation in the middle of the night. Imre was absolutely flexible when leaving, there was no problem with the handover either. I highly recommend it to anyone who can appreciate the opportunities described above in a place to stay.

The villa is beautiful and very well equipped. It is in a nice and peaceful neighborhood, and is perfect for a family reunion and relaxation if you want to be away from the craziness of the city. The house is about 30 minutes away from Budapest by car, and 50 minutes away by public transportation. The house is super clean, functional, comfortable, and offers a stunning view to the surrounding Buda hills. Betty, the owner, and host of the house, is a super nice, welcoming, and friendly lady. She came to greet us at the check-in in person, showed us around, and explained everything we needed to know. We had some special needs at the check-in, and check-out, and she was very understanding, and super flexible both times. We enjoyed the heated pool, the sauna, the hot tub, and the gym every day during our stay. All of them were super clean and very well maintained. We liked everything about the villa. We will definitely come back here whenever we will visit Budapest. Thank you, Betty!

Gergely and his wife were absolutly amazing ❤️ Very helful, very open and friendly. Their house is gorgeous, even better than on the photos. Great huge kitchen and the garden is TOP! The house is on perfect place, near to everything what is in Buda important, but still comfortable and quiet place. We will for sure come back one day!!! Thank you Greg! See you soon!!!

In real life it is twice better than on photos. Big, clean, cozy, relax Villa with a lot of private spaces, so even if you have big group all of them can find place for relax from each other if needed. Great sauna, big jacuzzi, big pool. A lot of staff, toys for the baby and infants (even a pool is secured from the baby if needed). You can stay with dogs since all the territory 100% secured and fenced. 1 parking spot on the territory, and about 3 parking space just behind the fence. Totally recommended!

The place is very calm, huge garden, the house matches the pictures and descriptions. The outdoor unit alone was a little more polluted, but it was beyond fault, as the trees and dust were raining. The interior is comfortable, clean.

We had a great stay! The accommodation offers a beautiful view and a perfect location, especially in the summer — but honestly, it’s a great place to visit all year round. The heating works really well, so it’s warm and cozy even in the colder months. It’s quiet, clean, and well-equipped. I'm quite particular about bedding, and I was pleasantly surprised — everything smelled fresh and was spotlessly clean. The bed was super comfortable, the TV had a great selection of channels, and the Wi-Fi was excellent. We visit Esztergom regularly, so we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended accommodation and a wonderful host!
