We recently stayed at Raj Villa in Trivandrum, and it was a truly memorable experience. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, Mr. Bijju was incredibly helpful and attentive. He guided us through everything — right from our arrival, helping with local information, to adjusting our plans when needed. We were a family of 10, and the house felt just like our own. It was spacious, clean, and homely — not once did we feel like we were staying in someone else's place. Every corner of the house reflected comfort and warmth. What touched us most was how difficult it was to say goodbye — we genuinely felt sad leaving. It’s rare to find such a perfect combination of hospitality and homely comfort. Highly recommend Raj Villa to anyone visiting Trivandrum — especially families looking for a cozy, peaceful stay with amazing support from the host!

I enjoyed my stay very much. The house is very beautiful, special and clean. The cozy bed and tasteful interior design made me feel like home. For me it was the best accommodation in India so far. Shajin is an amazing host, extremely friendly and caring. He proactively provided tips, helping me to make the best out of my trip. Highly recommended!

Such a great stay! The room is cosy, clean and everything in working order. Edwin was responsive and helpful which made check in and finding the place easy. Close to the beach and walking distance to nice restaurant. Nice outside area to sit. The home cooked South Indian breakfasts were varied and absolutely delicious! Highly recommend.

Great property with all amenities. Highly recommended. Only challenge was to reach to this property. Well maintained house with excellent amenities including clean swimming pool.

Well maintained property, clean and homely

We had a wonderful time at the villa, living to the sound of ocean waves. Especially because we were celebrating our brother and sister in law's wedding, it was lovely to see the place decorated for them. Robin was so helpful, thank you very much!

This place was absolutely magical! It was exactly as described, but experiencing it in person was even better. Caretaker Rajan was an absolute gem—so kind, humble, and attentive. And oh, his dosas are out of this world—don’t miss them! We were thrilled to have some adorable furry friends (a sweet Beagle) join us, adding so much joy to our stay. It was my wife’s birthday, and this place made it unforgettable in the best way possible. We left with hearts full of happiness and can’t wait to come back again!

It is indeed a peaceful home away from home in the heart of Trivandrum. Reghu and Bindu were very friendly and caring hosts. It was very peaceful relaxing stay and we felt right at home. Great eateries are just around the corner. Hope we could get a chance to stay at their place again, during our next travel to Trivandrum. Thank you :)

I stayed on the first floor room with a balcony. It was extremely great, surrounded by nature, Easy access to the peak locations, and the host's care. Everything was perfect:)

(Non AC room) Elegant and slightly off the beaten path, this mini apartment is just what you need to stay connected to the centre whilst having a private space of our own.

We had the pleasure of staying at Binumon's studio apartment in the heart of Trivandrum for 3 nights, and I can't express how wonderful the experience was. Binumon truly went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional, and I couldn't be more grateful. First and foremost, Binumon's flexibility and understanding were remarkable. We had a late check-in and a late check-out request, and he accommodated both without hesitation. His willingness to adjust to our schedule made our trip much smoother and stress-free. The studio apartment itself was nothing short of amazing. It was well-maintained, impeccably clean, and had all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was evident throughout the space, from the cozy bedding to the well-equipped kitchenette. It truly felt like a home away from home. What made this stay even more special was that our family, including 2 babies and their grand mom, spent their time here with absolute comfort!

Very nice place close to the Varkala cliff. Sujeesh waited for me at the helipad, and was extremely friendly. The place is adjacent to the helipad - which is a prime location in Varkala. You can take a promenade in the evening and explore the local markets, restaurants, and the beach, which are very close by. Janardhana Swamy temple (which is a 2000 years old Hindu temple) is just walkable distance from this place. You would be able to find many adventure sports also nearby. Overall a good experience.

Both Sujeesh and the owner (Suji) were extremely friendly and kind. Suji was very responsive to all issues and questions we had. The location was amazing with just a short walk to the cliff and beach with a taxi stand right outside. It was as described, with a lovely kitchen, a quiet balcony and bathroom. We would love to stay again.

Stay was good. Host is very responsive & helpful throughout the duration of stay. There is no dedicated car parking, visitors have to park in public parking & a small walk to reach the stay. Overall a good stay which is nearby to all the cafes, restaurants & to the north beach.

The location of the apartment is great with views of the sea. The beach is almost outside of the door. It is wonderful to be able to sit on the balcony and look out over the sea. Raghav was an amazing host, was always easily accessible and responded quickly. Nithin was also very friendly and supportive. Only the cleanliness needs to be optimized and the house needs a few repairs. But Raghav and Nithin already take care of it. We enjoyed our stay despite the small restrictions.

Sudarsan was highly responsive and helped with local recommendations. Rooms and facilities were on point, as described and depicted in the listing. Getting to the property is a 100 metre walk through narrow alleys. Property is very close to the parking area of the cliff, but a 10 minute walk to the beach on either side.
