We absolutely loved our stay! The most beautiful and peaceful place, our gorgeous hut couldn’t have been in a more idyllic spot overlooking the lake. Vinor and his team were so kind, it was the kind of place that was hard to leave. The morning yoga sessions were perfect, and in the most idyllic setting. We couldn’t get enough of the delicious food, we particularly loved the breakfasts. Swimming in the lake was pure bliss. We rented a scooter for the afternoon, but venturing out made us realise even more how special this place was. They even collected two coconuts for us to enjoy from up the tree. 10 / 10 if you are looking for a peaceful and restorative place to stay. Thank you Vinor! 🙏

The apartment is very well located. The air conditioning and fans work very well. The accommodation is set back from the street and it is quiet. There is hot water in the shower. The mattresses are a little hard. Joseph is very helpful and friendly. He can take care of transportation and laundry. The apartment should be painted for it to reach its full potential. This is an accommodation that we recommend without hesitation!

Great place to relax and unwind as it is located in a quiet peaceful place with no noise pollution. The rooms are clean and well maintained which was very important for us. Located perfectly near the city center and has close proximity to the airport as well. Swiggy and zomato offer ample amount of options to order from as well. So, if you are visiting Trivandrum, do give this place a go. Thanks.

Perfect Stay in the city center! My parents had an amazing time at Nivin’s serviced apartment! The place was clean, beautiful, and had everything they needed. The bed was comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to great attractions and hospitals. Nivin and Subin were immensely helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this Airbnb and would love to stay here again!

Mala is an amazing host! She was very proactive and extremely accommodating. Our flight landed late night so she had arranged the check in with the security. The apartment is cozy and comfortable. It is in the city with lots of restaurants and other shops nearby.
