I had a wonderful stay at Griffith's house! The room was peaceful, neat, and impeccably clean, making for a very comfortable experience. The host and his family were incredibly humble, warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. He was kind enough to drop me at my office the next morning, which was a thoughtful gesture. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast they served. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a homely and comfortable stay!

Fantastic place to stay while traveling through southern Kerala. We really enjoyed our time here and Ponmudi, right down the road, is a must-see in the area. For foreigners, as we are, Radhakrishnan is of great value for recommendations and insight into the locale.

The property was impeccably clean, and the krishnendu was extremely responsive and always available to assist via message or call. The location was perfect for covering all major attractions and it was very close to the airport, making our stay incredibly convenient. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommend.

Could not have asked for a better place to live in Varkala! Even wanted to extend our trip for what the residency offered. All in all, a 10/10 on hospitality! They arranged scooters on rental, gave local recommendations, and arranged everything we asked for!! The bathrooms were squeaky clean too! Highly recommended!

After a few days it became our home from home in Trivandrum for a month, Muhammed is responsive, friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to help us. There is a beautiful lake behind the apartment with great sunset views, Lulu mall (which has everything you could ever need) is a 20 minute walk away, good restaurants on the main road around the same distance. Staff on the compound were lovely, always there if you needed something, very secure location also. The flat is tastefully decorated, beds slightly hard but that’s just preference. Ac in the bedrooms. All rooms have bathrooms, huge square bath in one bedroom hot water readily available, lots of storage around the flat Front balcony is peaceful with a nice view of the surrounding area, great place to go for a run if heat permits. Requested internet and Muhammed sorted it, a very accommodating host, no complaints at all, really enjoyed our stay once we settled in. Would recommend for long stays, families and groups.

The property is very aesthetically beautiful. All bedrooms and the living space have the lake view. Bedrooms and the living area are well lit with natural light and is air conditioned. The open terrace garden is so beautiful with great views and wind. A great place for a cozy getaway in the middle of a happening spot in Trivandrum
