Large house with easy access to the highway and technopark area. Good greenery around the house and house felt very cool for the humid climate probably due to the trees around. Host Vinod and his father (who stays nearby) are always reachable and quickly respond to requests. On Google maps, use 'Infinity car clinic' as the landmark.

Before check-in itself, Saranya has initiated to contact me and guided the route very well. She has understood our requirements specific for our personal function, and proactively suggested to retain some rooms for additional time with a nominal charge. It was a great chance for a get-together with no surprises. Excellent!!!

William's place is a great find! My friends and I loved everything about this place! The location and amenities were top, and the staff made our visit to Varkala all the more wonderful!

This was a true gem! The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to any queries or requests. One of our family had mobility issues and we were provided with a wonderful wheel chair that was perfect to move around the property. It was lovely having g two outdoor spaces that were covered to enjoy the beautiful scenery. There was some furniture that is a bit dated and in need of replacement in one of the rooms, but the beds were excellent and the bathrooms were beautifully appointed. The location was away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas. There was a beach close by with hardly anyone on it, almost like having a private beach! Breakfast was provided, food was great! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff Highly recommend this for individuals as well as for larger groups

Cutest stay in varkala. Felt like suburb house and totally felt like home. With very natural asthetic and sweet decors the house looked beautiful! The host was most friendly and responsive and she suggested all good cafes and places to visit and also helped with bikes and taxis. Must recommended stay. Do choose this and u will have a wonderful time🥰

Had a wonderful stay at Coconut Cove Resort with my friends.The rooms were exceptionally neat and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing experience. Staffs Sonia , Greeshma, Reji and Shibu were extremely courteous and helpful. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway or get togethers.

It is a heritage house in a big compound full of greenery. The house is traditional style and it was cool inside even without AC. The helper and the house were prompt in assisting and guiding with all the things. Overall a nice memorable stay.

He went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience, assisting us with local travel arrangements, including booking autos and cars. On his recommendation, we went boating near Poovar, which turned out to be an unforgettable experience. Chef Reji delighted me with delicious, perfectly prepared meals – truly a highlight of my stay. Lokendra, who assisted with my luggage, was so courteous and helpful, making sure everything was handled smoothly. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. We based ourselves at Mary Land for 5 weeks and loved every minute. From the tasty authentic breakfasts to sitting on the terrace chatting to the family and other guests. The property we stayed in is lovely and provided us with plenty of space. The surrounding area was just what we were looking for, restaurants and beaches within walking distance and easy to get to the city when required. We were made welcome wherever we went. The family are fantastic and we really feel that they enjoy having guests. You do hear the church but after a while it is just a noise you get used to. We had the best time.
