Unni's villa is nestled right between the beach and the backwaters. Not many places would offer such a superb setting that seems to embody the very soul of Kerala. The villa is spacious, family-friendly and as described, including the amenities. The beach is quaint, clean and very beautiful, ideal for strolls, swimming or just watching sunset. Unni is a very responsive host, always willing to help. The cook is skilled and really adept at tailoring the menu to suit the guests' requirements. Overall, a superb experience which we would love to repeat someday.

The very advantage of this Airbnb property is private place away from city hustles, but near to the Edapally city.

The caretaker Vijay was always there to help, making sure we were comfortable and addressing any needs promptly. The location is convenient, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. The apartment was well-equipped with Wi-Fi, a good LED TV, microwave oven and other modern facilities, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. The property is very close to Aluva town and the experience was really nice. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and picturesque getaway. I would definitely love to come back again!

The highlight for us was definitely the lawn — it’s stunning and very well-kept, making it ideal for small gatherings and celebrations. There’s also a small swimming pool that we didn’t end up using, but it looked clean and inviting. Overall, it’s a great private space to enjoy with good company, and absolutely worth the money. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and the bathroom was also spotless with good water pressure and all the necessary amenities. Everything felt comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. Bicycles were provided, which was a lovely touch — we enjoyed riding around the area and exploring the surroundings at our own pace. The place is also easily accessible by road, so getting there wasn’t an issue at all. The kitchen comes with all the basic utensils you’d need for cooking, but do keep in mind that condiments and spices aren't provided. So if you plan to cook, it’s a good idea to bring your own ingredients. Overall, it was a great experience. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!
