This brand new house is beautiful with a lovely garden out front and generous patio to hang out on upstairs. We had the best time and the family, Honey and Jayaraj were the kindest hosts I’ve ever had. They came out to the main road to meet us, rescued us when we were caught in the rain, and brought us all the things we needed. Their property is immaculate and a quick walk to the quiet beach nearby. The room was minimalist and pretty with nice linens and fresh paint. The morning we left they shared a home cooked Kerala breakfast that was delicious. I would love to come back ASAP- I wish I had been able to stay longer. This is a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway in peaceful surroundings…

Enjoy the sunset and have a great time with all the activities. Try out kayaking and canoeing the next morning, the host will suggest the best places and he will take care of everything. The host, Shiju is super friendly and took good care right from reaching out to the property and till the checkout.

We had a great stay at the accommodation. Beautiful setting, very peaceful on the waters edge. Host was able to arrange Shikara boat rides and provide guidance on water activities as well as massages. The staff on site were so accommodating and polite. The food prepared by Ajay was very good. I will recommend this place.

The food prepared by Tommy and his wife was simply outstanding — homely, flavorful, and customizable based on what you ask for. It made the stay feel even more personal and warm. It’s a very private space, perfect for relaxing, and if you’re up for some adventure, you can go for a boat ride or kayak right from the property. This place has everything — tranquility, nature, and quality. I’d recommend it to everyone.
