Joseph runs the show whilst the more reserved Gerlin supports him whenever needed. They invited us to attend morning Mass with us, and Joseph joined us for a basin of yaqona on our 2nd night. We booked for 3 nights, stayed for 4 and will spend another night whrn we get back to Kovalam next week. The sparklers are comfortable and extremely clean snd tidy. The garden is a haven for flower and fruit lovers. We highly recommend this place if you're looking for a safe, clean and quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle of Kovalam Beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house, it is close to the beach but also very peaceful and surrounded by nature. The house was spacious and had great amenities. The host was helpful and responsive. We would stay again! 🙂

Had an amazing stay at Steve’s place. Steve’s parents who stay downstairs were super kind and helpful. Had a great time conversing with them. This place is centrally located and makes it convenient to commute. Zomato/Swiggy works just fine. This place has a dedicated car parking, which keeps your vehicle safe.

Its an excellent place for friends and family to have a relaxed weekend. This property is well thought and planned to have a positive energy, especially the garden lights at night are brilliant. Me and my friends was here for 2 days, we enjoyed a lot, great hospitaliy by the caretaker.

Our stay at Ganesh's Airbnb was fantastic! The place was super comfy and peaceful, with the soothing sounds of nature in the mornings. Ganesh was such a friendly host, always ready to help and suggest great local spots to eat and explore. The proximity to the lake and nearby amenities made it a perfect fit for our long stay. Excellent value for money for what you get. The villa is super spacious and has all of the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. All four bedrooms have large and comfortable beds, each having its own bathroom and AC. The shared space is extremely generous in space also, so you will never feel cramped. The view from the balconies and pool area is priceless. It was amazing to open my balcony in the morning to see the sea/lighthouse. The pool was very clean due to a cleaner coming daily to clean it. There was an added bonus of a fan in the porch to cool you down (we really appreciated that). The walk down to the beach is 10 minutes and their are readily available rikshaws to return via vehicle if you don't want to walk up the hill. Sreenath was faultless in his communication before, during and after our stay. I never got to meet him in person, but via a phone call and messages he was an extremely helpful and empathetic host. I will definitely return soon. Thank you Sreenath.

Amazing place, neat and tidy, photogenic surroundings.. we were wow'd by the landscape and interiors. It felt 'Home' though we were away. Each and everything was properly arranged, let it be basic kitchen items or extra lenins.. arranging a maid or a cook.. everything was instantly addressed by Syakesh and Aswathy. We had a great time here. Our kids enjoyed and played a lot. The sprinklers, buddha and outside sitting area added peace, beauty and amazing feel to us for our 10days of stay. Did not realise how days went fast. I would definitely revist this place if there is a plan again and also will recommend everyone to visit if Trivandrum is in your travel list. Thanks to both of you for making our busy schedule relaxing, memorable and fun for our little one.

Vinod is an excellent and caring communicator. His Mom with a sweet smile helped me with anything I wanted. The location was perfect for me, it took me like 3-4 minutes to the clinic I had Panchakarma. The Lighthouse beach is about 5-6 minutes. I love the paciousness of the apartment, the spotless cleanliness. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with warm water. One of the bedrooms has a large double bed and a single bed, and A/C that I didn't use, just tried it once, it's functional. But in general, I prefer to open the windows. All windows are covered by mosquito nets, a handy solution. A kitchen with washer is available for your convenience, but I ate out always. All in all, I had an amazing time at Vinod's apartment. Thank you, and I full heartedly recommend it to others.
