Very happy with the stay. The location was perfect…near to banks, shopping areas and airport. My family enjoyed the stay and Mr. Jose was very responsive to all our needs.

Yummy surprise welcome gift was waiting for me… Anita was sooo kind and she explained everything in detail so that u dont have to worry about anything. Everything was taken care by her. The property and the views from there are beautiful and for us it was a lovely place to get wedding ready. The pool and beautiful surroundings make it a really wonderful place; the breakfast was amazing, too. But what stood out most was the extremely caring and lovely care taker, Vipin. Vipin answered to each and every request, be it a late night hair dryer or very early morning coffee. We could not be happier with his care and responsiveness he made sure my family and I felt right at home and could relax and enjoy the beautiful views. We couldn’t have asked for more, our biggest thanks to him!

Heyday by the Sea

The stay was amazingly beautiful !! The host was very responsive and the caretaker at the property was helpful too. My family just loved the place. It felt like we could stay there for another day just to enjoy the beauty of the stay and the surroundings.

This spacious 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom house was the perfect accommodation for my short business trip, and I feel lucky to have discovered this hidden gem. As a brand new listing, everything was pristine and well-thought-out. Nestled in an upscale residential neighborhood, it truly lived up to its description as an 'oasis of serenity.' Being the inaugural guest, I was impressed by Anju’s well-preparedness in hosting and organizing the space. The location is unbeatable - just a short stroll from the intersection of NH-47 and MC Road in Kesavadasapuram. Despite being so close to the heart of the city, the property offered complete privacy and tranquility. The house's layout, spread across two floors with two separate kitchens and laundry facilities, provided ample space and convenience. It was ideal for unwinding after a long day of meetings, allowing me to feel at home away from home

Amazing place, neat and tidy, photogenic surroundings.. we were wow'd by the landscape and interiors. It felt 'Home' though we were away. Each and everything was properly arranged, let it be basic kitchen items or extra lenins.. arranging a maid or a cook.. everything was instantly addressed by Syakesh and Aswathy. We had a great time here. Our kids enjoyed and played a lot. The sprinklers, buddha and outside sitting area added peace, beauty and amazing feel to us for our 10days of stay. Did not realise how days went fast. I would definitely revist this place if there is a plan again and also will recommend everyone to visit if Trivandrum is in your travel list. Thanks to both of you for making our busy schedule relaxing, memorable and fun for our little one.
