I just want to start by saying Paco is the best host we have ever had in our 20+ air bnb stays.Our previous scheduled transportation didn't show up and he found transportation very last minute for us which was not his job but he was nothing but helpful. The check in was a little confusing but he was quick to reply and help. I would recommend anyone to his properties as his pictures really don't do them justice

The home is absolutely beautiful! The woodwork, lighting, ambiance, the plunge pool (adorable), and the bedrooms were spectacularly well-decorated. Dana (the manager) and Marie (the owner), went above and beyond in order to help with my accommodations, and any needs during my stay. The property is extremely safe and when I even became sick late at night there was medical doctor that drove to the property to help me (obviously, an additional charge, but when its late at night and you don’t know your way around it was very convenient). There are golf carts that come by on a regular basis to take you to the different resorts if needed. My only recommendations would be to have a rental car because taxis are very expensive in this area and currently there is no UBER/LYFT/Rappi or food delivery services to this area. Other great and under-advertised areas to lounge and eat good food are Kay Club (Other side of Bahia Principe). A warm and loving thanks to Marie and Dana for everything!

My family and I had a beautiful vacation, it was very comfortable to get to such a tidy and beautiful space. Access to the pool adds up to many extra points. (I think we use it almost every day) Also at home it has grill to grill meat. It was a very good experience.

This is a very beautiful townhouse. The second bedroom with full bath has a keyed entrance by the front door to the main house, which made it a little awkward to access, so my boyfriend and I ended up never using it, but it would be great for someone traveling with another couple or children to have their own space. It was hard to locate silverware. Grocery service provided was a nice touch. The pool on the patio was also really nice. The bed was a bit firm, but I like that so it was fine. The shower water doesn't get very hot, just warm. The actual resort is not included for use at all without purchase of a day pass, and the food and drinks that you can get with the pass are mediocre unfortunately. Do not lose the wristband they give you for the day pass or you have to pay $180 additional. There is a trolley that drives you around to different parts of the resort, which was nice. Staying here felt secluded, private, and quiet. That can be great at times, but I wish there were more amenities included. We ended up ordering pizza the last day because we were starving and did't want to pay for the day pass just to eat a luke warm buffet.

Confortable and pleasant stay! Ann was very quick to answer our questions and there is a local manager, Alejandra, who is very helpful and available. It is better if you have a car because you are about 15 minutes drive to downtown Playa Del Carmen. Also 15-20 minutes walk to the beach. Condo as described and well furnished. Plenty of towels available for the beach but no chairs or umbrella. We enjoy our stay!

We rented for the kitchen and stayed due to the extra touches (each room has a city theme (NYC, London, and Paris). The neighborhood is vey friendly, with lots of kids, and the neighbors are quick to help each other. Esteban and his team are friendly, responsive, and quickly complete the work. Before renting be aware of the location. A tremendous value, it is FAR from the beach, ~10k steps.

Beautiful house, everything very clean, with everything you need to feel at home, located in a condominium with a lot of security. A little far from downtown Playa del Carmen, but by renting a car we had no problems getting around. Very grateful to the host and the concierge Carlos. Thank you

I am a single woman with 3 kids and we rented this beautiful little Mexican house for 3 months. The host has always responded VERY quickly to each of my requests from a Canadian woman who has never traveled to Mexico. The house has 3 air conditioning that works perfectly. This privada is really safe a guard is there H/24. Mexican children play freely in the privada. My 9-year-old daughter loved to ride her scooter through the streets. I was surprised by the tranquility of the place and the rules are well respected by the residents. The beautiful pool is always very clean and we often enjoyed it alone. When you get out of the privada, there is an oxxo convenience store and a little further a small grocery store. Do not hesitate to rent this beautiful house. You won't be disappointed with the price! I would like to come back sometime.

Makul 12 is a gem of a unit. the place has plenty of space and has a great modern feel. there is ample space outside for BBQ gatherings pool and nice jacuzzi. beach is a 20 min walk away . security is good . Mario is always around to help with anything. kitchen is well equipped. I stayed there with my family for a week . was able to explore the real Mexico. a car is handy to have to explore. the airport is an hour away. very centrally located . this unit can host 3 couples easily. the bedrooms all have king-size beds . thank you for hosting this unit. highly recommended .

Everything excellent!! Marco Julio was very attentive and willing to wait at the time you need!! The house is very beautiful and with all the amenities working perfectly!! Loved it will definitely be back there.
