Very good place, quiet and very friendly host, highly recommended

CONVENIENT LOCATION IF YOU DON 'T WANT MUCH LOUD, IT'S NOT SO LOUD FROM THE 5AV. THERE ARE RULES OF COEXISTENCE, THERE IS ONLY A SHOWER LEAK AND THE ENTIRE BATHROOM FLOOR IS WET, WHICH I HAD A SMALL ACCIDENT THAT I DID NOT GO TO A MAJOR, COST- STAY WOULD SAY THAT WELL, THE PHOTOS ALWAYS MAKE THE PLACE MAGIC ALTHOUGH THE PLACE IS NOT BAD ONLY THE PHOTOS MAKE IT LOOK MORE BEAUTIFUL.

We were very comfortable in the apartment Good option if you are traveling with your pet, it has Jardin very nice. We only stayed one night. Well equipped with climate and kitchenette.

This was our first time travelling with two little kids (4 and 1). This location was great as it had a pool, elevator for our stroller, and was a core floor so no stairs. We easily could go to the pool with our stroller and walk to the beach. We also walked to the grocery store and made food in the condo. We loved our stay!

Such a beautiful house and Santiago and the team were extremely responsive and helpful! Would definitely recommend and love to stay again.

Quiet location close to restaurants bars, shops and cafes. Memo our property manager was very nice and helpful. We shared the apartment between 3 people and it was very comfortable. The terrace and jacuzzi has a very nice view to take in sunsets.

The place Corresponds with the photos, it is very clean and beautiful, the sunsets on the terrace are the best, also that Don Fernándo was always attentive to our needs and gave us recommendations of places to visit.

Super CLEAN place! COMFORTABLE, there are towels, soap and shampoo, a refrigerator, air conditioning and a fan. It's a nightclub area, there's music until 3/4am In our experience, it didn't bother us at all. We arrived tired. With the windows and doors tightly closed, the air conditioning was barely audible! The nicest thing about the place was MANCHAS 💖 Next door there is a 24-hour 7-Eleven, in front of the pharmacy next door. Also in front, there is a PARTY TACO Delicious!!!!! A tattoo parlor and other things. The place could not be better!!! Nothing bad to say!

The room is clean, tidy, has TV with Roku to hang out, the bathroom is clean; it's a bit noisy at night due to the bars nearby, but nothing intolerable. It has a 7-Eleven, pharmacies and restaurants nearby, as well as the beach. Highly recommended 🥰

Very good place, close to 5th Avenue, two ADO centers, the beach, clubs and incredible bars. They always responded to my messages and even helped me schedule another night that hadn't been properly scheduled. 10/10.
