Very good place, quiet and very friendly host, highly recommended

CONVENIENT LOCATION IF YOU DON 'T WANT MUCH LOUD, IT'S NOT SO LOUD FROM THE 5AV. THERE ARE RULES OF COEXISTENCE, THERE IS ONLY A SHOWER LEAK AND THE ENTIRE BATHROOM FLOOR IS WET, WHICH I HAD A SMALL ACCIDENT THAT I DID NOT GO TO A MAJOR, COST- STAY WOULD SAY THAT WELL, THE PHOTOS ALWAYS MAKE THE PLACE MAGIC ALTHOUGH THE PLACE IS NOT BAD ONLY THE PHOTOS MAKE IT LOOK MORE BEAUTIFUL.

Great place to stay. A few minor problems during my 4 month stay and Laura responded in under an hour. Usually in under 5 minutes. She was excellent in every aspect. Had a great stay and will recommend it to anyone considering booking with Laura

This Airbnb was the perfect cozy studio for my month in Playa del Carmen. The beds were so comfortable, the pool was awesome, and the hosts were truly incredible in every way. It is a bit further from the center but not too far, and walking up CTM is a breeze! The free coffee and breakfast was lovely as well.

Excellent location and very comfortable and nice.

This was our first time travelling with two little kids (4 and 1). This location was great as it had a pool, elevator for our stroller, and was a core floor so no stairs. We easily could go to the pool with our stroller and walk to the beach. We also walked to the grocery store and made food in the condo. We loved our stay!

Perfect! We loved every minute we were here. We felt right at home. There is plenty of space to spread out and relax. The bed was extremely comfortable and the couch comfy to curl up at night and relax. The whole apartment was spotless! We loved the view of the pool from the balcony and the penthouse roof! Lots of hot water and a fully functioning kitchen. The washer and dryer were a fantastic addition. Would recommend this location for anyone who was space and comforts of home, but still close to 5th Avenue (right outside) and the beach (a few minutes walk.) The pool was also great!

Place is very nice and very spacious. Great wrap around patio and rooftop spaces. Right on 5th so its entertaining - a bit noisy at night till around 3am but anyone who visits playa should know the closer you are the action that some noise comes with the territory. Simona is helpful and communicative. Place is great and would stay again.

It was an incredible stay, the response was always immediate, and the place looks exactly like in the photos. Since we had a rental car, getting around from there was no trouble at all! The area is very safe and quiet. The best place!!!

Quiet location close to restaurants bars, shops and cafes. Memo our property manager was very nice and helpful. We shared the apartment between 3 people and it was very comfortable. The terrace and jacuzzi has a very nice view to take in sunsets.

The place Corresponds with the photos, it is very clean and beautiful, the sunsets on the terrace are the best, also that Don Fernándo was always attentive to our needs and gave us recommendations of places to visit.

Excellent option to stay in Playa del Carmen. Lucas, the receptionist, is very kind and helps you and patiently tells you everything you ask. Excellent air conditioning, very good room.

I had a wonderful stay at Jorge’s place. The hotel was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. What really made the difference was Jorge himself: incredibly friendly, responsive, and full of great recommendations for local activities. He truly went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

Very good place, close to 5th Avenue, two ADO centers, the beach, clubs and incredible bars. They always responded to my messages and even helped me schedule another night that hadn't been properly scheduled. 10/10.
