Vacation rentals with a home theater in Solidaridad

The apartment is beautiful! There were five of us and we would've still had plenty of room with six people. We loved having a balcony, a living room, and a big TV. It was also nice to have three bedrooms and two bathrooms for the group. We only cooked breakfast in the house but there were plenty of plates and silverware. The rooftop pool was definitely a highlight! There is plenty of free parking both on the street and in the garage. It is about a fifteen minute walk from the beach, which was fine with us. The air conditioning worked well. This apartment was well worth the price and I highly encourage people seeking an easy stay in Playa del Carmen to book it.

Rating: 4/5 stars Loved the stay, super comfy, great vibes, and exactly like the photos. It was the kind of place you actually enjoy coming back to after a long day. Now, the only plot twist: the forks and spoons looked like they’d been through a few past lives. I had to give them all a spa day in the sink before I could even think about eating. Other than that, 10/10 would come back (with my own cutlery just in case)!

We had an amazing stay! The location is great - just a few blocks from 5th avenue the ADO station which was very important to us. I felt safe the entire time and the front desk attendants were always friendly. We did have to buy certain essentials, but there’s a big grocery store next door which made it super easy. Jessica was also very responsive and very helpful! Overall great stay and I’d definitely book again!

100% recommended the area super accessible for walking and to reach the 5th Av. areas to eat super close, the area is very quiet, the apartment is very spacious, the Rooftop is super quiet and relaxing, the people are super nice. Without a doubt, we would choose it again. 💖

What a wonderful place Vickie has created. The house is beautiful, but where it really shines is outside. Lounging in the cenote, watching the birds and lizards, giving the resident dogs some scritches - so relaxing. The main purpose of our trip was to dive cenotes, you couldn't have a better location. A couple days our dives were just minutes away. Vickie was wonderful, so kind and friendly. She was always super responsive when we had questions and gave us great tips on the local area. 10/10 will absolutely stay here again next we are in the area.

Vickie’s house is INCREDIBLE! It’s somehow even more beautiful than what you see in the pictures. We loved our quiet mornings drinking coffee and seeing the local fauna walk around the property (like agoutis!). The whole property is so serene; from the private cenote to the koi pond, there’s so many options for tranquility. It’s right off the main highway which is super convenient, but far enough back that you never even hear it. Checking in and out was super easy; Vickie was really awesome about making sure we got in ok even after our travels were delayed. She had really great recommendations for sights and things to do and even let us know which ones were total tourist traps. We can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be coming back! Even after renting a car it’s still exponentially cheaper than the resorts and honestly just a much better way to experience the Yucatán. 10/10

The accommodation is very comfortable and is located in a central area, which makes it easy to access various points of interest. Everything was impeccably clean and the staff who welcomed us was very friendly, giving us excellent recommendations for tourist places to visit. The listing description and photos published on the platform are true to life. I highly recommend this place, as it is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen.

I’ve had the best experience staying in Lizette’s house. She is very helpful and patient with me on my first arrival date as I was running 2 hours late and I was anxious. She eased my anxiety and being very kind and helped me to get to her home safely. The location is very convenient and accessible to the beach and 5th ave. I love her family and I feel totally at home and safe staying there. I’m definitely stay here again and I highly recommend her Airbnb for a safe and private home. Thank you Liz :)

Even though it's not downtown I loved the location. Like anywhere I stay, once you understand the local bus system it's great. The collectivo I used was the "Palmas -2" for $10 Pesos. Would definitely stay here again.

A very comfortable and spacious place, very clean and beautiful, it makes you feel at home! It is a very quiet neighborhood and the accesses that take you to the subdivision quickly direct you to the center, I recommend it if you come with family! You loved it!

Absolutely lovely huge condo. Gorgeous furnishings and extremely clean. Included all the things you would need such as paper towels, spices, laundry detergent, etc…. Personal on site host, Sandy, was incredible. She ordered scooters, cars, taxis and literally anything else we needed. It was like having our own personal concierge. Dive boat picked us up from the dock out front and there is a very nice bar/restaurant with live music right across the street. Definitely would rent this place again.

Great stay at iPLAYA! Everything was just as advertised and the hosts provided very detailed check-in instructions and other info prior to arrival. Front desk is staffed 24x7 with very friendly folks. In a quieter neighborhood while still being a 5-10min walk to the main strip on 5th. Check out PapaCharly’s restaurant next door as well, it’s great!

Couldn’t recommend this place more! Whole building offers luxurious amenities, all staff is super friendly and nice. Unit is beautiful, fresh and very bright! Communication between us and Carlos was 15/10! Every little concern or question we had - everything was resolved within minutes with outstanding care! This was our 3rd time in Playa and hands down this was the best accommodation we had. We definitely will be back!

Perfectly located accommodation, in the heart of Playa Del Carmen and close to everything. Marie is an experienced and caring host who ensures that overall care is well established. She and her team are proactive in making your stay more enjoyable. The private outdoor terrace is a major asset and the accommodation is very well-equipped. Building staff are also very courteous and concerned with enforcing condominium rules to ensure peace and security. The premises are clean and maintained with care every day. Upon arrival, we were notified that the washing machine in the accommodation was broken, but our host offered us laundry service throughout our stay, at our convenience. This attention was greatly appreciated. We had a great time and would highly recommend Marie's place. * small suggestion to the co-owners: put a shade sail for the rooftop terrace.
