This hands-on floral design workshop takes you from sourcing flowers at the market to creating your own floral art. You’ll gain insight into the artistry of floral design and leave with beautiful creations and memories. • We’ll begin a walk through Mercado de Jamaica, visiting several of my trusted vendors. You’ll discover unique flowers and foliage from across Mexico and learn about their origins and uses. • Next, we’ll head to the Florever studio, where I’ll guide you through the process of crafting a framed collage of pressed flowers, which you’ll get to take home. • Before we part ways, you’ll also receive a selection of pre-pressed flowers and another frame so you can continue creating on your own, as well as a tote bag, notebook, and pen. Tijuana Food & Culture Tour

You can now go ahead and reserve individually!!! Ready to eat, drink, and get cultured TJ style?! In general the itinerary is going to look like this. Meet outside Nelson Hotel near the iconic Tijuana Arch. From there we'll be walking a loop. We will visit my favorite brewery, get the best most unexpected view in TJ, participants younger than 18 yrs old are welcome to have a non-alcoholic drink, then we'll go have the best tacos downtown Tj, some of the best in the whole city, walk around, maybe visit a hip new restaurant for apps (and possibly a craft cocktail), stop in at an artist collective, pop into Caesars for the 'original' salad, swing into a local market with different chiles and Mexican goodies, grab a mezcal or tequila at a historic bar and maybe a Mexican candy for desert : ) I will likely end the tour at the Tijuana History Museum at which point you can decide if you want to explore it on your own. All food, drink, and activity decisions/expenses are up to you so please remember to bring pesos or American dollars. P.S. If you want to do a tour on a day that's "unavailable" just message me and lets see if we can make it work. I can also adjust the tour a bit. If you like vivid colors so you can share the stunning blue of our sea with your family and friends back in home, we will tell you the best times to get those. Printmaking Pérez Meillon Workshop

This workshop will give you a full understanding of the relief printing Process and students will take home quality prints created by themselves in the 3 hour workshop under our guidance. We will give a brief demonstration for students to understand the basic steps of the process and to know the safe use of tools and equipment. Participants will draw pencil sketches and will learn to transfer them with graphite paper in to plates. With the use of special tools students will engrave this plates using the pencil sketches they previously created. Also we will guiding on the special techniques to ink in the engraved plates with rollers and to operate the printing press. After signing the prints they create during the experience and practice methods for the conservation of their art work. Papers, non toxic inks, and materials are all included.
