The apartment is very nice, clean and well-kept. It was comfortable to stay there. It was also nice to have a washer to wash all the soaked swimwear though we weren’t able to figure out how to use the drying feature of the machine. Parking is a little far from the actual apartment but not a big deal for us. We loved to go to the little food corner at the end of the street, had dinner there every night after all our day activities.

The apartment smelled very nice during our stay, the place is very conveniently located and it is very easy to get to, a very comfortable place to stay for a few days. Highly recommended

Being a host myself I read reviews and want a clean safe place. This place checked all those boxes and more. This was a girls trip for my friends birthday We felt safe and well takin care of. We ordered groceries ahead of time so they were in the room when we arrived . Joel works in the office and was ABSOLUTELY so nice and helpful. All of the staff here work so hard. If you want a nice condo by the ocean don't hesitate to book . I would absolutely stay here again and trust me when I say I am picky. This is my second time staying here. This building is so clean and the owners keep on top of the maintenance. I felt safe each time I stayed here and I will stay here again and again.

It is an apartment that matches the characteristics mentioned in the ad, the check-in time is flexible and easily accessible, Ana Leticia, who was in charge of contacting me, was very attentive and very clear in her explanations to be able to get there and access it. The apartment is very comfortable and pleasant, spacious enough for a family of 6, the garden area is very quiet to spend a relaxing afternoon in front of the pool. The location is very close to supermarkets and Fifth Avenue. It's definitely a place we'd go back to.

I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable accommodation in the perfect location. The building amenities were great- and all staff was very friendly and responsive. There is noise from the neighboring beach club- but it was not late at night and did not bother us at all. It was a fantastic stay!!! I would return

Great place, safe and very quiet, excellent to rest after a day of beaches and adventures, we didn't need anything, its beds are excellent, you really rest, I would come back again, there were 6 of us in the family and we were all comfortable, to highlight it has beach umbrellas that made us spend better afternoons in the sand.

We had a great vacation in Dovile's apartment. We were 2 adults and 2 small children (1 and 4 years old). Dovile kindly provided a cot and a highchair. The apartment has a great layout - the bedrooms are separated from the living room by a corridor. The terrace became our favorite place, where we spent a lot of time and often cooked food using the gas grill (Weber). The Vaiven Del Viento complex itself is very calm and peaceful. We will be happy to come back here again.

if all the hosts were like Adriana and Ubaldo as well as their son Emillio, all the worlds would have a great experience, we enjoyed them, they were always there for us .

Great and beautiful space. We were gone around and about most of the time but the bed and pillows are so comfortable! That was a big plus for us to sleep. Hot water and good pressure! The air needs to be adjusted, it doesn’t push enough fresh air. Coffee pods and the very organized loft with everything you need is really awesome. 😎

We loved our stay at Rachel's Beautiful Condo! As the pictures shows, her space is wonderful in so many ways! It is beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and comfortable, and she is a kind, responsive and fantastic host! We would not hesitate to stay here again. The pool at the Elements is fantastic, the food at the ocean grill is great and so convenient, there is an awesome yoga center just across the street, and the ocean views are great. We really enjoyed our stay there - 5 stars!!!

Wonderful experience, everything was very clean and tidy. They have the touches of a good host: soap and shampoo, fresh drinking water, fully equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed the pool view, the excellent internet, it has screens in the rooms and the decoration is very nice, we already want to return! Nayeli is very attentive, friendly and helpful at all times, she provides excellent service. Totally recommended!

Great location and felt right at home. The Pool and Cenote are a wonderful addition.

We had the most amazing stay at Coco’s! She was extremely responsive, answering any queries within minutes. She also provided endless recommendation’s for local shops, restaurants, tours, etc. Her Airbnb is steps from the beach and we got to use to Mamamita’s lounge chairs everyday. We stayed here in a group of 6 and there was plenty of space. The pool is amazing and the bartenders at the pool are so friendly! We will be back and would suggest to anyone going to Playa to stay at Coco’s!

They were always on the lookout for us,everything was clean, the Depa and the spectacular fractionation,the super nice pools if you are booking a pool do it 1 day before, although there is a pool in common. All the people who took care of us were very friendly!!

The place was everything one would need! Beautiful balcony with views of the ocean/town. Great breakfast spot right around the corner. Would definitely book again!

We spent 3 nights in Playa del Carmen and our stay was good. The apartment is very spacious, well equipped, clean (that's very important to us). To my liking, it lacks a little air freshener. The bathroom is a bit small but meets the needs. The gentlemen at the reception are very friendly and willing to help. Of course I would recommend it!!!

The apartment is very functional for 2 people, the bed super comfortable and large. The balcony that overlooks the street very good at the time of eating something there. It was quite quiet for us, the only counter is that the room is not dark, but it was not an inconvenience. In a very nice area since it is half a block from the best area of the 5th. the best of the best was its terrace with those beautiful pools and place to be, the terrace bar, the jacuzzi is really worth it since we were coming back very late and the hot water was very relaxing. I definitely recommend it 100%

A 50-star experience! The listing completely exceeded our expectations. Everything is thought out with great affection and care: the impeccable cleanliness, the comfortable rooms, well-equipped and very tastefully decorated. The beds are very comfortable and the whole place conveys tranquility and good energy. From the first moment, the hosts were very attentive to us, always willing to help and with incredible attention. The location is excellent: by car you are minutes from Fifth Avenue, supermarkets, food areas and everything you may need. The pools are spectacular and the atmosphere in general is very nice. The area is quiet and safe, ideal for resting after a day exploring Playa del Carmen. I'd recommend this place with my eyes closed. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything!

An Unforgettable Escape — Thanks to Andrea’s Amazing Spot! Andrea’s team? Gisel, and Ari. Absolutely clutch. They didn’t just host our vacation, they made it. From the moment we walked in, it felt less like checking into a rental and more like stepping into a well-kept secret just three blocks from the beach. You read that right, three blocks. That means morning strolls on the sand, lunch at any of the countless nearby restaurants, and sunset views that hit different from not one but two private balconies. The space itself? Total gem. Icecold AC in every room, blackout shades that kept things chill when the sun was blazing, and still tons of natural light when you wanted it. The vibes? Immaculate. And the front desk? Warm, welcoming, and always on point. Oh, and did we mention the two pools? Yeah, leaving this place was the hardest part of the whole trip. Already counting down the days until we can rebook. If you’re lucky enough to snag a stay here… don’t think twice. Just go.

i had a phenomenal time here. I love the location. So close to everything and the block its on is clean with good neighbors. The host was amazing. Very spacious place. Good internet and tv and quiet. The roof is a great escape with two separate areas. Love this place overall so much.
