Condo vacation rentals in Solidaridad

We booked Judith's listing last minute after a different Airbnb fell through. From the start of our interactions, Judith was very timely in responding and proactively gave us instructions for the space. The building manager Juan also helped us to get acquainted with the location and responded promptly to questions or needs we had. It's a beautiful building, close to 38th street where there are many bars and restaurants, and we had access to a rooftop patio which was nice to watch the sunset. It can be a bit noisy at night because of how close the place is to La Quinta. Despite Juan and Telcel's attentiveness, the internet was a bit spotty from the start and throughout our weeklong stay. We made it work and felt that the host did their best to rectify the situation. Overall, we had a lovely stay and I would definitely book this place again.

Gary has a beautiful condominium. That is worth every penny we paid. Excellent location, beautiful view and a nice infinity pool. I would definitely recommend if your going to Cozumel stay at Garys

Great place at Residencias Reef on Cozumel, I have stayed in this complex before they use to have a pier that belonged to the property but I believe it was washed away in 2020. If you are a diver you can still be picked up at Secrets pier next door but it will cost you 10 bucks each time. You do need a car here or the cab fares will drain your wallet. The property is beautiful, clean and well decorated. We would stay here again

This appartment is in the middle of all that is happening in Playa del Carmen. you can walk absolutely everywhere. taxi service is in the front door. The only downfall is the noise from 5th avenue. luckely we were so exhausted after each buzy day that it did not disturb us at all.

Espacioso apartamento en un condominio residencial, familiar. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones, muy bien equipada. Muy sencillo y claro el ingreso. Además tiene un estacionamiento bajo techo para un vehículo. Quizás la ubicación observación es que la playa está un poco alejada para ir caminando; aunque se puede ir en bici.

Prior to arrival there was excellent communication, information and directions. Karen’s provided e-guide book was the best as it was the first we’d ever received in all the vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed, binders are ok but having an e-guide prior to arrival was awesome. The entire unit was clean, uncluttered and well decorated. Kitchen necessities (coffee maker, dishes, glasses, etc.) were well supplied as well as drinking water. Nice having a washer & dryer, detergent & brooms and such. Provided parking was a plus as we had rented a car (SNAP Rental in Cancun). Two beach towels per bedroom were very handy for the beach. Bed & pillows were comfortable. Outdoor patio was spacious with a comfortable sleeping hammock, nice table for fresco dining, a couch & chair. It overlooked a canopy of trees.Karen provided suggestions on places to visit & eat and the places we did visit we were very happy with. Cruz Con Mar 405 we miss already, but will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

We loved staying here! It was THE Perfect place for us and our family. There was so much for the kiddos to do, and the space was very relaxing for us, as adults. We loved the spaciousness of the space....it was larger than the pictures portrayed. The pool is spectacular! The lagoon is so tranquil. We didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back! And thank you Ron for all of your support and help during our stay.

Highly recommend!!! The property is extremely secure with a very friendly staff that was super helpful. The condo is steps to the sand and pools, both of which are very relaxing without high traffic of people. All of Mark's information was extremely useful, and he made himself available with any questions we had. Overall it was a great experience and we'll definitely be returning!

I researched a lot before finally landing on this place. First things first the LOCATION is spot on if you are someone who is wanting to adventure out each day. 5 minute walk to 5th avenue (shopping street), 2 minute walk to a large grocery store (which surprisingly had the best ceviche we tried all trip) , 8 minute walk to the beach, seriously it was great! The place itself smelt like a newly built home (very clean), my partner and I discussed how it was perfect for us two but anymore than that would feel crowded, it was stocked with all the cooking utensils for cooking. After being out in the hot sun all day it was very nice to come home to a lovely shower and well working AC unit. The dimmable lights really set the mood and were a nice touch. The key setup for entry to building/room was very easy to use. We peaked at the roof top pools and man it’s more amazing than photos! We unfortunately opted to spend time at the beach but for any of you who enjoy pools you will be shocked!

This was a very nice apartment and complex. The design of both was great. Our toddler aged daughter loved the pool and playground. There are friendly families in the complex who are full time residents, which was great. The apartment had everything that we needed. We had a couple of hiccups with entering the neighborhood. Some security guards would insist that everyone in the car wear their bracelets as well as show the QR codes that Olivia provides. This was frustrating but Olivia did everything she could to address it. After the first incident, we fastened the bracelets loosely and slipped them on just before approaching the gate. he neighborhood and condo have their own rules that must be followed. Some of the pool furniture could use a refresh. Otherwise, everything was perfect. The neighborhood was nice. You can walk to the beach and several shops and restaurants. Overall, Olivia was a great host and we recommend this home.

Me encantó el lugar, súper tranquilo y seguro, no tan cerca de la 5ta avenida pero lo suficiente para llegar rápido y no tener ruido para poder descansar, la casa tal cuál las fotos, con lo necesario para poder cocinar y un poco más, Liliane atenta para solucionar dudas, y nos dió la facilidad de salir unas horas más tarde por el horario de nuestro vuelo, muy agradecidos con ella, nos sentimos cómo en casa.

Un buen lugar para disfrutar de Playa del Carmen, excelente servicio y atención del personal que trabaja en el edificio

si touts les hôtes étaient comme Adriana et Ubaldo ainsi que leur fils Emillio, touts le mondes vivraient une très belle expérience, nous les avons bien apprécié, ils étaient toujours là pour nous .

Nos hospedamos 4 adultos y un niño de 12 años y el espacio quedó justo para nosotros considero que no podría ser funcional para más personas, la ubicación nos funcionó por qué solo queríamos un lugar para dormir e irnos al parque Xcaret al que se llega en menos de 30min en vehículo, no está cerca de la quinta avenida por lo que también deben considerar traslado de 25min aprox. Equipada para preparar algo rápido en la cocina, solo falta un banco y mayor espacio en el patio para alcanzar a tender la ropa y toallas mojadas La habitación donde está el mayor número de camas no cuenta con aire acondicionado, (tiene 1 ventilador) y contemplando que ahí dormirá el mayor número de personas creo que si es importante considerarlo, a nosotros no nos afectó por qué había frente frío y no había el calor habitual, la zona es segura, no percibimos ruidos dé vecinos ni nada que nos molestara, fue una estadía tranquila.

La estancia es increíble, muy bien ubicada Solo tuvimos un poco de problema con el wifi pero todo vale la pena

La verdad que nuestra estadía en el alojamiento de Jim fue increíble, el departamento es muy cómodo y Sandra estuvo siempre al pendiente de nosotros. Es muy recomendable por el confort, la cercanía y la atención de Sandra!

El departamento es tal cual como se muestra en las fotos. Buena ubicación, cercana al supermercado y a unas cuadras de la 5 ta avenida. Alvaro estuvo siempre atento cada vez que necesitamos algo. Muy recomendado para largas estancias, ya que cuenta con todo lo necesario.

El apartamento es muy lindo, estaba muy limpio, a pasos de la playa y a 2 cuadras de la 5 avenida, en la playa tienes acceso a una sombrilla y 2 reposeras, la comunicación fue excelente, también tiene un bar/ restaurant donde puedes pedir comida. El único inconveniente es que si te molesta el ruido sobre todo para dormir hay varios locales con música fuerte durante casi todo el día y hasta las 12 am algunos días. Yo recomiendo el lugar 100%

Un piso estupendo cerca de la playa y del centro de Playa del Carmen, pero en una calle cerrada que hace que la zona sea tranquila. El apartamento es muy amplio , para 5 o 6 personas, resulta cómodo, y tiene además una terraza maravillosa. Además en el ático puedes disfrutar de unas piscinas con una vistas increíbles tal y como se muestran en las fotografías

Daniel is a great host, very honest and generous in his communication. The place is a perfect little hideout for a solo traveler or a couple, with great A/C, a reasonably comfortable bed, a stocked kitchen, and newer appliances. If you're diving with one of the operators at Marina Fonatur (like Dive with Martin or Tres Pelicanos, both of whom I've worked with and are great) this place is ideal...1 mile to the South, easy to get back-and-forth (you'll need a car--which you can rent from Daniel if you like--or a scooter or something). Anyways, can't say enough about how easy Daniel was to work with. Will definitely return!!

Alojamiento limpio, con buen mantenimiento, cerca de tiendas y lugares para comer. Si eres sensible al ruido debes saber que no es de los edificios más silenciosos.

El lugar es exactamente lo publicado. Todo limpio y ordenado, el anfitrión respondió nuestras consultas rápido. La zona es segura, con supermercados cerca y lugares para comer. Volvería sin dudarlo.

We were here for 2 months. The condo is in a great location central to many fabulous restaurants and a fancy grocery store. It is exactly like the photos. Lovely view with a private balcony. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Juan and the other staff were helpful and friendly. The host, Steve, gave us many great local suggestions. Highly recommend staying here.

Very cute place. Looks like the pictures. The girls used the private pool once and the public pool a few times. Even though we had wrist bands we were not able to use the roof top. One other thing it didn’t have an oven so we couldn’t make pizza for the girls one night after a long day in the sun. But that was no big deal since we were hardly home. The master shower can be a bit of a challenge because you have to step down into it. The unit is very close to 5th street and all the attractions. It’s beachfront so very convenient being next to the Mamitas beach! Across the street is a 7 Eleven which we loved! Our girls were always wanting snacks! The host was amazing and super fast on responding. I can’t believe she responded to me at 2am one morning. I had to leave to the airport at 5am that morning and she still helped me with questions I had prior to check out. I dont think she sleeps very well when she has to respond to renters like me. She is amazing! Thank you! 😁
