This is a combined listing of 2 houses that are within 25 meters from each other. From the inside they are pretty much identical and have plenty of space for up to 12 guests to stay very comfortably. We could arrange 2 inflatable beds to increase the maximum occupancy to 14. The houses are very well equipped and will leave you wanting for nothing. The nightly rate you see is for both houses together.

This condo was exactly as listed and described. We were traveling as a family with 2 older teenage kids. We had plenty of room and the kids commented on having the “biggest bathrooms and closets” of anywhere we have ever stayed. We enjoyed the patio as well as the common living areas. The tv room was a great place to unwind at the end of the day. The rooftop pool was exceptionally nice. The area is very private and we felt very safe. There is a nice 3.6 mile loop for walking/running. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to 5th Avenue and all the shops and restaurants. We found groceries nearby as well to stock the kitchen. The beaches are a bit more difficult to figure out (since most of Playacar has all inclusive resorts you can’t just walk on to the beaches throughout Playacar). There is access near the main gate and if you walk the roads beyond the ruins there are several really nice small and private beaches. Would be difficult for elderly or small kids. However, this place is a GEM ♥

if you you are looking for a a spacious ocean front property this may be the place for you. Inside the home it has everything you could possibly need with a beautiful view. Beach area is low traffic and peaceful. The daily cleaning both inside and outside was refreshing as it can get quite sandy and keeps things looking fresh. There are a few restaurants nearby if you're looking for Mexico's authenticity. If you're looking for variety of food you will have to venture out a bit. as for activities there are sea turtles, ruins & cenotes nearby..if you're looking for night life stay in Playa or Cancun. Only negative is going to be the rocky beach. we knew this so it's less of a complaint & more of a warning, you must wear water shoes & still must be careful because there large rocks to navigate when entering the water. Some spots are better if you walk further down beach. water is clear & warm. Take the kayaks out, we saw a whale! Been to Mexico over a dozen times. Will stay here again

We really enjoyed our stay here, it was very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The place was at a nice location too and easy to access the different parts of the island. A great advantage was that Jessica supplied with us with drinking water on arrival for all of our stay, great recommendations, and all the basics to cook were included. This was a great condo for four people to relax and unwind at the end of the year. It's an excellent location, right on the beach with it's own swimming pool and security folks. All the night life and restaurants of 5th Ave as a short walk away, making this one of the BEST locations in Playa. If there is a downside, its that being so close to the nightlife comes with a little noise. No problem. The front desk couldn't be more helpful and the property owners were very responsive to any requests. I couldn't recommend this condo higher.

Words cannot describe how amazing this home is. Truly a wonderful and unique home that is steps away from the beach. My entire family loved the space and was deeply saddened we couldn’t stay longer! Secured area as it is located within a gated community. Short walk to get to the main parts of Playa del Carmen, but honestly we rarely wanted to leave the house or the amazing beach. Space is huge and had our group of 9 feeling like we were in luxurious but welcoming home. Bruno, the property manager, was really responsive and helped us out a lot with coordinating transportation. Highly recommend!!

Everything is great about this place. The ocean view is beautiful and worth looking at. At night you can hear the waves crashing and it's a relaxing sound. Also late at night you can see many stars in the sky which makes a great sight. There aren't many critters in home like the geckos and insects. Also around the house are iguanas that are very friendly and mind there own business. Don't worry they won't bother you. The locals are also very friendly and like new visitors. Overall I found this place wholesome.

I thought it was a very nice place, the apartment was equipped as they showed in the photos , the area was very safe and nearby places such as Oxxo, Chedraui, stalls for varied dinner, the fifth avenue very close by car . The area was very quiet to rest and its facilities very well , Daniel was very attentive to details , I would definitely recommend it a lot ☺️

We have stayed in the condo several times. It has a fantastic view of the sea and the beach is just outside. The place is quiet, and you can hear the sea. We find that when we stay there, we relax and don't do much else but going to the beach and the local restaurants. The kitchen has everything needed. You can have your meal outside while listening to the sea.

Overall great experience! The host was so attentive from start to end. Check In/Out was made easy. The condo was spacious, cozy and equipped with everything we needed. We were a few minutes away from La Quinta (walking), which was very convenient too. I will definitely look into staying here the next time I visit.
