Vacation rentals with lake access in Solidaridad

AMAZING VILLA AND HOSTS! Family of 6 and had more than enough room for everyone. We really enjoyed the smaller roof top pool due to the views and it was a bit warmer at night. House was clean and furniture was beautiful! It’s not really walking distance to anything, but Akumal is a 5 min drive and has lots to offer. Highly suggest Imelda’s Ecocina for breakfast and Turtle Bay Cafe for tacos. Went twice to each during our stay. We saw about 8-10 what we originally thought were monkey playing in the backyard for 30 mins or so (still not sure what they were but it was a cool experience). There were BIG and small iguanas all over the back which was so cool!!! We loved it!! I can’t say enough about the hosts Marcela… I have never experienced a host as friendly and as responsive as she was. I bugged her every day and she always responded immediately and provided such great recommendations for our family! My mom left her phone in the house and Marcela took it to Fedex same day. We recently stayed at Roberto’s villa in Tulum Country Club community and it was fantastic! The property is in a gated community with security and we never felt worried about anything. The listing pictures were exactly as what was there! We were a group of 8 people (4 adults, 4 kids under the age of 10) and the space fit us well. The villa is in walking distance to a local market to grab anything you may have missed to bring, as well as several restaurants and bars (Taco, Burger, Pizza, Steak House, Sports bar). Although with kids walking may be a bit far. We rented a golf cart from a local and made everything a breeze to get around. There are also free resort shuttles to take you to 1 of the 4 resorts on property if you purchase a day pass (get them from the Club house!!) Only complaint was that there was some electrical blips when power switched from Solar to the grid and there was no hair dryer as was listed. So really nothing crazy. Will definitely come back!!

This was our first family vacation and we couldn’t have done it at a better place. The house literally had everything and more that you expect at a vacation home. With multiple pools and jacuzzis, I didn’t think it could be topped, until we walked into our very own private cenote! It was truly hard to leave this morning, the kids wanted more time at the house. It’s big and spacious and very private. The host are really helpful and sweet, with a cleaning lady that was kind and respectful of space and time. If you need any restaurant or activity recommendations, just ask Fabrizio, he was a great help. I plan on returning to playa de Carmen and when I do I hope this house is available. Can’t thank the hosts enough for trusting us with their home/ paradise (as the kids called it). Until next time.

We stayed for 4 days in this beautiful house, very comfortable. We enjoyed all the amenities, super pool!!

We traveled as a family, everything went smoothly, the house is very spacious and comfortable, the pool is beautiful, and the area is unbeatable, we could walk everywhere and we were always in touch with Luca's team, we will definitely be back!!

Good morning! Apart from thanking the stay these five days let you know that the stay in its facilities was very pleasant, a very nice pool. The attention of the person who helps in the excellent cleanliness and in general the whole private in excellent condition, cleanliness and security. Amenities very close to the facilities and very easy access with different options mainly beach and fifth avenue

Antonio‘s house was absolutely wonderful and everything we hoped for. The outdoor living space is phenomenal and where we spent all of our time when at the house. The kitchen was well equipped, and if there was anything that we needed, we were provided it after asking. Each bedroom was comfortable and had its own bathroom, a bonus when traveling with other people. If Antonio offers for you to visit his glamping facility and take the jungle tour, take him up on it! It was one of our favorite parts of the trip. A couple things we were unaware of the pleasantly surprised by: - The house comes along with a housekeeper that stays a minimum of two hours per day. She is incredibly sweet and will assist with anything you may need, whether it be dishes, laundry, cooking etc. - The house itself is in a gated community. Shame on us for not researching the area so we were quite surprised, but also ended up having a really fabulous time with so much going on around us. There were tons of restaurants, a beautiful beach, great areas to walk around, and lots of close towns to visit. We did not rent a car so so we ended up renting a golf cart to get around Puerto Aventuras. This worked out fabulous and just provided an extra element of fun for the trip. All of the locals seem to be taking Covid extremely serious. That was a bonus for us and much appreciated when visiting different areas. Thank you Antonio and Ayda!

This condo is wonderful. Spacious, clean and comfortable. A/C in every room if you need it. Good modern kitchen. Super comfortable couches with a huge TV in the living area. Nice to have the washer/dryer available right in the unit. The location is great, right on the marina, easy to walk or a short drive to the restaurants, etc. The grounds are very well maintained and the swimming pool is great for a refreshing dip or a place to hang out and relax. Convenient reserved parking right out front. Danely is super responsive, friendly, and very helpful with anything you may need. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a private vacation neighborhood with lots of restaurants, and some beautiful small beaches with some decent snorkeling from the shore (after passing the stone barricade breakwaters). The home was spacious and beautiful with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms and showers. Fully stocked kitchen. The host always responded within minutes for anything we needed. Would definitely return here!

Only an hours away from the airport this is a super nice (and Big!!) apartment to spend some time relaxing before grading home. For us this was the last stop after a Long Roadtrip in Mexico, and we were all very happy to stay here - nice beds, pool right outside, clean kitchen, friendly hosts…

Great stay at their Marina Mia apartment. Puerto Aventuras is quite a large gated community of condos, houses, apartments and hotels, there is a large marina backed complex of bars, restaurants and shops and this apartment is easily walkable to both the main beaches and the Marina in around 10-15 minutes but if you want a golf buggy these are rentable from a few different vendors. The apartment has loads of space and the facilities are excellent, the bed in the master bedroom is so big and comfy. Fans and air con worked well. It is really well equipped, though the listing said snorkelling equipment was there so we didn't bring ours, this wasn't the case and there's plenty to see, particularly in the nearby cenotes so that was a shame. We needed to buy bin bags water and toilet rolls, totally forgot they were offering bikes which would have been great so can't review that bit! Highly recommend this apartment and Miguel was helpful and fast to respond to questions throughout our stay.

What a phenomenal time! I’ve been coming to Playa at least once a year since 2020 and this property is the best I’ve stayed! The condo is very spacious, all of it: bedrooms, baths, living area and full of light with triple height ceiling. Right outside living room there’s your own private terrace with chaise lounges/table set for a more private rest if you don’t want to be in the common areas. A few beautiful stone steps down and you’re in the magnificent pool area of the complex with it’s olympic size pool for amazing lap swimming. Complex is chic, elegant with amazing landscape that keeps units very private; ambiance is overall relaxing and respectful and tons of beautiful lounges for everyone. Cherry on top? Hamacas in the pool, and great fitness center. Everything was perfection! Communication easy and friendly thanks to Claudio, property manager. My family and I loved it and can’t wait to be back!

Rodrigo was very responsive. He gave us some new beach ideas etc. All the information we required was provided. The patio provided shade and easy walk out to pool and grounds
