This condo was perfect for our family of 4. The local hosts were very nice and helpful. Plenty of space, quiet with easy access to town & the beach. We especially enjoyed time on the rooftop patio in the mornings and evenings. We would love to stay here again!

Gorgeous Mexican style townhouse

Sasha and Ana were excellent hosts. They responded quickly, warmly and professionally to all of our questions and concerns. (Not that there were many!) They treat their staff fairly and compensate them well. Beautiful traditional Mexican style home. Comfortable. Loved sitting out on the upper patio. Close to "downtown" and the lake. The neighbourhood vibe is very safe and friendly, and there's a strong sense of community. There was a fabulous New Year's Eve street party, with great live music from 11pm-8am, so if you're not into joining the locals in their festivities, make sure you've got good earplugs! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or stay again.

This is our second time staying on this beach, but our first time staying in this house. Such a great time! Will definitely stay at this house again. The pros- *Proximity to the beach/ocean *So much space in the home *2 parking spots in the garage *Walking distance to Manny’s *Beach is not crowded *My family loved looking in the rocks for shells and creatures at low tide *Plenty of vendors selling food and items so you don’t even have to leave the house area *2 fridges are great for food/water storage The cons- *The living area/loft/downstairs rooms didn’t cool off. The thermostat was locked to 76 at the lowest and that wasn’t enough to cool those areas (especially for sleeping). *No dishwasher. So bring disposable coffee cups or plan on hand washing dishes daily. *Bring your own shampoo, conditioner. The pros definitely outweigh the cons and my family enjoyed stayed here. The hosts were quick to respond and let us pay a little extra to check in early. Recommend this home for sure!

This location is great. I can't say enough about Condesa (the broader area) and specifically the location of the rental. Very convenient, very dog-friendly and a mix of families, young and old folks, tourists and locals. Close to wonderful cafes some of which stay open early (coffee and fab pastries) to late (wine and dinner). I was a little confused when I first arrived from the airport as the entry didn't match the notes but all was quickly revealed. As I stood there scratching my head, ever-cheerful John suddenly appeared and let me in, gave me a quick tour and showed me how the keys and points of entry worked. John and Shantal went over and beyond with helpfulness when I had problems getting wifi on my phone. Re the house, I especially appreciated the comfy bed (with super soft sheets); I slept like a baby every night. Also liked the extra feature of the yoga mats.

Adrianus place was awesome! I loved how everything was so clean and cozy, I felt like at home, lots of space and the kitchen was big enough. Rooms were cozy and I liked that each room had a bathroom. Always good to have your own parking spot secure and gated. I recommend and for sure i would book again.

Very comfy beds. La Veleta neighborhood is adorable with tons of different dining options. Felt very safe in gated complex. Fast internet. Lots of great supplies provided to get started during our stay. Spent an afternoon at the Cenote Corazón del Paraíso which is wonderful and great for families. The Tulum ruins were amazing (also packed).

Hands down, Benoit and Jazzie were the best AirBnB hosts we’ve ever had! They were a fantastic duo helping us have a fantastic and fun filled vacation with our large family with kids. Ben was totally flexible and accommodating with our dynamic travel schedule. With his timely communication via the AirBnb app, he made our last minute travel plans a reality. They helped us book a lot of activities and even secured great deals saving us lots of $$$. Ben really made us feel safe and secure and always made sure we were taken care or promptly. This home is perfection! It has everything you need down to a flashlight. The kitchen appliances are fully stocked so any cooking you want to do, you’re able to do so. The view from the home is amazing. The terrace view is indescribable. The home is in a prime location where you can walk to pretty much anywhere you want to in downtown. Everything matches the description if not surpassed it. Also recommended drivers to pick up and take to the airport to ease that part of the trip. 10/10! Highly recommend!

Super close to little shops, less than 10 mins walking distance to El Centro (downtown). We booked with time and was totally worth it. We had a great time in this home with my group of gals.
