Beautiful - exactly like the photos - the whole place was clean and everyone was responsive and very friendly . The description is spot on. 2 things to note - the seaweed is horrible this time of year so the private beach was not swimable - however don’t let that stop you - travel to beaches in riviera maya that’s what we did and worth it. And coming back to that paradise of a room was amazing. Lastly - the hotel next door play very loud music . Some days it’s stopped at 10 and some days it stopped at 1 am. Again this is not something that would prevent me from returning as I bring a sound machine and sleep buds anywhere I go. I will be back 100 percent

Excellent accommodation, the view is amazing. From the amenities, everything you need to make you feel at home, from the kitchen to the bathroom and more. I would definitely be back!

The communication was very comforting from the moment we booked. Berenice really aims to please , she is quick to respond and very accommodating. The condo is exactly like the pictures , the surroundings are much and beautiful, everything was as expected and more ! I felt supported and guided with any questions or concerns, she was quick to answer and always with a smile . I will hopefully be back many times to come !

Jayde and i had an incredible stay with Sandra—she organized the door-to-door shuttle services, planned a fun boat tour with herself and the other guests (loved the cenote and all the birds!), and she was a wealth of knowledge and advice for the Holbox area. She let us know which restaurants were the best, and which tours were worth checking out! Sandra’s place is beautiful, the immediate beach access and private pool were great ways to cool off after a day in the sun! The daily breakfast was different every day and each one was so delicious. We will definitely be coming back to Casa TomTom - thanks Sandra!

Bed was super comfy and AC worked great!!! Bring your own wash cloths or loofah, bc they don't supply that. Place was cleaned daily and smelled great to return home to after a long hot day. Fresh fruit every morning was a bonus also.

An excellent place to go with the family and get away from the world for a while. The view is extraordinary. The social areas are very well thought out for spending time together, the layout fosters a great atmosphere, especially for us who have people of different ages, it is great for young people and children, and very comfortable for adults. Special mention to the attention of Rocío and her people👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻. We highly recommend choosing this place for our objective. There is a very good supermarket, more than basic, one block away from the Rancho. Valle and Avándaro are about 30 minutes away by car, consider using a map for getting around.

Ukiyo Beach House is beautiful, peaceful and pristine and easily must be the best place to stay in San Agustinillo! The room is breathtaking, with the highlights being the outdoor shower and private terrace with hammocks. The shared pool is a delight to relax in after a hot day. Caleb gives you an umbrella for the beach, which is super helpful. San Agustinillo beach starts a couple minutes from the property down the steps, which is a quiet place to relax. It’s a 5-10 minute walk up the beach to get to the restaurants and little beach bars. We visited in low season (May) and it was beautiful and sunny but very quiet, but it’s easy to get taxis (100 pesos a way) to Mazunte which is a 5 minute drive away and a bit busier. Caleb is a great host and gives you loads of recommendations. There is also a concierge available between 1-8pm to answer any of your questions. Finally, Fiorella’s breakfasts were insane and reasonable priced (around 150 pesos). You must book this place!

Such a beautiful spot a little off the beaten path but with a nice walk along the beach or quick bus stop into town

we had a wonderful stay at Casa Cascada. beautiful views, incredible & quiet location (5 minute walk to a swimmable beach). all recommendations provided for transport, restaurants & activities were were fantastic. the breakfast included cooked by Lupita is delicious! we look forward to visiting Puerto Escondido & staying at Casa Cascada again.

Amazing location, with an even more unique home and accommodation by Felipe Great breakfast served daily! Absolute best recommendation Felipe really does open up his property and makes you feel free and right at home! Extremely private and gated

Everything was excellent, good stay, everything clean, good food and good prices. Pleasant atmosphere, very friendly staff, comfortable rooms overlooking the pool, lots of nature, close to everything. We had a great time during our stay, the communication was not very good since they did not respond to our messages and that made us a little afraid since we arrived after check-in but then we understood that it is a hotel, so it did not bother us and we had no problems. The hotel is excellent! We highly recommend it. In addition, the rooms have a small kitchenette with a coffee maker, microwave, minibar and amenities. 10/10, we would definitely like to come back.

Absolutely gorgeous, the most friendly and welcoming staff I have ever encountered. I will absolutely return to this place, we were close enough to everything and we had a great time.

This property is a must if you are traveling to CDMX. Is close to the Condesa neighborhood, and walking distance from Metro Tacubaya. Many small coffee shops near by as well. I will be staying here again in my future visits to CDMX.

The room is very nice, comfortable and clean. It's a little hot in the afternoon, but by opening the balcony windows or with the fan on, the room has very good ventilation and the climate becomes very pleasant. The breakfast included is very, very tasty. Great place and location. I would definitely come back. Alex's service was excellent :)

This place was a great stay overall, it was better than we imagined based on the pictures. We loved the pool specifically, it was such a nice area to just chill and relax. The host was really helpful too, one night there was no power so the host found us a temporary place to stay for the night which was really nice of them.

We had a very pleasant stay in downtown Mexico City. Pleasant and quiet location. Everything looked neat and well maintained.
