Beachfront vacation rentals in Mexico

Our family of 5 adults had the most amazing week at Norma’s beautiful home! Norma was always very quick to respond with any questions and is very kind. Upon arrival Dorian, Lupita and Luz made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Lupitas cooking was beyond delicious. Luz kept the house very clean and made our beds every morning. Dorian was always there for anything we needed. They were all so kind and helpful. We couldn’t have ask for better staff for our stay. The house and property were more than we could have imagined. So peaceful and serene. Having privacy was so nice. The pool was perfect for the warm, humid temps. The beach down the road was so fun and we loved boogie boarding. We felt safe and comfortable the entire time. We loved all of the animal life and name the local tejones King Julian (iykyk). He came to visit nightly, of course watching him from indoors. We highly recommend Norma’s home. We hope to be able to return in the future!

This is our 5th year staying here for 1 week and we will be back next year. One of the most beautiful Airbnbs in the world. Highly recommended to disconnect from the chaos of modern life and tune in to yourself and to nature. Spectacular!

Amazing accommodation on the beach, the host Ricardo was always attentive from start to finish and very kind, we arrived at the villa and felt right at home, everything was very clean and a beautiful view! We stayed three days, the beach is quiet and wonderful, a few minutes away there is an Oxxo and a super nice pizzeria. The villa had all the amenities mentioned in the publication and the beautiful pool was my children's favorite. Already thinking of returning soon!

The accommodation is the same as in the photos, the access to the beach is the best part of the accommodation. The staff's service is spectacular, they make you feel at home and the food is delicious.

Our stay was wonderful. Hospitality was 5 star. If you have the opportunity for Carmen & Fernando to cook for you, the lobster dinner was unbelievable. The house and location is gorgeous. ThankYou for sharing this gem with us!! We will definitely be back. Doug & Tina.

The place is as advertised, comfortable, nice, well-equipped, it has everything even to go to the beach, a refrigerator, umbrella as extras, but the plus that we loved is the view, the best view at sunrise and sunset, that's what this place has in my opinion!! it was worth it!! we'll be back soon

We had an amazing time at this loft. The space is beautiful and modern, and thoughtfully decorated and laid out. Host and manager are very responsive. You also could not imagine a more gorgeous location directly on the beach. It’s convenient, with a restaurant next door, and Mazunte is a walk away. I highly recommend renting a scooter if offered, as it made getting around to nearby locations easy and fun.

I was surprised of how well kept is the place. Although it is not a new place, it seems that they case about keeping the place up to date. One of the things that I liked the most is the extra washrooms outside the house. The fact that we had the help of the property manager is priceless. He was attentive and very helpful.

Eric’s place was perfect for my wife and I for the 8 days we were there. We absolutely love the Terrasol resort property! It is very safe and quiet but super close to downtown and all the craziness of Cabo! We are definitely going back many times!

The view from the balcony is spectacular- we were able to see lots of whales (late afternoon / early evenings seemed to be popular time - before sunset)… Lots of restaurants, bars located a short walk from the unit (no on-property dinning options after 5:30pm).. Had a great time - and would definitely consider staying at this location next time we vacation in Cabo.. Host and staff were great, very friendly and communicative.

I highly recommend this spot! We came here for our honeymoon and this spot was a perfect place to celebrate. Our favorite amenity was the private rooftop every night to watch the sunset. We also rented bikes and were able to bike from the Airbnb to downtown which was so fun. We also loved spending time in the pool. The Airbnb is very spacious and comfortable. We can’t wait to come back and will definitely rent Hilda’s place again😊

Stayed at this amazing place for our girls trip and loved it. Great location, amazing private beach access, nice and quiet atmosphere yet very close to all the great restaurants and bars. Definitely coming back!

One of the nicest places I have ever stayed

Ariana’s place is truly a dream come true. If you’re looking for a relaxing, peaceful getaway from the hustle & bustle this is the perfect place for you. Luis, the manager was really responsive and super helpful in a flexible check in and out, he also provided a ton of recommendations and local contacts that made getting around easier. We would definitely stay here again in PE!

Our stay at Guido's house was more than perfect! We were 7 friends in great need of rest and sun and we were delighted. As many have said, the photos don't do the villa justice! The house is large, very clean and well maintained. The outdoor area with large table, pool, private beach is great. We felt like queens. For a 7-day stay, the indoor and outdoor cleaning was done twice!! We'll be back without hesitation!

We came for our honeymoon and Casa Almea did not disappoint! Short walk to the beach, deep pool with gorgeous view, ride the bikes into town for shopping and food. Elena was an amazing host with great recommendations on transportation, restaurants and anything else we needed! Book casa almea!

We had a very nice stay. The place is comfortable, in a good location and with details that make the experience more enjoyable. Communication with the hosts was very good, always attentive and willing to resolve any detail. We especially appreciate your willingness and friendly service. Recommended!

Marisa’s home was absolutely beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. We felt right at home and everything went smoothly during our stay. The area was calm and peaceful. We’d definitely stay here again for another relaxing vacation.

If you’re looking for the perfect Airbnb in Akumal/Tulum/Playa del Carmen—this is it! The home is stunning: spacious, modern, full of natural light, with an incredible pool and views. It’s in a peaceful, safe area, and the host and staff go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. They offer amazing recommendations—massages, restaurants, chefs, yoga, boat trips, cenotes, and more. We used Chef Ricardo for most meals and highly recommend him! We visited for a bachelorette trip and were welcomed with themed balloons and a super cute setup. Despite last-minute changes, the team was extremely accommodating and responsive. Whether it’s a bachelor/bachelorette party, family vacation, friend getaway, or a relaxing retreat, this place is a 10/10. Huge thanks to Charlotte and team for making our trip so special and seamless!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay at Cancun Plaza! We had a wonderful time staying at Cancun Plaza! The location is absolutely perfect—right on the beach with stunning ocean views and easy access to restaurants, shops, and transportation. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying the sunrise views and natural lighting coming through from the balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool area was well maintained and never too crowded. It really felt like a hidden gem in the Hotel Zone! If I had to mention one tiny drawback, it would be the water pressure in the shower—it was a bit low at times. But honestly, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Side note: there is an elevator that goes up to the 6th floor then you’ll have to carry your luggage up and down two flights of stairs to the unit. Definitely got some exercise

We loved our time at Casa Matilda! Julio and the entire team communicated well and made us feel right at home. Casa Matilda, the local restaurants, and the surrounding areas were the perfect fit for us. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful spot, kids- 12,15,18 - ranked the home (in aggregate) as the top highlight among many memorable activities…especially the days lounging by the pool. Secure, comfortable and overall very easy. Bikini Bar is a 2 min walk (if that) and great food and service. Akumal only a 7 min drive with a local market that has most everything. Downtown Tulum with great restaurants is less than 30 minutes . William is very helpful (enjoyed a boat ride to Akumal for snorkeling) with added on site security.

Stunning, unique house in a lovely, tranquil setting. Gorgeous pool. My kids enjoyed playing in the sand with the beach toys and saying hello to the beach dogs who occasionally stopped by. We loved drinking our coffee on the patio, watching the birds over the gulf in the early morning. The water is fairly calm, with sandy bottom so good for swimming and playing in gentle waves. And you have the beach totally to yourself. The water visibility is poor because of wind/ currents/ boats etc. (so no point in snorkel or goggles). There are two sea kayaks, which are lovely. Quite a bit of seaweed piles up at the tide line (might be a seasonal thing), which is harmless but makes the shoreline slightly less picturesque (if that matters to you). The playa viva restaurant in Telchac Puerto is terrific— get the fish tacos and the ceviche. All in all, a terrific stay at the house— I only we were there longer. We hope to come back!!
