Beachfront vacation rentals in Solidaridad

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable condo interior, furnishings, lobby, etc. Safe and secure gated parking with friendly guards. Ocean views from the private balcony. Kitchen had all nice appliances, cookware, dishes, etc, plus various coffee makers, incl a French Press. Bathroom and shower were modern and clean. Bed was big and comfortable, with a bunch of pillows and extra blankets if needed. Both TV's worked great, incl. streaming apps. The host, Jeffrey, and his local property manager, Cristian were both super friendly, helpful, and were active with communication. All questions were answered promptly and made our stay anxiety-free! One block walk to the beach. Within a few blocks of EVERYthing needed, ped mall with gift shops, upscale and mid-level restaurants of all types, pharmacies, currency exchange, and many convenience stores/bodegas. Big grocery store and Walmart were within 2miles. We would absolutely book Jeffrey's condo next time we come to Playa del Carmen!!

This rental was in the perfect location! So close to the beach and 38th. We ended up barely going to 5th, but that was close too. We ate almost every meal on 38th. Every restaurant was delicious! The pool was great, not busy at all. Plenty of chairs and beds to choose from. The pool bar opens at 12 and closes at 7 I think. We did see people having coffee and maybe some food there in the morning at one point, but we aren't sure what they have as far as that goes. We did not see another breakfast option at the condos. The room is 1 floor above the building entrance to the right. Balcony looks out over trees and then Martina beach club is a block in front of that. We liked the privacy of looking out over trees. I will say on Saturday, the beach club was playing very loud music until 6 am. You could hear it thumping all night, even with the fan on. It didn't ruin our trip and we would stay here again, just something to keep in mind. Every other night was quiet.

THE APARTMENT: Very nice, spacious, clean and well stocked with everything needed by our family for a weeklong stay. Wireless internet worked fine to do remote work. The cart to load/pull things throughout the complex was extremely useful. Only negative was the firmness of the double-bed mattresses, but that’s relative and not a deal-breaker. THE GROUNDS: Mareazul community was peaceful, private, safe, and absolutely gorgeous. Our family loved the pools, the beachfront, the wildlife, and the on-site restaurant. We didn’t take advantage of other amenities like the gym or spa. THE HOST: Mabel was attentive, gave clear instructions early, and communicated well. Her responsiveness slowed down noticeably after check in though, for unknown reasons. We really enjoyed staying at Mabel’s apartment and would happily return for a similar rate. 👍🏼

Staying at Jaime’s Airbnb was an absolute pleasure! The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the beach with an incredible view that made every morning feel like a dream. We loved how close we were to so many amazing restaurants, making it easy to enjoy great food without needing to go far. The space was clean, comfortable, and perfectly situated for a relaxing getaway. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Playa del Carmen! This apartment is beautiful. The front two rooms have amazing views of the ocean and are very comfortable. We are a family of 5 and the space accommodates us beautifully. The two teenagers squealed when they saw their room with two queen beds and what felt like an additional room just for the walk in closet and bathroom space. Juliana was the most perfect host, quick to communicate and very very helpful. Access to the beach was close and easy, the pool area is HUGE and the restaurants on site made food options easy. The local shops and restaurants are a quick taxi ride, which Juliana assisted us with. There’s also a Spa onsite which was a surprise. The services are very reasonably Priced and while we went to the spa itself I do believe there is an option for them to come to the unit. One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had.

Amazing place to stay at. Splash pool in the backyard, cooling tub on the roof, and a large community pool in front of the house. When inside the gates you’re surrounded by 5 resorts where you can purchase day passes too. Beautiful PGA golf course is a cherry on top. Our family of 5 had a wonderful time.

We had the most amazing stay at Coco’s! She was extremely responsive, answering any queries within minutes. She also provided endless recommendation’s for local shops, restaurants, tours, etc. Her Airbnb is steps from the beach and we got to use to Mamamita’s lounge chairs everyday. We stayed here in a group of 6 and there was plenty of space. The pool is amazing and the bartenders at the pool are so friendly! We will be back and would suggest to anyone going to Playa to stay at Coco’s!

The home was exactly as described and looked just like the photos—beautiful and welcoming. The only issue was an unpleasant odor coming from one of the bathrooms, which we discovered was due to the toilet brush. Once we identified the source, we placed the brush in the backyard, and the smell was no longer a problem. The home was clean, the instructions were clear, and the property itself was stunning—just steps away from the beach. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway.

Exactly as advertised - this is a piece of paradise. Natalie was very helpful, and her suggestions were spot on. The private cenote tour she recommends is one of the greatest things our family has ever experienced. We rented an electric golf cart for our week stay, as one of our family members tires when walking in the heat. We drove it to restaurants every day and were glad for it, although without mobility issues no cart would be needed as everything is walkable. Such an incredible location. We loved the beach access, the snorkelling, the pool, the balcony, the easy walk to snorkel in the lagoon, and also with turtles. The house keepers kept the place spotless. We took Natalie's advice and pre-arranged a driver to pick us up at the airport, and we stopped for groceries on the way. If you plan to cook, pre-shopping is a must.

Perfect location - directly on the beach. Beautiful condo that is well appointed and spotless with a great Italian restaurant next door. Very easy access to the beach. Marisa is incredibly friendly and helpful with my requests. Front desk/receptionists are also lovely. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Gomez’s place! The apartment was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive throughout our stay, which made everything easy and stress-free. We especially loved the tennis courts and the beautiful views — it truly felt like a vacation. There were fans throughout the space, and you could open the windows to let the lovely breeze in. The bed was super comfortable, and the location was ideal — close enough to walk to everything, but tucked away from the main drag so it was peaceful at night. The pool was empty most of the time so we practically had it to ourselves, and the security team was always around, friendly, and made the area feel very safe. Having a designated parking spot right out front was a huge plus, especially when we rented a car for day trips. Would absolutely stay here again!

Logement super beau, spacieux et propre. Swim out peu profond, parfait pour les enfants. Grosse piscine à quelques pas et magnifique plage à 3 minutes de marche. Un petit chariot est fournis pour transporter stock ou aller faire l'épicerie, c'est super! Serviettes plage/piscine fourni. Épicerie style Walmart à 25 minutes de marche. (Soriana) Allantour sécuritaire, aucune inquiétude à sortir du complexe. La "vraie" 5e avenue (où c'est intéressant et touristique) à 35 minutes de marches!

This location was easy and perfect. Easy check in, easy check out, pool on the roof had a view of the ocean. That is where I spent most of my time. Full refrigerator was rare to find in Mexico, but this rental had a full fridge and stove top (also rare.) no complaints! I would live here if I could!

excellent place and location right on the beach! the pool and garden is also very beautiful. Perfect for our relaxing vacation in nature... it is located away from the more popular touristy area and in a large private condominium complex so it was very peaceful with lots of wildlife to see.

I really enjoyed my stay. I wished I could have stayed longer and will be rebooking for another date hopefully soon. The location was great and the condo was beautiful. The administrator was helpful when I arrived as well as when I checked out. Thank you for allowing me to stay at your place.

We loved our stay. Amelia was very kind and welcoming. The interior was well appointed and very comfortable, and the grounds were well-maintained and accommodating. Very relaxing.

I absolutely loved it here. This location was perfect and never to noisy. It is so close to the walkable area where shops, food and so much more is. I will absolutely be back

We had a magical week at Adolfo’s place with our family of 5 adults and 2 kids. The location is spectacular and the kids loved being able to play on the beach and jump in the pool. Early risers will love the sunrise view from the beach. The location itself is an amazing jumping off point to enjoy Akumal (great taco spots in town!), Tulum, and local cenotes and eco parks. We were a bit anxious about not having AC in the main living area but the breeze was beautiful and it allowed us to really embrace indoor/outdoor living. The caretaking staff are wonderful and very helpful - they helped us arrange for massages at the house and kept the property meticulously clean. We also took advantage of Chef Carlos’s services and are so happy we did. The house itself is very comfortable. Showing its age in places but we appreciated it being un-fussy - especially with young kids. The kitchen is well-appointed with dishes but you’ll need to bring your own basic cooking supplies.

Wow, what a place and what a host! I don’t really know what to say here other than the place is perfect and even better in real life, Terrence is an absolute joy to communicate with and we are super grateful to have spent the first leg of our 2 week holiday here. The area is lovely and quiet with an OXXO up the road (5 mins walk) and ‘walking beach’ down the road (20 minute walk with kids, quicker otherwise!). Highly recommend seeking out Crocodile Lagoon (walk to beach then follow the coast south as the route on google maps was blocked when we tried that), enter the jungle at the trash can/bin and follow it around and you’ll make it to the lagoon, just don’t tell anyone - it was so peaceful and the kids (10/6) loved swimming with the many fishes amongst the peace and quite. Highly recommend this place. If you don’t have a car, take the collectivo from the highway outside the resort entrance in either direction. Cross the road if you want to go to Akumal/Tulum direction. Enjoy :)

I was amazed by how good the location was. Literally, a 2-min walk to the beach and surrounded by so many restaurants! It’s also super close to 5ta Ave, where there are a lot more restaurants and boutique shops. Host and team, including the referred taxi driver (Alejandro), were super great, timely, and responsive. The condo itself is clean and cozy— definitely a spot I’d recommend and/or come back to!

Lori and Mark went above and beyond what is expected from AirBnB hosts, giving tons of recommendations and local tips and even helping with arranging transportation for my friends and me. They were SUPER responsive and friendly! The most gracious hosts I think I’ve ever had.

The proximity to town and restaurants is perfect. The dolphinarium surrounds the town which makes it fun to just walk to town for food, ice cream, drinks ETC. The unit is feet from the Ocean, pool, and more lounge chairs than people. Their is also plenty of shade for us fair skinned people who cant stay in the sun all day. The unit itself is well appointed with good TV for those seldom seen rainy times. Pesca herself rounds out the packge with her pleasant proffesionalism.
