Trent came in clutch for a last minute booking! Home was welcoming and clean, had all the essentials for a small family. Kids had a great time!

Rob was extremely helpful and this spot was perfect. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was spotless. This home is a great vacation spot!

My husband and I took our kiddos here for a little spring break vaca. The kids LOVED the short walk to the beach. There was provided wet suits and boards. The home itself was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Lots of extra towels and cozy home with comfy beds! There’s even sound machines for sleep in the rooms. The giant jetted tub is nice and we enjoyed that also. Scott is super responsive and helpful. Close to beach and shops. Love it! We would definitely book this place again.

Me and family spent the weekend here for my nieces quinceñera party, and the venue was super close just around the corner, we liked the location it was in the middle of town turn right or left and everything was close, market, coffe, gas. my kids had alot of fun playing video games and we tried to finish a Disney puzzle but we didn't have enough time, there was plenty of games and puzzles. we felt cozy perfect size home for our family. we would definitely recommend this home. to a family. The house was perfect for our getaway. The kids enjoyed the backyard sandy area on the dune and the private dune trail was super cool, espeically for sunsets. We did think it had better beach access-didn't know the dune has a steep dropoff—but there is nearby public beach access which is easier to use. The separate entry for the downstairs was a bit tricky if you have small kids that want to bunk down there but we managed. Everyone had a great time. House was well cared for and the kitchen was stocked with many essentials and we really appreciated that they left condiments and other things in the fridge door. You don't often see that! 10/10 would book again.

Hot tub was clean crisp and fresh! Had guests over and there was plenty of space to hang out between the two couches and beanbag. Open space between living and dining room invited big conversations! The game room was greatly appreciated. Nice to have a well working smart TV in the bedrooms, game room, and living room!

My wife, four kids (teens & tweens), and I stayed there over New Year's 24-25 and had an absolutely wonderful time. The house was sparkly clean, the kitchen stocked with all the gadgets a person could need, and the ping-pong table was super fun. The beds were comfy, the fire place was cozy, and we could walk to the beach, restaurants, and a market in just a few minutes. Fatemeh was super responsive to any questions we had. We had a great time and wouldn't hesitate a moment to stay there again.

The unit is awesome! So close to the ocean and, being the ground unit, super accessible. Really cute and homey on the inside. Hot tub was great! Connie was so nice and accommodating.

This place was so good! AMAZING VIEW! This was just right AND they let us check in early. Beautiful view of the beach and ocean from sitting on the couch or at the table, nice coffee bar and snacks, comfortable bed, clear instructions, and SO MANY extra pillows and blankets, which makes me happier than you could know! It really had everything we needed and being on the ground floor was definitely a plus since my husband was on crutches. It was a really great stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to friends & family.

This is the place you're looking for! Super clean. Roomy. Awesome view out over the water. Good places to walk along the ocean. And good wifi too. Would stay here again!

This is a very cute place. I was in town for Newport Seafood and Wine Festival. loved our stay would stay again.

We loved our stay at nye beach, the apartment was clean and well stocked with towel, spices and cookware. Also had a booster seat for my 1 year old along with a couple toys and bowls for my dog. Walkable to the beach and restaurants, easy to find and access with electronic lock.

Tiny, cute spot. Sea view from unit #10. Walkable to the main drag, and the town is very cute! Be aware that the bathroom is through the bedroom, so if you have more than 2 staying, whoever is sleeping on the couch will have to cross through the bedroom to use the bathroom in the night, so be sure you're close with whoever you're staying with! Kitchen is small but fully stocked and fully functional. Shower is really tiny but is clean, with good water pressure and nice hot water. I would definitely stay here again! Price was right, and we loved our stay in Depoe Bay!

Dan & Teresa’s apartment was exactly as described. The view from the balcony was even better than expected & the pull out couch made the perfect place to sit & soak in the ocean sights & sounds. Would recommend!

An amazing stay with an amazing view! The view alone was worth it. Walking along the beach was magical. It’s a short walk to the beach and the store/ market in town as some great sandwiches, food, coffee etc. The space itself was spotless and perfect for a weekend trip. Book it! You won’t regret it.

We had a wonderful stay. Very cozy and nicely appointed place. Convenient kitchen. Gorgeous view to the ocean. Troy and Sidney were very helpful and responsive. A small problem with the heater was fixed at lightning speed. We were very impressed.

Beautiful view! Wonderful to be able to walk right down to the beach. Traveling with a toddler, so hugely appreciated the little things like coffee, sand toys, and books. Highly recommend! Would absolutely stay here again next time we're in Newport.

We only got to stay for the evening, but it was amazing and would have loved to have more time. Amazing accommodation, well decorated, clean, safe, and quiet. Even had dog beds and bowls!!! Had everything wr needed and was a close walk to the beach. Would def recommend or book again

We enjoyed your condo! It has a wonderful view and easy access to the beach or all of Lincoln City's offerings! Worked very well for our family of 3. Super clean and the layout was user friendly. We'll definitely book again in the future. Thank you for a great spot!

Perfect place to visit with a family as you have everything you need in your room for an easy vacation with kids (kitchen, laundry, more then one bathroom, site has nice walking path and basketball court, and the 3 pools are a huge plus). Very cute place with the beach right there off the balcony. Bigger than it looks in the pics. It was great to lay in bed & watch the sunset listening to the ocean. People flew kites right by us (3rd floor). Super clean kitchen with a big spice collection. Fireplace worked too. Yay ambiance! Did not smell like cleaning chemicals or anything unpleasant. Mattresses were pretty firm, no saggy spots. Plenty of fluffy towels in the bath. There was a collection of small children's books in a drawer. You can't hear hwy 101 from the kitchen/living area but you can from the bedroom. City rolls up at night so it wasn't a problem. Friendly staff. Pool looked great but we didn't get a chance to use it because the weather kept us outdoors. Overall a bargain for the beachfront location. Definitely recommend!

The kitchen setup was awesome. The balcony looked over the water. I loved the location. Bed was new and firm. I didn’t use the tv or pool. Highly recommend!
