Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Siletz River

The unit is awesome! So close to the ocean and, being the ground unit, super accessible. Really cute and homey on the inside. Hot tub was great! Connie was so nice and accommodating.

Loved staying here with my family! Bedding was amazing, plenty of rags, towels and blankets. It was so nice having the washing machine and very clear instruction on how to get in and use everything! We had a really good time!

This place was so good! AMAZING VIEW! This was just right AND they let us check in early. Beautiful view of the beach and ocean from sitting on the couch or at the table, nice coffee bar and snacks, comfortable bed, clear instructions, and SO MANY extra pillows and blankets, which makes me happier than you could know! It really had everything we needed and being on the ground floor was definitely a plus since my husband was on crutches. It was a really great stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to friends & family.

We stayed in Unit 12 on the second floor. The huge, attached patio had a wonderful view of the ocean even though there were other houses nearby. The floor plan was very spacious and comfortably furnished for our party of four (+dog). The kitchen had everything we needed. Lisa was available and on site for anything we needed. The whole place was clean and comfortable. I would say the only drawbacks would be there was only one bathroom and the closest beach access was a little challenging for someone who might not be in great shape. Although, there was easier beach access on the next street over which was a pleasant enough stroll. All in all, we had a wonderful time at Beachcombers… we really felt at home which made our vacation especially relaxing.

Absolutely worth it. Had 6 guests and we all had plenty of space. Beach access within a 2 minute walk, incredibly friendly neighbors and great places for food and clothes. Not too far from anything, plenty of hikes nearby and other beaches to visit for surfing. Loved it!!

We had a perfect stay over the long Thanksgiving weekend. The cottage is small but very well laid out. It was comfortable and cozy. We didn’t cook, but in the evenings we played games at the small table and watched some movies. Best of all, it’s an easy walk with the pups to an amazing beach. Ruth was a great host, and we will definitely look to stay again on our next Oregon coast adventure.

This place was super cute and beautiful we had a great time! I would recommend this place to anybody. We will always look for this when we come back to visit.

Our stay at this place was just what we needed. Took my daughter for her birthday and wanted to check out the aquarium and other things around. The rental was perfectly located for all of the activities we had planned. The place was just as advertised and in a great area for food and such. I would happily recommend this place to anyone.

This house is wonderful for families with kids of all ages. The arcade and hot tub were a huge hit with Grandkids! There is an ocean view from the entire middle floor, so peaceful and relaxing. Everyone agreed that the beds were very comfortable. Just a couple of blocks away are 2 small bakeries and several assorted gift shops, easy to walk to from the house. The home was very clean. It also had many games and children’s books available. Coffee was provided, nice to have that. Jessica was responsive and easy to communicate with :)

It is a wonderful place. So comfortable and fully stocked with everything you need to cook and hangout for a long weekend. We started with a group of old friends and enjoyed our time hanging out on the deck and cooking together. We drove to the beach only 20 minutes away. After they left we had a lovely time just relaxing in the hot tub, sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful weather we had. Though I must say even if it had been raining the outside porch is well covered and you could still enjoy being out there. Everyone was very pleased with the beds, super comfortable. There were plenty of linens and even outdoor towels, as well as seperate towels for the pets. (Though we did not have any with us) If I had any comment if would be, we were slightly disappointed that their was no leaf for the dining room table with eight of us and one in a wheelchair it was a tight squeeze, but we made it work! Again, not an issue, just a suggestion! All in all one of my favorite stays.

Trent came in clutch for a last minute booking! Home was welcoming and clean, had all the essentials for a small family. Kids had a great time!

Really beautiful views, super quiet neighborhood, and a very interesting walk to the beach below. Karen left incredibly detailed instructions and guides. Overall a very pleasant trip!

We had a wonderful time at the Dolphin house. Our kids, 8 and 5, loved the toys available to play with both inside and outside. The small, sandy area at the front of the house was the perfect place for them to play with the beach toys provided. Do bring your own soap, shampoo, etc. It says it is not included and they mean it.

Joan and Rick have a BEAUTIFUL home with great beach access. My family and I were wanting an easy get away from the chaos, and we found that here at this location. I would definitely recommend this to someone else visiting the area!

Location was great and loved overlooking the bay. Space was clean and mostly updated with some odd lighting placement. Thanks for providing basic spice options and tea! Area of improvement: A good sleep is imperative. need to replace the bed in primary room, either too soft or coils are broken as we sunk towards the middle of the mattress.

Beautiful view! Wonderful to be able to walk right down to the beach. Traveling with a toddler, so hugely appreciated the little things like coffee, sand toys, and books. Highly recommend! Would absolutely stay here again next time we're in Newport.

Beautiful condo with an incredible view of the beach. Loved the neighborhood, there were so many good places in walking distance or within a short drive. It was a very comfortable place, set up well. They even had little snacks for us! Also, the soundproofing on the windows is great, you couldn't hear any outdoor sound at all. Also super nice to not have a long to-do list at the end of our stay.

We loved how close it was to the bay and the beach. The IGA grocery store one block away. Along with the Glass store and restaurants. We saw seals, Bald eagles, and a large flock of seagulls. Our walk along the ocean beach was unique in that you can walk out to the mouth of the river. We had a fire on the beach and watched the sun set. Would definitely love to come back to this lovely condo and stay longer. Great value.

The condo was everything that was listed and more. It was nice to have the little extras in the kitchen, like coffee, spices, working appliances, extra food if needed. It was also nice to have extras like phone cables, laundry soap, dryer sheets and soap and shampoo in the showers. I would recomend the condo to everyone looking for a place in Newport. Leslie

Absolutely wonderful stay!! Amazing view, exactly as described. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It had an incredibly well stocked kitchen. We didn’t bring our kids with us on this trip, but it was nice to see kid friendly dishes that we wouldn’t have worried about being damaged. We appreciated the specific directions on gate and door codes along with checkout details that were provided through text, email, and the app several days before our stay and then again the day of. It was a nice surprise when we received a text several hours before the scheduled check in saying that it was ready early. We would definitely stay here again!
