Walk right out the door to the stair-free beach access! Watch the waves from our ocean views while sitting at the dining table, lounging in the living room or even while cooking on the stove in our fully equipped kitchen. As a long-time, company policy, we require your home address and a current phone number, when you book.

This unique independent unit has a style all its own. Charming one bedroom unit with open living concept - kitchen, dining area, bedroom, and work space. Private bath with walk-in closet. Excellent, easy path down to the sandy beach. Front windows and deck are west-facing with some ocean view. Large yard, two decks, and outdoor hot tub, all for your use only. Seal Rock State Park is nearby, as are Newport to the north and Yachats to the south. 12% of rental fee is paid to the County for taxes.
