Perfect getaway! The house is exactly as described and even more stunning once you get there. Bedrooms are very comfortable and the house is vast so there are many areas to hang out and comfortably relax (and get quiet time if you need it). So much to do in the area, if you like golf the Manzanita course is super chill and really well maintained. Walk to the beach in a few minutes on your own private trail. Hot tub worked well and fit 4 larger adults. Brigid was incredibly responsive and very accommodating. All in all worth every penny!

We had a great stay here. The scenery was spectacular. The deck is a perfect place to read or just sit and watch the waves. If you don’t want to be outside, you can sit in the cozey front room and watch from the large picture windows. The house was clean and comfortable. We love it here! 😊

We stayed at this location for about a month recently for a work trip. I’m so happy we found this specific place. Lovely is the best word to describe it. The house is lakeside and deer come through the yard pretty much daily. It’s very private and peaceful. I will absolutely return as I loved this house and experience so much. If you rent it, please drive carefully in the gated community, especially at night, to give the deer (and sometimes Elk!) the right of way. Thank you for an amazing stay. What a treat!

This condo was fantastic! Excellent views! Beautifully cleaned and decorated! Love that we could walk down to the wonderful shops and restaurants. We particularly loves Sea Hag. we also really loved the television choices. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back.

The house is lovely: great quiet neighbourhood and close to the beach access - easy walk to the town as well. Ean was considerate and timely with his communications both before and during our stay. There was a minor issue at the outset of our stay, but Ean initiated a more than satisfactory resolution.

I enjoyed watching birds. The vista was lovely, although it was overcast and hard to see the ocean. A nice spot!

This place was definitely our best stay so far just know if you stay with Joe he’ll do anything and everything to make sure he makes you have a memorable stay the place makes you feel comfy with a beautiful view and so many restaurants to choose from he also recommended some of the best sweet spots in the Lincoln city area I’ll definitely stay here again 100/10!!!

I would highly recommend Lynn’s place. I have stayed here multiple times now for work trips and it always feels so cozy and comfortable with the personal touches. The condo is very clean in appearance and smells good (sounds funny but some condos I’ve stayed at on the coast have had musty/unpleasant smells)! I personally like this side of town as well as it seems quieter and is very walkable as there is easy beach access and is a short walk from Mo’s or The Pines food carts which are fun to try! Lynn’s place has everything you need for a cozy stay at the beach!

We spent an amazing time catching up with our adult kids and grandchildren (ages 3 months and almost 5 years old) at this wonderful cabin! The game room was perfectly equipped and thoughtfully arranged to be the best hangout for hours! It was a breeze to put on a family dinner because of the kitchen's layout and appliances. And we loved the many seats and even the high-chair available at the dining table :) The views of the pond were inspiring - even for a rainy/stormy weekend. It was so comfortable that my whole family agreed that this would be a fantastic place to return - especially if we could come in the summer to explore the outdoors a bit more. This is our second stay at the cabin and we enjoyed it just as much as the first, if not more. Lovely, clean space with a cozy interior and gorgeous view. The kitchen has every accessory you could need to make meals and assorted beverages. The Christmas tree was a wonderful touch and made it feel even more homey. A very peaceful retreat to welcome in the new year. Thank you for another wonderful stay.

We had the absolute BEST time here! We’ve stayed at another one of Northon’s rentals in Pacific City and I’ve learned it truly is sometimes down to the host that makes all the difference between a nice stay and an amazing stay with the most wonderful memories made, which really is the best gift. My husband enjoyed his birthday weekend getaway, and I’m very grateful for the hospitality shown! The beach cabin is so adorable, peacefully cozy with breathtaking views, more than comfortable for the two of us and our little girls, a great kitchen with excellent knives and all we needed for some home cooked meals, a lovely living room and fun movie collection along with streaming services guests can use. My husband and I also had a ton of fun with the ping pong table downstairs! Northon provided some great suggestion for eating out through messages and in their welcome binder at the house. We heard Northon recently opened another Airbnb in Mexico and we cannot wait to check that one out too!

Very cute place, quiet, your own private beach access to the inlet, and last but definitely not least the view is amazing. Lots of different species of birds to watch play in the water.

We loved our stay here. We were close to everything yet it felt quiet and peaceful. Our highlight was seeing a fawn that literally came to the front door. The house was very clean and we felt like we were in a home away from home.

Such a cute cozy cabin! We had a great time staying here. You can walk to many shops a small grocery store lots of places to eat near by! We completed a couple of puzzles, cooked local fish, hot tubed, walked to the beach. Lovely place it just sit watch the water and read a book! I loved this home!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect, but the real highlight was the house itself. It’s in great shape, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The living room and fireplace made it feel so cozy that we hardly wanted to leave. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a truly lovely getaway!

Had a wonderful staycation! Location was close to the beach. Kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of bedrooms. Couldn’t figure out how to increase the temp of the hot tub though that was stuck at 89F with atleast 6 engineers in the group. Haha. 😊

What a lovely stay. The house was just as advertised. We spent our days at the beach and touring around, and our evenings relaxing in the hot tub and chilling out. There is everything you could possibly need to cook. The kitchen was well stocked and laid out. Local groceries are spendy so if you need to do a big shop you may want to do it before you hit town. I was nervous taking my dogs to someone else's home, but they set us up for success with dog beds and towels. The crowning jewels would be the shower water pressure and the linen. Our entire weekend was amazing! I highly recommend.
