Our cozy coastal condo is a relaxing retreat. You can be as busy or as lazy as you’d like. Some visits we just sit back, relax and enjoy the view. Other times we take long walks, chat with those clamming or crabbing right off of the shore. Our favorite place for cocktails and live entertainment is just a 3 minute walk around the corner, The Snug Harbor. We hope you enjoy this little slice of paradise as much as we do!!! ***Please note that our condo is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.

Siletz Riverhouse - We are Unique! Let's Talk!

Dock is unavailable! It's summer on Siletz River which can be fun, but with a caveat. Our dock is inaccessible and not available for guest use. Guests may still enjoy the house and deck, but without access to our dock or river from the house due to major floods in December and March ‘26. We are in the process of river bank reclamation, but it will not be completed by your requested dates. Also, we are a remote location without Internet, WiFi, or cell service, but offer peace and quiet instead.

Our small STUDIO “jewel box” condo looks out on to two merging, clear, fresh water creeks, sandy beaches, tide pools, layered cliffs, the Ghost Forest, and is surrounded by a national forest. It has: full kitchen, bath, queen bed, pull out twin trundle bed (best for kid but can sleep adult). It’s been full renovated to make it our dream getaway! Neskowin has a good wine/deli/market on site. Please reference pictures to see the trundle bed twin + last pic for location off US Hwy 101.

Great little getaway spot far from the hustle and bustle of city life. The noise of the nearest highway is over a mile away. We are located 2 miles from the entrance to the Mary's Peak recreation area, the highest spot in the coast range. During winter, there is usually access to snow, only a 15 minute drive from our cabin to the top of Mary's Peak. Alsea Falls is a 25 minute drive. The coastal town of Waldport is a 45 minute drive, Oregon State University is a 20 minute drive away, and University of Oregon is 1 hour south of us. Cabin is on our private property where we live as well.
