This place was so good! AMAZING VIEW! This was just right AND they let us check in early. Beautiful view of the beach and ocean from sitting on the couch or at the table, nice coffee bar and snacks, comfortable bed, clear instructions, and SO MANY extra pillows and blankets, which makes me happier than you could know! It really had everything we needed and being on the ground floor was definitely a plus since my husband was on crutches. It was a really great stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to friends & family.

We really enjoyed staying at Randy’s place. It was nice, clean and had all the amenities. The view was beautiful and the location was perfect. It’s walking distance to all the little shops and cafes at Nye Beach. I also enjoyed the large shower and rain shower head. It was very nice. The heated towel rack was nice also. We look forward to staying again next year.

This is a great place, I’ve stayed twice. Love the onsite parking, hot tub on the balcony, kitchen with everything needed. It’s very close walk to the beach, about a block away. Activity room only has a pool table and TV, would be cool to see another pool table or shuffle board added.

incredible view and cozy little place. I thought the beach was a walk right out the back door but you actually have to walk down the road a little ways cause its a drop off at the end of the yard which wasn't terrible but for the $ would have liked closer beach access. would have liked the host to let us know about any requirements for checking out i.e. dishes, stripping bad or stuff like that

my wife and I stayed at Bill's Place for our 24th wedding anniversary and it was awesome. Over the last 10 years I have stayed at over 30 really nice airbnbs and this one is near the top in every category.

Simply wonderful home literally in the middle of the sand dunes on the beach. Fantastic beach home and super communications with the owners. Don’t miss the halibut fish and chips at Luna in Yachats or Seal Rock, plus outstanding restaurants in Newport and amazing beach hikes at Thor’s Well and Seal Rock. Simply a fabulous week!

Perfect place to stay with a large group. Everything was clean, organized and easy to find. We loved the view from both lower and upper decks. Was very kid friendly but would suggest brining something to block the stairs off if you have a toddler (we have a 1 year old that was very curious of the staircase)… overall excellent, easy stay!

We loved our stay at this beautiful home on the Nestucca! We loved sitting out on the deck and watching the birds - bald eagles, cormorants, turkey vultures & gulls, and a couple of cute seals swimming right near the dock. The house was very comfortable and had everything we need. We enjoyed dinner at the Riverhouse one night which is a very short walk. We'll definitely be back!

We had a lovely and relaxing time. Breathtaking views! Loved that it was a quick walk to the beach but also felt private.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful oceanfront home! The views were truly breathtaking — waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset each evening from the deck was unforgettable. The home was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen which had all the essentials (and more!) for cooking and dining in. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, making sure our stay was smooth from start to finish. We truly enjoyed every moment and are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

Jerry's home was perfect for us. My 14 year old granddaughter took the loft bedroom with its own bathroom. She felt like the queen of the house. My daughter and I each had a comfy bedroom on the main floor...no extra stairs for us. The house has so many cute beach decorations and was well stocked with everything we needed. The ocean view was terrific. Thank you Jerry. I would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect for our getaway. The kids enjoyed the backyard sandy area on the dune and the private dune trail was super cool, espeically for sunsets. We did think it had better beach access-didn't know the dune has a steep dropoff—but there is nearby public beach access which is easier to use. The separate entry for the downstairs was a bit tricky if you have small kids that want to bunk down there but we managed. Everyone had a great time. House was well cared for and the kitchen was stocked with many essentials and we really appreciated that they left condiments and other things in the fridge door. You don't often see that! 10/10 would book again.

We loved spending time at the Sand Gate! You can't beat the location, with direct beach access. We could watch the sunset while on the beach, or view it directly from the house! Unbelievable views of the ocean! We also loved the hot tub after a day of playing outside. The house itself is old, and a bit quirky, but we had a great time nevertheless. Lori was great to communicate with when a small issue arose, and it was quickly fixed.

Great location - Right on top of a cliff overlooking the ocean and beach. Very private. New and nicely furnished apartments with 3 rooms. We had 6 people and it was very comfortable.

Our stay here was amazing! The location was great and the condo was exactly as decribed. Very cozy and welcoming with a great view! Everything was clean and Michelle was responsive and ready to help if needed. Thank you!

We loved this place for a number of reasons. It is an old classic resort style setting with two small bedrooms and small living area - but perfect for us and our pooch. Fantastic views that allowed you to look down at waves crashing against rip-rap barrier/retaining wall. Nice porch that acts as a sound board amplifying the sound of the waves. Proposal rock can be viewed from porch rail. Elevation of porch is about 25-30 feet above beach so visual distance into the ocean is extended. Extra cozy with a fire burning; and an artificial starting log was provided daily - a nice touch. Host and management team were very responsive and pleasant. We will be back.

We have stayed with Vacasa before, just not this listing, and we cannot wait to be back. We’ve always have a great experience with them, and this has to be our favorite airbnb we’ve stayed at. Extremely clean, great space, well decorated and updated. Walkable to a lot, and a beautiful view of the bay. Only complaints was that there was a dirty dish put back, there’s a minor ant problem in the kitchen, and the master king bed mattress protector was stained, yellow, and ripping like it has to be years old (pretty easy $50 fix from a store). The internet also only worked 50% of the time. Regardless, just some small things that are fixable. We will absolutely be back!

Good location in Depoe Bay. Very scenic with the ocean right outside your windows. While there is no beach access on site it’s a short drive to Gleneden with nice flat and walkable beaches. Good location with convenient access to Newport Bay and the Lincoln City outlet stores. It’s a short walk to downtown Depoe Bay with lots to do including whale watching. The unit is a nice three bedroom with a fully equipped kitchen and a sizable living room area. Two of the bedrooms have their own private bathroom and a third bathroom is in the hallway for the third bedroom. There are two swimming pools with hot tubs, as well as tennis court and a combination basketball/pickleball sports court. We enjoyed our time and will definitely be back in the future for more visits.

Great stay! It had everything we needed especially a beautiful view!

Incredible view! We felt pampered from the moment we stepped inside to a welcome bag, filled with goodies. There were shelves filled with books, games and dvds but I could just sit and watch those waves all day long in a comfy recliner. Everything was perfect, from the sumptuous sheets and towels to the incredibly stocked kitchen, which was a dream to cook in. Joni was so helpful with her texts and phone calls.

This condo was wonderful! The view from the balcony is INCREDIBLE right on the ocean! To get down to the beach it is just a short walk down the stairs. There was a good amount of space for my boyfriend and I to stay here for a week. There were plenty of pots, pans, utensils and kitchenware to do cooking and baking while we were there. They also had a binder full of nearby restaurant menus which was helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here!
