Absolutely Amazing! We took my son and his two friends best friends on their last spring break before they graduate. There was enough room for them to do their thing and us to enjoy our stay! Loved the back deck and being able to walk to the beach. It was a perfect stay!

We loved our stay here. The place is in a great location, close to the beach and town. We have little kids and were able to walk to the beach from the apartment. The decor was perfect for having kids (minimal, nothing extra to get into). We would highly recommend this place. Thank you for the great stay!

Great place to stay! Very close to the hospital which was convenient since I was working there all month. Also super close to the beach which allowed for convenient afternoon beach walks!

I love the place for my daughters family of 3 ! The house is cozy. Kitchen has everything you need. Bathroom is clean. A lots of kids and cookbooks and sand toys plus 4 bicycles ;) I especially love how convenient the location is, so walkable to every where! I wish I have a place like this in town. What a great location! Beautiful spot with amazing views of the bay. We were able to walk to the Oregon Aquarium, historic Newport beachfront, Yaquina Bay Lighthouse, Rogue Brewery, the science center, the beach, and much more! We woke up every morning to seals outside the townhouse and were mesmerized by the fishing boats coming in and out. Main spaces were clean and without clutter. Bathrooms and bedrooms were well stocked and were very clean! The kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies and there wasn’t anything missing when I cooked for my family! Window tracks and door jams were the only area that had dirt buildup, but for the region and location, it’s to be expected. We can’t wait to stay at this location again and enjoy all the awesomeness that comes with it, including a garage!

Very responsive host, great location and clean new house!

We stayed in the unit for only one night. Wish we had stayed longer to take full advantage of all the amenities. Everything was super clean, and exactly as pictured in the photos. We were in one of the middle units so I imagine the very first unit has the best view and is the most private. Other than that, our stay was perfect and we had everything that we could possibly need.

Perfect spot for families! The park down the street was the perfect distance to walk and burn some energy. The kids loved seeing the harbor as well.

We had a fantastic stay in Lincoln City. The location is perfect being near the beach access and walkable to shops and restaurants. It was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was in good working. order. Cute beach decor and many amenities were available to use.

If this home is available, book it. You won’t be disappointed! We are fairly well traveled, Airbnb hosts. Upon entering Sharla’s we were pleasantly surprised. Beach homes can often feel dated and over used, but this home is not that. Linens feel fresh and new, beds and furnishings top notch and we slept incredibly well. Sharla’s home went above and beyond expectations. She has thought of every detail! We have only applause for this fabulous property. Thank you Sharla. We most certainly will be back!

we had 6 people staying all together. there was plenty of room and the house was immaculate. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Especially if you are attending an event at the nearby casino. Dawn was a great host and communicated perfectly.
