House vacation rentals in Siletz River

Beautiful space! After many years not visiting family in Oregon because we live on the east coast region, we enjoyed spending time here with our brother and sister-in-law. It is a gorgeous condo with views straight out to the ocean. A photographer’s dream location and close to quaint town to shop in. Will try to stay here again sometime.

This was a perfect place to stay. Had a beautiful view from living room and private hot tub with the same beautiful view. Large beds, plenty of space, good sized kitchen that was well stocked. Will definitely book again when we come back to Oregon.

The stay was wonderful and super cozy. The couch was so comfortable and made socializing feel more like home. I’d stay there again. 😊

The house was welcoming from the very first moment we got there. Everything was placed in a perfect way and labeled. Never had to look very hard for anything. The house was super well stocked and had all the amenities to make us feel right at home. It was a wonderful location, amazing to just literally step right off the deck and be on the beach. When down on the beach it was very quiet and never busy. Felt like we had our own beach most of the time. Debbie was a wonderful host and always there if we had a question. I would highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

We had a group of 6, the space was perfect size and in a great location. 5 minute walk to beach access, the beach was gorgeous and the few times we went had very little people out on it. Close to Newport for attractions, we greatly enjoyed our stay!

Miel was great! I made a mistake but, she was very helpful, quick to respond and recommend other accommodation that worked out perfectly! This little cabin was cozy for my boyfriend and I, plus our dog. The hot tub was clean and very warm! I wish we had time to utilize the fire pit. The cabin is sandwiched between two other cabins so you will want to be mindful of the noise. It’s in a cute neighborhood right by the beach, I wish we had one more day here. I recommend this place for small groups of 2-4, you can do 5 or 6 but it will be a little crammed.

The home we stayed in was beautiful and had more then enough room for everyone in our party. Any questions we had were answered immediately . The home was comfy, cute, and clean-- a great place for us to stay the night in Lincoln City! Excellent hosts, communicated early and throughout to make sure things went well for us, and even let us know when the house was clean and ready for an earlier check in as we were in town early, that was great! Neighborhood was quiet and the hot tub was lovely!

It is a wonderful place. So comfortable and fully stocked with everything you need to cook and hangout for a long weekend. We started with a group of old friends and enjoyed our time hanging out on the deck and cooking together. We drove to the beach only 20 minutes away. After they left we had a lovely time just relaxing in the hot tub, sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful weather we had. Though I must say even if it had been raining the outside porch is well covered and you could still enjoy being out there. Everyone was very pleased with the beds, super comfortable. There were plenty of linens and even outdoor towels, as well as seperate towels for the pets. (Though we did not have any with us) If I had any comment if would be, we were slightly disappointed that their was no leaf for the dining room table with eight of us and one in a wheelchair it was a tight squeeze, but we made it work! Again, not an issue, just a suggestion! All in all one of my favorite stays.

Trent came in clutch for a last minute booking! Home was welcoming and clean, had all the essentials for a small family. Kids had a great time!

We needed a place to stay in an emergency and Karen helped us out-- on Christmas Day! Beautiful house in a quiet community with both beach and forest views.

We took a vacation with our 3 of our kids and 3 grandchildren (11 total). The house was plenty big enough, each family had a master bathroom to themselves, there was plenty of "spaces" to hang out in and relax. We never felt like we were tripping over each other. The house is absolutely beautiful, well cared for, and in a great location to the beach! Just have to cross the street...it's that close! I would highly recommend this house for anyone with a larger group as there is ample space. Was very appreciative of all the "household" items that were available as well. Most places don't supply so much stuff and it really felt like home. (Just bigger!) We will definitely look for availability in this home for a future use.

We loved our stay here! The house and view is something out of a dream. The home was comfortable and clean with nice finishes and accommodations. The view and beach access were incredible and the hot tub was large and very well maintained. We will definitely stay here again.

The place was perfect for my wife's get away birthday trip. When we arrived they had a happy birthday sign hanging in the kitchen for her. She was throughly surprised as was I, its the little things that matter. The place was clean and well organized with all the amities we needed. Check in was easy and communication with our hosts was great. It was a perfect location for our hiking adventures, relaxing evenings, and good food. Highly recommend if you are interested in the area.

The hot tub water was very dirty when we arrived- chemicals smelled off and the water was greenish grey. However, once we told Bonnie, she had a guy there to change the water and sanitize it within an hour, so not dinging her ratings for that. Water was crystal clear/smelled great after cleaning/changing it. Everything else was great- plenty of things for the kids to do, quiet area, fenced in backyard, and very close to Pacific City.

Perfect family friendly home rental for vacation. I love that beach is within walking distance. Owner's were very friendly and would respond quickly.

We had a wonderful stay! My kid absolutely loved the bunk beds and the master bedroom had a beautiful view that we really enjoyed. It was such a thoughtful touch to have kids’ books and toys available, they kept our little one happily engaged. The home was immaculately maintained, and we truly appreciated the clean, high-quality sheets and bath towels. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable time with our family. We would definitely love to come back for a future stay!

Oh my goodness, such an amazing gem of a home! Spacious, well appointed kitchen, very nice bedrooms and showers were much appreciated. Short walk to Pelican Brewery and restaurants. Free roaming adorable bunnies at the campground just down the road topped it off. Also, amazing shoreline. Cape Kiwanda was amazing!

We spend Thanksgiving at this wonderful home. Lots of space and fun things to do for everyone. Just down the road is the beach, fun little store, and great food. The host was amazing and responsive. The holiday was amazing thanks to great weather and the perfect place to stay.

We loved the location and the gorgeous views from Ravens Nest! Easy to walk to the beach down a switch back trail. The house had everything to make our visit comfortable and peaceful. Our stay for three nights was perfect for enjoying an ocean view and waves crashing. Our host was extremely quick to help answer our complete list of questions. Thanks so much for providing this safe and exciting experience to share with family.

We had an amazing visit with our family of five. The house was immaculate with an amazing setting and view. Comfortable and beautifully decorated. Just minutes from Pacific City, beaches and hiking. The kitchen was well stocked - I was able to make a Thanksgiving dinner without needing to buy a single dish or gadget. We loved waking up every morning with our coffee watching the birds over the water. Can't wait to come back!

Jerry's home was perfect for us. My 14 year old granddaughter took the loft bedroom with its own bathroom. She felt like the queen of the house. My daughter and I each had a comfy bedroom on the main floor...no extra stairs for us. The house has so many cute beach decorations and was well stocked with everything we needed. The ocean view was terrific. Thank you Jerry. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved spending time at the Sand Gate! You can't beat the location, with direct beach access. We could watch the sunset while on the beach, or view it directly from the house! Unbelievable views of the ocean! We also loved the hot tub after a day of playing outside. The house itself is old, and a bit quirky, but we had a great time nevertheless. Lori was great to communicate with when a small issue arose, and it was quickly fixed.

Not enough space to say how perfect this place was! Quiet, peaceful, spacious, clean, loaded with amenities, tastefully decorated, uncluttered, and inviting. The kitchen is well equipped, and the two fireplaces added to the restful ambiance. Just a very short walk to the beach which never had anyone on it!!!. One of the few places on the west coast where you can have a fire on the beach and although not directly next to the surf you can constantly hear it from the house. Having the outdoor gas BBQ is a bonus (although we never used it), and the surround garden is so pretty and peaceful. Ample off street parking for 3 vehicles. There is even an outside spigot to wash off those sandy feet and toys. The house is adjacent to the Oregon Park's "Sitka Sedge", one of the best hiking trails in the area which gives new meaning to the term "enchanted forest". Kayakers will enjoy Whalen Island recreation area just 1 mile from the house; just be sure to check the tide charts! Just perfect!
