Siamo stati nuovamente da Roberto e Paola e ci siamo nuovamente trovati benissimo, anche quando ci è stato un piccolo problema sì sono dimostrato come sempre reattivi e proattivi

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une petite maison d’un village perché dans les montagnes loin de l’agitation urbaine. Situé à 1h20 de la plage, et 1h environ des grandes villes elle est idéalement située. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, Sarah nous ayant donné des instructions claires pour accéder au logement. Le logement était rustique conformément à la description mais très bien équipé. La miscine bien entretenue et propre nous a permis de nous raffraichir les journées de canicule.

Cristiana ist eine sehr gastfreundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und wir haben uns gleich willkommen gefühlt. Das Haus ist sauber, gemütlich und wohnlich und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man brauchen könnte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus von Cristiana nur empfehlen.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus in Calambrone, Pisa. Der Check-in war super einfach – wir wurden vor Ort erwartet und freundlich empfangen. Das Haus sah genauso aus wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Der kurze Weg vom Haus zum Strand durch die Dünen war ein echtes Highlight. Barfuß, mit Badehose und Handtuch – mehr brauchte man wirklich nicht. Außerhalb der Saison war es angenehm ruhig, genau das, was wir gesucht hatten. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt war die gute Erreichbarkeit von Pisa. Mit dem Bus waren wir in nur 45 Minuten dort und konnten einen wunderbaren Tagesausflug genießen. Ein kleiner negativer Punkt war, dass Airbnb die Adresse falsch mit Google Maps verlinkt hatte. Das war jedoch nicht Christys Schuld, sie hat das bereits reklamiert. Fazit: Wer Strand, Sonne und Kultur sucht, ist hier genau richtig.  Wir können dieses Ferienhaus wärmstens empfehlen!

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut. Der Hof und Garten hat uns und unserem kleinen Hund sehr gut gefallen. Alessandro und Cecilia sind immer erreichbar und hatten immer gute Tipps für uns. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. In der Badesaison ist die Lage wahrscheinlich noch wertvoller. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Casa in contesto medioevale con una vista incantevole sulla valle. Zona super rilassante e fuori da ogni contesto di rumori auto e strade. Arredamento e accessori impeccabili. Ci si sente a casa propria da subito. Host gentile, proattivo sempre e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Consigliatissimo.

Très bon accueil ! L’hôte nous a même laissé un kit avec toutes les choses à faire dans la région, très bien détaillé. C’était super pratique pour organiser nos journées. On a vraiment apprécié l’attention ! Je recommande ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Abbiamo fatto 4 notti a cavallo di Capodanno in 14 persone, la casa era splendida e corrispondeva perfettamente all'annuncio. Davide è stato un host fantastico: gentile, educato e premuroso.

Giulia e suo figlio Giacomo sono persone squisite, cordiali e disponibilissime, che ci hanno fornito tutte le informazioni utili e fatto sentire come 'a casa'. L'alloggio, al primo e secondo piano di una pregevole casa in pietra sapientemente ristrutturata, sta in un'area boscosa e fresca (ca 900 m. di altitudine) sopra Maresca, raggiungibile anche a piedi in ca 10-15 minuti. L'appartamento è 'nato', ed è tuttora utilizzato, come casa di vacanza per la famiglia di Giulia. Oltre a conservare giochi e 'memorabilia' che ricordano, e trasmettono sensazione di, vacanze e benessere, rendendolo accogliente, è fornitissimo, molto più delle case destinate ai villeggianti. Si può usufruire anche di uno spazio aperto, contraddistinto da un gradevole berceau. Con ampia camera matrimoniale, camera con letti da bambini/ragazzi e divano letto nel soggiorno, è perfetto per una famigliola con bambini, ma può essere anche piacevole per un gruppettodi adulti - fino a quattro - affiatati e adattabili.

This was my first time as a solo female traveller sharing accommodation with the host and I felt very safe and relaxed. Roberto has a beautiful home which is well equipped and spotless. At the end of each day I loved to sit outside on my balcony. I thoroughly enjoyed my 6 night stay and if I return to Pisa I know where to stay. Thank you Roberto for being the perfect host.

This townhouse is very modern inside with lovely facilities - kitchen, washer dryer, really strong air conditioning, comfortable beds. It's in a quiet part of town and backs to some beautiful green space. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive, and they gave us a map with restaurant suggestions. Overall a great stay!

A beautiful house with everything you need. comfortable and warm. Great bus connections, close to supermarket and very walkable to lucca central. Comfortably accommodates 8 people, three bath rooms is a bonus . I would highly recommend.

Il soggiorno da Marco è stato impeccabile. Proprietà curatissima sia interni che esterni. La comunicazione con host magnifica, puntuale e ospitale. Consiglio veramente per un soggiorno a Lucca con gruppo ampio

Está alejado de los comercios y debes programar alimentos antes de la llegada. Dado que está en medio del campo, los 3 vecinos muy majos. Las carreteras de alta montaña.

Filippo è sempre stato molto disponibile e l'alloggio è tenuto molto bene. Molto apprezzato il frigorifero per gli ospiti, uniche due pecche la posizione molto scomoda se non in auto (i mezzi sono pochi, domenica inesistenti) e le zanzare! Essendo praticamente in campagna consiglio vivamente di portare rimedi per le zanzare.

La casa é molto bella, pulita e curata. Ci sono due bagni e due stanze da letto, fantastica per un weekend di due coppie di amici o in famiglia. La zona é tranquilla e il parcheggio interno é molto comodo. La proprietaria é stata molto gentile e reattiva nelle risposte. Consigliato 👍🏻

L'appartamento è piccolo ma molto piacevole e confortevole perché lo spazio è stato sfruttato in modo perfetto con mobilia prevalentement in legno. La cucina è molto bene attrezzata e le pentole sono nuove e abbondanti, cosa rara negli alloggi! Il cortile davanti alla porta d'ingresso non è un granchè, mentre il balcone della camera gode di una belle vista aperta sulle montagne. Roberto è molto disponibile. Abbiamo solo dovuto chiarire un piccolo problema a proposito del costo delle pulizie che non erano indicate nell'annuncio, ma è stato risolto velocemente. Raccomando vivamente quest'alloggio.

struttura immersa nel verde e nella tranquillita. la signora Angela persona adorabile. sempre a disposizione e pronta a ogni nostra domanda. la casa un piccolo gioiellino completo di tutto per un soggiorno che per noi si è trasformato anche in una piacevole sorpresa. letti che a dire comodi si direbbe una bugia perche lo sono molto di piu. nella casa è presente tutto anche l'occorrente per una sostanziosa colazione . io e il mio gruppo siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti e soddisfatti della nostra esperienza. pumto di riferimento per futuri viaggi in zona.

Haus von Chiara fand ich sehr gemütlich, ruhige Lage, schöne Terasse. Ich mag die Atmosphäre in dem Haus, man kann es fühlen, wie lieb ist alles angerichtet, man hat alles was man braucht sogar mehr. Kinder haben sich sehr wohl am Dachgeschoss gefühlt. Einzige was für mich persönlich gefehlt hat, gute Internet Empfang 🙈, an sonsten alles lief gut. Umgebung sehr schön 😍. Danke für schöne Aufenthalt.

La casa di Carmelo e Sara è davvero incantevole. Avendo due bambine piccole, abbiamo molto apprezzato sia la posizione comoda per muoversi anche a piedi sia per la tranquillità della zona. Se ci sarà occasione di tornare a Lucca, sceglieremo sicuramente la loro casa.

David and Roberta are exceptional hosts. From the moment we arrived, their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The house was easy to find, thanks to their clear directions. True to their description, the accommodation exceeded our expectations. Their friendliness and responsiveness added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. Getting inside was a breeze, thanks to their clear instructions. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we would highly recommend staying with David and Roberta to anyone looking for a welcoming and hassle-free stay.

We found a home away from home with this house. Not only was it spotless when we arrived but Alessandra had thought about everything from making the home smell wonderful to leaving some toys out for the kids. The house is immaculately thought out with lamps and bookshelves in the right places for example. We absolutely loved and lived in the garden with its shaded areas in the midday sun and warm evening light. Our kids felt right at home straight away which is something we haven’t ever experienced before. We will be back as we feel we’ve left a part of us there! Thank you Ale for everything! X
