We stayed with Roberto and Paola again and we had a great time again, even when there was a small problem, they proved to be as responsive and proactive as always.

We had a wonderful time in Monti Di Villa. The little village is lovely and the view across the valley from the terraces is breathtaking. We felt at home straight away. It’s a great place to relax but there are also many things to do in the area, beautiful Tuscan towns to visit. Sara is a great host. She gave us lots of recommendations and was extremely helpful. It was a perfect holiday.

Very well located rental for visiting Tuscany and the seaside. Cristiana has everything planned to make our stay as pleasant as possible, very clean accommodation with everything you need. Covered outdoor terrace overlooking the garden. We will not hesitate to come back.

We had a fantastic stay at this cottage in Calambrone, Pisa. The check in was super easy – we were expected on site and warmly welcomed. The house looked exactly as described in the advertisement, which pleased us very much. The short distance from the house to the beach through the dunes was a real highlight. Barefoot, with swimming trunks and towel – that's all you needed. Out of season it was pleasantly quiet, exactly what we were looking for. Another plus was the good accessibility of Pisa. By bus we were there in just 45 minutes and were able to enjoy a wonderful day trip. A small negative point was that Airbnb mislinked the address with Google Maps. However, this was not Christy's fault, she has already complained about it. Conclusion: If you are looking for beach, sun and culture, this is the place to be.  We highly recommend this cottage!

The location of the house is very good. We and our little dog enjoyed the yard and garden very much. Alessandro and Cecilia are always available and always had good tips for us. The communication was very friendly, courteous and helpful. In the swimming season, the location is probably even more valuable. We will be happy to come again.

If you want somewhere to relax and get away from all the business of the city - this is the perfect place to stay.

This was my first time as a solo female traveller sharing accommodation with the host and I felt very safe and relaxed. Roberto has a beautiful home which is well equipped and spotless. At the end of each day I loved to sit outside on my balcony. I thoroughly enjoyed my 6 night stay and if I return to Pisa I know where to stay. Thank you Roberto for being the perfect host.

This townhouse is very modern inside with lovely facilities - kitchen, washer dryer, really strong air conditioning, comfortable beds. It's in a quiet part of town and backs to some beautiful green space. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive, and they gave us a map with restaurant suggestions. Overall a great stay!

A beautiful house with everything you need. comfortable and warm. Great bus connections, close to supermarket and very walkable to lucca central. Comfortably accommodates 8 people, three bath rooms is a bonus . I would highly recommend.

Filippo has always been very helpful and the accommodation is very well kept. Very appreciated the refrigerator for guests, the only flaws are the very uncomfortable location if not by car (the means are few, no Sundays exist) and mosquitoes! Being practically in the countryside, I highly recommend bringing mosquito remedies.

The house is very nice, clean and cared for. There are two bathrooms and two bedrooms, great for a weekend of two couples of friends or family. The area is quiet and the internal parking is very convenient. The owner was very kind and responsive in her responses. Recommended 👍🏻

The apartment is small but very pleasant and comfortable because the space has been perfectly used with predominantly wooden furniture. The kitchen is very well equipped and the cookware is new and plentiful, which is rare in accommodations! The courtyard in front of the front door is not great, while the balcony of the room enjoys a beautiful open view of the mountains. Roberto is very helpful. We just had to clarify a small issue regarding the cost of cleaning that was not indicated in the listing, but it was resolved quickly. I highly recommend this place.

A property immersed in greenery and tranquility. Mrs. Angela is an adorable person, always available and ready to answer all our questions. The house is a small gem complete with everything for a stay that for us has also turned into a pleasant surprise. To say the beds are comfortable would be a lie because they are much more. In the house there is everything you need for a hearty breakfast. My group and I were pleasantly impressed and satisfied with our experience. A point of reference for future trips in the area.

Perfect Location in Lucca. 10min walking from the city center, few minutes away from the shopping. Parking on the street or 100m away on a small parking place. Any the highlight is the garden.

I saw the photos on the site, agreed on the instructions and price and incredibly everything was exactly as expected. In the house there was everything and everything was very clean, Alessandra always available at any time, garden with covered outdoor veranda with space used as an outdoor kitchen beautiful and very comfortable, the only thing I can recommend to those who book, to be good at driving as parking requires reversing maneuvers, for me no problem with a very large car. but for others it could be a problem!
