Waterfront country house

The house offers plenty of space for two families and you have it all to yourselves. It is located directly on a canal that connects two lakes and has two terraces, one of which is directly on the water. Barrel sauna and hot tub are available for exclusive use in the garden. We still use the house often ourselves, which is why it has a fully equipped kitchen. Look forward to two bathrooms, two master bedrooms, two youth bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a lounge for movie evenings.

120 sqm2 penthouse/attic apartment + sauna + fireplace

This wonderful new 120 m² attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is located in the Viktoriakiez neighborhood (quiet area) – a 5-minute walk to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburger Bucht on the waterfront. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz station and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. This means that a private boat tour of Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

The former Bismarck estate house, built in 1770 and completely renovated in 2009, is an ideal place for vacations and also workation - for working and relaxing. The stylishly furnished separate apartment (155 sqm) with private entrance, underfloor heating, antique tiled stove, a workplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a hot tub next to the apartment's own terrace as well as a sauna cottage in the extensive park offers the possibility of a varied break in every season.

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Our lovingly furnished vacation home is located in a rural, wooded area in Kallinchen and offers the ideal retreat for those seeking tranquility and relaxation. The house has a private sauna and a fireplace. After a walk through the wooded surroundings, the fireplace invites you to warm up and relax. Our houseboat is a cozy, modern fixed boat, which is located on a jetty of a campsite. The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over the Templin lake make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, fireplace and private sauna, we make our houseboat a fantastic retreat even in winter.
