The beautiful non-smoking villa from 1920 was completely renovated in 2014. It is centrally located near the exhibition grounds, City Cube and radio tower. The U-Bahn [subway] and S-Bahn [suburban train] are 5 minutes away. Wi-Fi, Apple TV free. 200 square meters on 2 floors.
