Barbara was an exceptional host! Her place in Charlottenburg was exactly as described and perfectly located. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. Barbara herself was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, especially when my travel plans changed. She was quick to respond to messages. The traditional German breakfast she offered was a wonderful touch! I particularly appreciated her clear instructions about the entrance and how to find the place. Overall, my stay exceeded expectations, and I would highly recommend Barbara's place to anyone visiting Berlin. Thank you for your warm hospitality!

This newly renovated studio apartment suited our needs perfectly. Close to Berlin’s public transit, this gem is in a quiet neighborhood and has no steps to access the apartment so you don’t have to lug suitcases up and down stairs. A washer and dryer made doing laundry a breeze. There’s tons of storage, hangars, and came stocked with some pantry staples. Would definitely stay here again.

Das Wochenende auf dem Landhof von Christoph war unglaublich schön. Die Unterkunft hat einen ganz besonderen Charm und bietet eine gute Möglichkeit mit Freunden und Familie verschiedenste Anlässe dort zu feiern. Es gibt einen großen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Kamin und direkt neben an eine Küche. Man darf sich nicht von den rumhängenden Kabeln und Schläuchen irritieren lassen, das gehört zu dem Charm dazu, genauso wie die Betten und Zimmer im ersten OG des Landhauses. Für ältere Menschen kann die steile Treppe zu einem Problem werden, aber wir hatten eine 88 Jährige dabei, und das hat alles super geklappt. Die Umgebung ist einfach toll, und die Anwohner in den kleinen Orten drumherum super freundlich. Auch die Kommunikation mit Christoph und seiner Mutter, die ebenfalls mit ihrem Pudel auf dem Hof lebt, hat hervorragend geklappt. Vielen Dank für dieses schöne Wochenende und die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man braucht. Sogar ein Kühlschrank mit Self Service war vorhanden, sodass man abends noch etwas trinken konnte, die Preise dafür waren fair.
