Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Picardy

We rented this place for a family weekend. Everything was perfect. We were 8 adults. The living room is very nice The kitchen is well equipped . Other amenities are as described Bedding, bathrooms, and The house is very clean. Congratulations! We highly recommend this rental.

We had a fantastic stay. The place is a farm-castle newly renovated, it’s pristine, super quiet, bucolic. Christel was amazing, very accommodating. We can’t wait to go back.

We had a great stay at Carole's. The house is in a very good location, close to the beach and the main street with all the shops. The place was as advertised in the photos, everything was very clean and tidy. It's a great house for spending a few days in Wimereux, for families or groups of friends.

We had a really pleasant family Christmas stay at the Champenoise farm! The living room by the fireplace, the large New Year's Eve table around the stove (the kitchen opens into its extension), the foosball, the pool table, the sauna, the board games, the long walks in the surrounding countryside, there was something to delight all generations! The hospitality of Jean-Yves (and Caroline!) was perfect! For the summer, the house also has a large garden. Just thirty kilometers from Provins; ideal for a getaway! I highly recommend it!

On vacation with my 11-year-old daughter, I had a great time. Peace, nature and tranquility, exactly what we were looking for. 15 minutes by car is enough to find everything and have access to the beautiful beaches of the Somme. The accommodation is nice and functional. It's a charming little house and Julie is very responsive and pleasant. Everything is in place for a relaxing stay in the quiet countryside.

The seafront house was very well equipped, with enough crockery etc for our extended family group. The views of the beach from the main living room were superb. We were able to watch the tide going in and out and the sun setting. The house has a friendly, family feel which we really liked. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms. My only small criticism would be the need for more proper-sized pillows. And getting rid of the rubbish was difficult, as the dechetterie is the other end of the village and not easy to find.

We stayed at Mathilde's place on two separate occasions in Dec 24 and Jan 25. Communication before arrival was prompt and clear. When we arrived we were met by Mathilde's assistant, Kathleen, who gave us the key and made sure we had everything we needed. She even brought us new coffee capsules later that day. The apartment was quite large (for Paris). We found it clean and well furnished (we were specifically looking for an apartment with a crib and a high chair for our son). There is a large living area that gets tons of sunlight from the many windows. Not too much happening in the immediate surrounding area, but Montmarte is just a short walk up the hill. Getting to more central parts of Paris usually took us about 20-30 minutes by metro or taxi. Overall, we had a great experience and would certainly recommend this rental!

Fabulous place to stay, typically Parisian (non tourist) place to stay. Lots of places to eat, lovely coffee opposite flat.

Julien was a great host! The bed was large, which is rare in Paris. The TV was large enough to watch shows on, and the shower was actually large enough that I could fit comfortably in it. I’ve stayed in many places in Paris now, and few of them had all of this. Thank you for being a great host and for allowing me to stay in your place.

We stayed At Marine's apartment for the Olympics, and it proved to be so much better than staying in a hotel. It was great to come back from an event and being in an apartment together (we were three) rather than staying in individual hotel rooms. It is a very convenient location; the metro and RER stations are a five - ten minute walk; a small supermarket is twenty metres down the street, loads of cafes and restaurants. Also it felt like a proper Parisian expereince staying in a Haussmann building. Overall excellent expereince.

Francois left me his phone number as soon as we arrived for any emergency. He was very helpful at check-in and check-out. The apartment, however, is quiet and overlooks an inner courtyard full of plants. The area is full of restaurants and clubs and on foot you can reach the main attractions.. Also several metro stops are nearby. I recommend it.

Pascal and Laetitia are amazing hosts, offering a warm and welcoming experience. They took care of every detail to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Their attention to hospitality and availability are remarkable, always ready to give helpful tips and make sure everything goes smoothly. The accommodation is very well located, it is certainly not very large but well arranged and it will perfectly suit a couple and also their guests occasionally. Great stay. The apartment is well located with lots of shops and places to eat nearby and close to multiple different metro lines. All the beds are very comfortable and it's a true Parisian experience in a Haussman style apartment with a courtyard. The hosts we're very responsive, let us store our luggage at checkout, and genuinely cared to make our stay enjoyable.

This charming little apartment, very clean and well-equipped, enjoys a great location just steps from the beach, visible from the balcony. The quiet residence offers appreciable comfort with its dedicated parking space. The warm welcome and flexibility for check-in and check-out made our family stay perfect.

Our second stay as a family of four and we can't wait to come back. A spotlessly clean and well equipped apartment with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing self catered stay. Large hypermarket a short drive away, smaller convenience stores within walking distance and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Stunning views of the old town. The accommodation is located in a quiet residence, with private access to the nearby beach. It was clean with all the practical equipment for cooking. There is a playground with breathtaking views of the Bay of Somme just a short walk from the residence. I appreciated the ultra-clear instructions provided by Damien for our arrival at the accommodation; for me, who is anxious about going to a new place, it was perfectly smooth and clear.

Nice apartment in a nice part of town. The flat has a nice view, away from the beach. It’s on the top Floor but there is a lift, so it’s ideal for families. If you do have a young family it is a little bit of a walk to the beach but doable. Dominique is very responsive and proactive, thank you.
