5th Heaven: Quartier Latin Studio

Welcome to a little piece of heaven in the very heart of Paris. After years of living in the city of light, my husband Matteo and I found our dream home in the Parisian 5th arrondissement, within a late-19th-century haussmanian building in perfect state. We are renting a typical Parisian single space studio or "Chambre de bonne", 12m2 just above our apartment but with an indepent entrance. We have an unbeatable location that connects you to all main sights yet still feels local and authentic.

The castle farm

The castle farm is located in Breilly, 10 km from the city center of Amiens. In the middle of nature and away from traffic and noise, you will be peaceful! The property is at the end of a driveway of century-old lime trees. The fully renovated independent gîte is located in the main body of the 19th century farmhouse. The farm currently houses a horse boarding facility. The 75 m² cottage with 2 bedrooms can accommodate up to 6 people. A crib and high chair on request.

Le Gerbier, country house

Want some peace and quiet? Need to disconnect? Welcome to our haven! Located between Saint-Quentin, Ham and Péronne and 20 minutes from the Haute Picardie TGV station; this atypical accommodation will delight you. It has a fitted and equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower and toilet, and two independent bedrooms. A small terrace will allow you to fully enjoy the quiet countryside, 10 minutes from the city! Note: accommodation for up to 4 people.

"Lits d'Isle" Garden gîte, by the river

In the front row to observe the wildlife of the garden, the river, and to take a good bath of greenery!! 70 m2 cottage, terrace opens onto a large wooded and flowery property, detached house, not overlooked. Large 20 m2 living room, bay window, equipped kitchen, master bedroom upstairs and small bedroom, hut type. Ideally located, very quiet, 5 min walk to the city center, 3 km to the sea. Along a bike path, a fishing trail, and at the crossroads of many hikes!

Wi-Fi, Netflix, Molotov, board games... will be present to complete your jacuzzi and sauna sessions

To rest and enjoy the season in a comfortable environment or tele-work peacefully thanks to fiber optics, the Orangery is nestled in the heart of the Champagne vineyards, on the banks of the Marne. Covering 70 m2, it is made up of a large living room with kitchen area, a large bedroom, a shower room and a separate toilet. Garage. It is located 1 hour by train from Paris Olympic and 30 minutes by car from Vaires sur Marne and the nautical events.

Welcome to our haven of peace. Bathed in light thanks to its canopy, you will quickly fall in love with this fully renovated caretaker's house. It is located in our garden. A small private terrace is reserved for you next to the house. Quiet and surrounded by nature, you will be close to the banks of the Oise and halfway between Pontoise and Auvers-sur-Oise. Beautiful walks are on the horizon.

Bed and breakfast in a village + swimming pool for 2 + a relaxation area with deckchair, bathrobe, bath towel. Bottle of water, Wi-Fi, pod coffee machine, kettle, fridge, microwave, TV, hand towel. Breakfast is included. You have access to a private indoor pool heated to 28 degrees. You can extend these good deeds by benefiting from energy treatments (Reiki) by Anais with an appointment.
