All very well, we were 5 people and the apartment fit us very well! The host was great, anything we needed was willing to help! Quiet place, comfortable beds. All I have to note is that it didn't get a good signal, at least in the apartment we were in, which sometimes made it difficult for us to look for things we wanted to do, and to communicate with our own. Still, it was great!

Beyond the apartment, which enjoys a perfect location near the Bastille and in a very lively neighborhood, all the amenities and many restaurants just a short walk away, Anne and her husband were attentive and looking for solutions to satisfy our needs (especially for a late chek-out). In the middle of all this, the loft is a small haven of peace, in a quiet backyard. The perfect place to settle down after a day of sightseeing or working. Convenient, all decorated with taste. In one word, great. We recommend 200% this rental that checks all the boxes for a successful stay.

Such a nice place to stay in Paris. The cozy loft style lodging was nice and the amenities were modern, clean, and stylish. I love the little neighborhood outside of the hustle of busy Paris and it was safe to walk around all times of the day. The owner even walked me around to her favorite bakery and showed me the neighborhood. I highly recommend this place and will certainly visit again soon.

Place is as described. Lots of space despite we had two adults and two children ages 12 and 8. There was a queen bed, a twin bed and a twin bunked bed. About 8 minutes to/from a Metro line 5 station. A couple of grocery stores nearby metro station (Aldi and Carrefour City) as well as a kebab restaurant. Washer and Dryer are also available. Vladik was flexible with our check-in and allowed us to check-in early and instructions were provided in advanced. Location is also in a quite neighborhood area. We walked late night (after 9PM) a couple of times and seems to okay. Thanks Vladik for hosting it was a great stay!

Margot is an outstanding host! Her apartment is beautiful, charming and comfortable. You feel like a real Parisian when you stay at her place, conveniently located in the hip, cool (but not overly “touristy”) Sentier district. Check in was a breeze, and Margot’s local recommendations were fantastic! We can’t wait to come back!

This adorable apartment made our stay in Paris extra special. First of all, the location cannot be beat. It’s in an amazing neighborhood and super close to a central train station. The apartment itself was super clean, so cute, and just what we were looking for. Emma communicated proactively, let us check in early, and even recommended where we could stash our luggage the day we left. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

This place is lovely! The hosts are incredibly thoughtful and responsive. I would tell anyone to stay here with full confidence that their expectations will be exceeded. The location is superb and easily navigable.

Highly recommended apartment, very clean and comfortable, with all the necessary supplies for a good stay. Very spacious. Very quiet area and well connected to the rest of Paris' neighborhoods, metro station very close, on the corner 20 meters or less. No noise. The host was very helpful, kind and quick when we asked him some questions. Keep in mind that there are few supermarkets and places to eat in the neighborhood or we didn't know how to find them.

The location was perfect for sightseeing. Close to the Eiffel Tower, big bus tour, seine river cruises and more. Eric was easy to communicate with and provided great information on restaurants and public transportation. His place was comfortable for three adults. I would recommend his place for your stay in Paris.

Very nice apartment,very well arranged and very functional. Very well located , metro access 5 minutes walk, bakery at the foot of the apartment Lirane very attentive and responsive to questions . Do not hesitate to book this amazing place in the BEST LOCATION!! Just stop looking and book it and be treated to an amazing guest experience. Groceries, metro station, bakery, restaurants, bank ATM, farmers mkt (2x per week) just minutes away. Literally minutes! It was fantastic, best location ever!  On top of all that, the host was truly amazing. She checked in on us many times and she gave us so much help with questions we had, whether it was how to buy certain groceries or how to get to a certain place, how to use the metro, etc. All those questions that come up when you are traveling, she was always there to answer. The beds are very comfortable. The lighting is good. The little dishwasher was great. It was nice to have a clean, large refrigerator with some coffee pods and a nice Nespresso machine as well as teabags.  We enjoyed having a washer/dryer in the bathroom. The shower was very clean, great hot water supply. There was a towel warmer that also had a warming fan.

Very bright, impeccable, well-organized accommodation. The environment is peaceful. Sylvette came to kindly welcome us, and give us all the instructions we needed to make sure our stay went smoothly. Thiérache is a beautiful area, with pretty villages, good products. The people are really very open, and the sun shines in the North too!

I stayed with Michèle, she is an incredible lady with a beautiful heart of welcome, she knows how to make you feel as a family, always smiling, it is a pleasure to find a time to establish a discussion, I see advice coming to her home for a quick stay in Abbeville. I had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this spot. It’s pretty easy to get to the city, you can rather walk to the station or take the bus that picks you up right in front of the home. Lovely open concept kitchen and Dennis is friendly and helpful and caring, if you need anything don’t hesitate to ask him. Be mindful that you’re sharing the space so be respectful of others and note that there are people coming and going from the common areas but everyone is very respectful and kind. I would stay here again.

Very pleasant stay, a host always ready to do a service, The apartment is very nice. Need we say more except that I recommend it!

Great location very close to the bus and also Denis super attentive and resposive.

Lovely place for a long stay. Great location and very walkable. The stairs are TOUGH, just a fair warning. Really appreciated how much linen was available. Overall, absolutely recommend if you can climb five flights.
