What a beautiful location! It is a unique and characteristic building, where we immediately felt very comfortable. It has a lovely garden with private swimming pool, that's just enjoying. Our daughter, just 1 year old, could learn to walk in the garden 🙂 The accommodation is in the small village of Roucy, from where you can drive up the champagne route and enter the beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed it very much and would love to come back again. Thank you Régine!

We had an exceptional stay at Amaury's with 13 people, with friends. The house is beautiful, spacious and perfectly suited to accommodate a large group. Everyone was able to fully enjoy the many activities offered: swimming pool, tennis court, badminton, foosball, ping-pong... There was something for everyone! The interior is warm, very well-equipped, with comfortable bedding, a large friendly kitchen and a superb sitting area. Amaury was an available, discreet, attentive, and always responsive host to our requests. We leave with wonderful memories and will not hesitate to return! Thank you so much!

Very good stay in Marie-Hélène's accommodation which has all the amenities necessary to feel at home. The latter is clean and very comfortable. The location is very convenient, whether to visit the surroundings or simply to rest in peace, in the garden or by the pool. It is perfect for both a short trip and a longer period. Thank you Bertrand for the welcome and the welcome cake as well as the flexibility of the departure, we would not hesitate to recommend it or even to return.

We had a great time thanks to Adèle. The house is perfect for hosting several families with children. Everything is well thought out and the large garden with the volleyball court is a real plus! Thanks again to Alain for hosting us and for his flexibility.

Just had an absolutely brilliant 3 night stay at this property and we were sad to leave. The property is beautifully decorated, spacious and extremely comfortable and homely. The kitchen is as well equipped as it could be with more gadgets than we have ever seen in a holiday cottage. The bathroom is downstairs but there is a toilet upstairs. The shower is really good with plenty of towels. The bed was really comfortable. The enclosed garden is huge with a shaded area, plenty of seating and a brand new gas bar b que. The pool is at the bottom of the garden accessed through a gate at the other side. It is warm, covered and spotlessly clean. The games room is opposite with table tennis, table football and many bikes. Manon was very communicative. I could go on and on but will just add that my husband, dogs and I could not have have had a better time.

A favorite for our stay at Raphaël's. The house is charming, accessible and very well located, comfortably furnished, very well-equipped. The instructions and information were very clear and the host was always responsive and attentive. Special mention for the peace and quiet and the view! An address that we treasure.

What a gorgeous place! Eva’s home and gardens are lovely and peaceful, exactly as described. The house is spacious, with plenty of room for our family of 4, and beautifully furnished, with thoughtful attention to detail in every regard. The village is an easy drive to Giverny, too. We feel so lucky to have stayed here!

Accurate listing photos. Sought-after decoration that will appeal to bargain hunters. Beautiful outdoor spaces that can be enjoyed on sunny days. Very good small shops nearby and 30 min drive to the main points of interest in the region.

We had such a lovely stay at this beautiful home. The garden and pool is really special and the house feels clean, modern and stylish. It’s really well stocked with plenty of essentials and extras. Stephane, Anais and Aurore were very responsive throughout and were flexible when our departure was a little delayed due to travelling with a newborn. We barely left the pool but the area has lots of great villages to explore. The local village vending machine with baguettes and croissants is great fun. Will definitely come back!

I found this place at the very last minute, but Servane and Philippe were incredibly kind and welcoming. They were truly among the best hosts I’ve ever met. The house was neat and lovely. Most of all, the setting is beautiful with a surprise we absolutely adored: Hortillonnages visiting!

Memorable stay spent with cousins. The setting was relaxing. A moment suspended in time with a view that allowed us to get out of the Tumult of everyday life. Pierre was a warm and very welcoming host. He recommended some very good places and was easy to communicate with. It feels like home. Small aside: the sunrise is breathtaking. A bike path is accessible if you want to run nearby :)

The +: Very friendly welcome, responsive hosts, very charming and peaceful cottage, clean cottage, good bedding, good overall services for a real moment in the countryside. The cons: Even if it's not disturbing at all, there are 2 independent cottages on the same land and it should be mentioned in the description, some kitchen utensils need to be replaced, some bad smells (false septic I think) from time to time but nothing serious. I would recommend this cottage for its charm and for the great hospitality of Georgie and Ben.

We had a great weekend. The accommodation is nice, bright and very quiet (special mention to the birdsong🐦‍⬛). In addition to the very nice decor, it is necessary to underline the extreme cleanliness of the place (and God knows that my wife is demanding😅). The bathroom is modern, the hot water tank has a small autonomy but you have to think about the planet 🌍 Just one small tip to further optimize this incredible accommodation, a blind on the front door would offer more privacy and reduce light in the morning☀️. Laura and Thibault were very nice and responsive, we'll be back with pleasure🤩

One of the paradises on earth. The environment both inside and out was beautiful, well-maintained and inviting. The house has everything we needed and more. The surroundings were beautiful and relaxing. Both Alexandre and Nathalie were friendly, nice and accommodating. Everything about this lovely home was great!!! Fantastic.

A peaceful haven to unwind and enjoy the impeccable accommodation with the pool and jacuzzi. Perfect for a relaxing time with a view of nature. Morning coffee will no longer taste the same.

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

We had a wonderful stay. The space was exactly as described and represented in photos. The Nordic spa was relaxing and the bed was huge and comfortable. The air conditioner worked well and parking is on the property and easy. Marion was a great, communicative host. It’s a beautiful, relaxing space which I would book again without hesitation.
