This exceptional space, located in Montmartre, was first a painter's studio before becoming a charming apartment. On one side, the living room offers a view of Amélie Poulain's grocery store. On the other side, the bedroom has a clear view, facing south. There are no flights of stairs to get to it. It is at the groundfloor.
