What a fabulous apartment! — spacious, comfortable, whimsically-appointed, and with a super comfy bed, a great shower, and everything you could need in the kitchen. Morning coffee on the balcony was a highlight. The nearest metro station is just a few minutes away, and don’t forget to spend time walking, jogging, or lingering in the beautiful Parc des Buttes Chaumont—just across the street. Madeleine was great—super-responsive and helpful!

I had a wonderful stay at this property! It was spotlessly clean, and exactly as described. The host was welcoming and made sure everything was perfect for my visit. The location was great, and the space felt very comfortable and inviting. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Overall a good place to stay in, but a bit far from the city center. Very safe, helpful staff, with various ameneties for the guest's disposal. Easy check in and check out.

Excellent welcome by Celine, who was very flexible and accommodating for our arrival. We were hosted very well, and particularly appreciated Celine's little attention upon arrival with the freshly cooked madeleines. The accommodation is impeccable, clean, tastefully decorated and wonderfully equipped for an airbnb accommodation. I stayed with my sister for a show we attended in the area, we are more than delighted and can only recommend it to other guests.

The space was clean, tidy and spacious. Achmit was very flexible to allow us to arrive and leave later. He was also very responsive when there was a problem with the safe. Thanks for everything again.

Very nice apartment, matches the photos and description. The environment is very nice, just across the street there is a place called "Les Communales" where you will find several food stands, ping pong tables etc, a real lively place. There are several shops nearby and above all it is ideally located within a 10-minute walk of the metro and in particular of its line 14 which serves all the tourist places very well and quickly. Charming, well-appointed, and clean, it has an outstanding location and view on the edge of three popular arrondissements in the heart of Paris. Despite the incredible photos and description, it was even better than we imagined. The host met us and showed us how to navigate the two exterior entries and the door to our place. It is a historic French Hotel with a beautiful foyer and with a nighttime doorman we felt very safe. The apartment itself was equipped with everything we needed and more. The queen-sized bed was very comfortable, with a picturesque view outside. The balcony was quaint, with a bistro table and two chairs. We spent mornings and evenings eating, drinking, and enjoying the balcony with incredible views of the Eiffel Tower. We ventured into the city daily enjoying all the bistros and shopping near and far. The metro was steps away. The host was kind and thoughtful and baked treats for my husband’s birthday and our departure. We can't wait to return! Thank you!

Gio is a fantastic host. Welcomed us in and shared thoughts about what to do and where to go. He checked on us many times to make sure that the place was okay. Apartment is near so much to do and see in Paris. We would stay here again.

The place looked like it was in the photos and was very clean. We were very satisfied as it was also well equipped. Check-in was safe and easy as the host wrote a detailed instruction. However, the location was unfortunately not so good, as the accommodation is very far from the city center and the center could only be reached in 50 minutes after a long ride by bus and metro.

Laurence was very responsive and provided a lot of useful information. The listing is a great fit. Located on a quiet street, it offers easy walking access to essential shops, several restaurants, as well as a pleasant pedestrian layout along the Seine. A real plus: the small garden that allows you to park your vehicle, which is nice since all the parking spaces in the surrounding streets are paid. Be careful, however, when maneuvering if you have a large vehicle: the street is narrow, one-way, with parked cars. But by taking your time, it's still quite feasible, especially since most motorists have been patient! Anyway, I would this listing.
