Great little place in safe and beautiful neighborhood

This is a great spot in a beautiful neighborhood. The owners are very responsive and super helpful, and they were happy to accommodate quite a late check in. The apartment was comfortable and the crib and high seat provided for our son were perfect. The apartment was a good size and had everything we needed. The bathroom and shower in particular were great. We’d love to stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

We had a great stay here. The location was super convenient with lots of walkable cafes, bars and restaurants. The only let down was the washer being broken - the housekeeper let us know of this as we checked in. The bar next door was quite loud on weekends but with the windows closed, we couldn’t hear a thing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay as the apartment was very clean and as described. Thanks Thomas!

We had an incredible stay in Reims! We went as 2 couples (4 people) and had plenty of space. The bedrooms were large and comfortable and the living area is great with beautiful views of the cathedral. The only thing to note if you are traveling with a group is that there are 3 bathrooms, but 2 have a shower + sink without a toilet, and the other is a half bath. There is one toilet in the space. It worked totally fine for us and we would stay again, but it may be helpful for those looking at options in Reims!

The place was really great! The RER station is right next to it, so the city center can be reached in 20 minutes. Very quiet location as the apartment faces the courtyard. Everything was as described, even the super nice contact with the owner was impeccable. We can recommend this Airbnb at any time and will also be happy to come back!

Abdou is a welcoming and very accommodating host! The accommodation is clean and in a good location! Close to Place d'Erlon. Overall we had a nice stay!

An expansive flat in District 2, the apartment was just what the doctor ordered, it was very well equipped spacious and very comfortable. in addition everything was spotless and we felt very comfortable being in someone else's home.

Great apartment ideally located in a central but quiet neighborhood. metro station is literally in front of the gate so it's a very convenient as a base in Paris to get yourself anywhere. so the main selling point is its location. the place itself has everything you need for a short stay.

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

My son and I were in town for two days to visit Versailles, and the convenience to the chateau was bar none. We were able to get on the bus and the N line with no trouble, and neither was crowded or had long wait times. The neighborhood has a lot of shops, and a cute farmers market on Saturday, which was fun to explore. The apartment was very clean, with wonderful air flow, so even though it was hot, we managed to stay cool. It was also VERY quiet, and had a lovely balcony that was so peaceful (we had breakfast there both mornings!) Overall, this place was a wonderful value for the convenience-if you’re planning a little Versailles getaway from the city, I definitely recommend staying here!

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.

Great little apartment. Ideal for a short stay. Centrally located in the village. Not far from the sea. We felt very comfortable.

A wonderful stay! The place was spotlessly clean, very cozy and is fantastically quiet right next to the nature reserve – perfect for switching off. Isabelle is a warm, helpful host who greeted us kindly at check-in and provided us with many great tips. The communication was quick and easy at all times. The kitchen is well equipped, there is a small gym, a grill – everything there! We were particularly pleased with two well-maintained bicycles for tours in the area. In the lovingly designed information book, we found many recommendations for excursions, restaurants and attractions. We felt completely comfortable and enjoyed every minute. Merci, Isabelle – we will be happy to come back and highly recommend this place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Anne and David's, we came to spend a few days with our 9-month-old boy, enjoy the dune and the sea nearby. In a baby carrier, everything is done even if it was a little hot on the climb! We were able to easily contact our hosts who were very responsive, and gave good advice. I would recommned this property.

Beautiful house, by the lake with a terrace below the lake, with breathtaking views. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. It's a great place that I would recommend!

What a fantastic weekend my sister and I had, a super nice sweet house with all the comforts, because of the beautiful weather you can sit outside in the garden. The dogs liked the enclosed garden very much. I'll definitely be back.
