This place was beautiful! It had everything we needed and more! The location was very convenient, right next to the station! The place was very clean, had lots of towels for our use, had water, drinks, and breakfast items such as biscuits, tea, coffee, water, milk, juice, coffee and machine. The place was furnished very nicely as well. Host is very helpful and responsive and flexible! Allowed us to check in early and check out late! Definitely worth what we paid. The area was also filled with restaurants, convenient stores, cafes, bakeries, and more! Will definitely stay here again when back in Paris! Thank you Catherine

Laurent’s place is perfect for first timers in Paris. We had a lovely stay, the ammenities were incredible. Very close to wonderful cafes, restaurants and Boulangeries. Only a short walk to the metro. It’s a quiet little area, but it was perfect. Laurent was the perfect host, and had us greeted when we arrived. Definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Paris!

Garry was very helpful—always replied quickly to messages and in a pleasant manner. He gave perfect instructions for entering the apartment. --- About the apartment The location is sensational—a 5-minute walk to the Tuileries Park and the Louvre. Close to several restaurants on the street behind, just a 2-minute walk. It’s on a busy street, which somehow gives a feeling of tranquility. --- The apartment was very clean and well organized. The bathroom is small, but big enough for the basics. Overall, the apartment is a great size for two people. --- The only issue is for anyone arriving with luggage. The elevator only goes up to the fourth floor, and the apartment is on the 5th. So checking in and out are the only slightly annoying moments because you have to carry your suitcases up the stairs. --- In summary, I highly recommend booking.

From the first interaction with Julien and from the first time we entered in the apartment, we can only say that all was more than perfect! How he greeted us, how much support and useful tips offered us along the stay, how wonderful the apartment is, how well connected with everything in Paris. This is our second visit to Alain’s lovely apartment. We are a family of 4 - myself, my husband and our 14 and 11 year olds. We stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful time. The apartment is lovely - the location couldn’t be better and the apartment is comfortable and beautiful. The host is extremely responsive and so helpful. We have had no problems and would highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Paris.

Thoughtful and responsive hosts…. They’re just down the hallway if you ever need them…. Beautiful, spacious home with an outdoor space…. The neighbors are all quite friendly…. Monoprix nearby…. Neighborhood is peaceful and gorgeous…. Close to Roland Garros (my main reason for visiting)…. Perfect stay! Merci!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Raphaële’s beautiful studio in Le Marais. The space is just as stunning as it looks in the photos—thoughtfully designed, cozy, and full of character. The location is absolutely perfect: walking distance to the Seine, Centre Pompidou, Notre Dame, and tons of amazing restaurants and shops. Despite being so central, the apartment felt quiet and peaceful. Check-in was seamless with the lockbox, and Raphaële was a fantastic host—responsive, friendly, and clearly experienced. You can tell a lot of love and creativity went into designing the space. We especially loved the modern glass divider, artistic décor, and the warm, inviting lighting. Would definitely recommend this spot for couples or solo travelers looking to enjoy the best of Paris!

I didn’t have a lot of communication with Eric but that was because there was no need and not because he wasn’t available. Every time I messaged him he replied within a few minutes. He was clear, accurate and friendly in his instructions and everything went as expected upon arrival. The apartment is small but has everything you could need with the added bonus of a very good fan which kept us cool as it was quite humid. I travelled with my 11YO son and he was over the moon that Galleries Lafayette was literally on our doorstep so he could look at Jellycat toys everyday! 😂 Every landmark/location we visited was on 1 metro line and there were plenty of places to eat and have a cheeky glass of wine nearby. We are planning another visit and will definitely look to book Eric’s place again. Merci beaucoup

We enjoyed our week at Phillipe's property. He was a great host. Listing as described. Kids enjoyed the large garden and pool. Location is very peaceful but close enough to larger towns and the coast. Would stay here again.

We had a lovely weekend at Jacques and Eric's! They're really thoughtful hosts who take pleasure in connecting with you. The house and its garden are superb, very quiet and surrounded by fields. Everything is spotless, we really liked the possibility of turning the double beds into single beds, having come for a weekend with friends. We'll be happy to go back!

Cheerful hillside home in a quiet, wooded garden. There was nothing missing. Fabienne welcomed us very warmly and made us many proposals for outings and restaurants. To be booked without a second thought!

Djillali is very nice and kind person, everything went really well. We can only recommend his place to stay. Easy access to the city centre.

Such a beautiful space, close (short drive or cycle) to a lovely village. We only stayed for one night but would love to return for a few peaceful days.

Everything was as described. 7-minute walk from a metro entrance. Very quiet, easy to access and safe. Beautiful terrace. We have everything we need. There is even an iPad to explain the whole place and give information about the neighborhood. Grocery stores, restaurants, etc.

Well designed and comfortable space. Most enjoyable visit. Crisp clean linens, plenty of towels.

The apartment is a second floor walk-up (35 steps) in an older, but secure and clean building, near a metro stop. It is on a busy street, above a Mexican restaurant, but the apartment is quiet and there are no odors from the business below. There are many windows that open, so that the place is light and airy. The kitchen appliances that we used were in good working order. There is good water pressure and ample hot water. The Internet connection is fine and the TV has all the main French channels. The bed is comfortable and we slept well. The host was prompt to meet us at the apartment and answered our questions. The apartment is comfortable and spacious (for Paris) with many personal decorative touches, including some intriguing original Chagall-esque paintings. This is a good, convenient choice for a couple to visit the many historical and cultural sights of Paris.
