Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Picardy

I only stayed one night, but it's a really cosy place. Very clean, the fire stove was awaiting me when I arrived, and Virginie gave a very warm welcome. I can definitely recommend this place!

A beautiful French cottage 15 minutes from the lovely town of Pierrefond which has 2 brilliant bakeries, a range of restaurants and the amazing Pierrefond Castle. The cottage was beautifully decorated and had everything you could need for a weeks holiday, including plenty of cooking essentials. The location was great, with plenty of chateaux’s and countryside to explore. You can reach both Disneyland Paris, and a Paris park and ride in 1 hour, making a great base for a day trip!

We had a wonderful holiday staying in Catherine and Benoist's charming annex. From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm and heartfelt welcome. The house itself was tidy and well-maintained. For anyone interested in outdoor activities, the location is fantastic, being situated very close to the most well-known climbing areas. Additionally, the beautiful forest is just a short walk away.

Excellent house, tastefully furnished, comfortable bedding, top amenities, nothing is missing. Ideal location both quiet and close to everything.

We had a great time. The Fort is peaceful and welcoming, we were at home with a real change of scenery! Daniel and Agnes are truly kind and Daniel's passion would be contagious if we had more time 😃

Lucy was super friendly and responsive to our messages, even giving us recommendations for local dog walks to help tire out our energetic golden retriever. The downstairs living area and 2 main bedrooms were really spacious, comfortable and well equipped with kitchen equipment, towels, toiletries etc. Plus a fantastic walk in shower en-suite and outside areas to relax in too. All in all a great stay!

Top central location on Montmartre, metro only 3 minutes away, many restaurants in the immediate vicinity. We felt very comfortable

Great stay in a really beautiful and functional apartment. Recommended

The location was so quiet considering how close to the Arc de Triumph we were. Easy to walk to the Metro and explore many parts of the city (I would recommend the Argentine Metro over Charles de Gaulle by the Arc which was much busier and hectic). A local boulangerie, Boucherie and coffee shop along with many restaurants to choose from). Having the toilette and wash area separate was very nice with 3 people staying in the apartment. We ended up not using many of the amenities (dishwasher, washer, stove or cook too) but nice to have available. And while the kitchen was small, we still ended up able to have 3 people standing in it for a late evening snack). While the bedrooms are small, the beds are comfortable and the large closet was needed and used for our belongings, There are stairs but easily manageable. While we did have one issue, Nicholas was responsive and helpful. I would return in the future.

I stayed for a month at Elodie’s apartment. She stocked the refrigerator with my favorites before I arrived. I totally enjoyed my stay as it is a block away from 2 metros, several eating spots and a Gifu across the street. The views every morning were just spectacular as was the night view of Sacre Cour turned green for StPatricks Day! Elodie is special and very kind. I loved my stay in Paris and I loved Elodies place.

We had good contact with Caroline and she offered to bring our suitcases into the accommodation while she was still in the process of preparing them. At the place we found everything we needed, which was really well equipped. The sofa in the living room was more for a child than 2 adults, but it was perfect for us. There was everything you need such as hairdryer, toaster, TV, etc. The first night it was very noisy in the house, the house is clairaudient. I recommend earplugs. But the surroundings are great, there are lots of restaurants, bakers and bus and metro are close by. We would definitely return because for us the apartment was perfect.

Anne’s place was a dream. My friend and I had the best time exploring the neighborhood & getting to return to her beautiful home each night. Our favorite part was Soliman the house kitty, who was the sweeeeetest. Anne was a great help with everything and was always available if needed. We can’t wait to return & stay here again! <33

Pierrick’s apartment is half a block from the cathedral and even has an amazing view of the tower. Although the walls are a little thin between floors and neighbors, the location, Pierrick’s friendliness and responsiveness, and the quaint apartment all outweigh that small downside. The apartment has a small elevator that can fit a person (or two large luggages) that make settling in much easier. I could not recommend a better stay in Reims.

We stayed at Thomas's home for a week while taking part in the World Championship CX race. The house was a great escape for our athletes to have a quiet space and rest up for their big event. The property and home was very well appointed and everything was in place for you to make your own meals and enjoy a wonderful week. We will be coming back next year for another week!!! Thanks Marc.

Beautiful and exotic location. Ideal for a summer and winter family weekend. The facilities are very clean and everything is perfectly functional. 15 min from the sea. I recommend it without hesitation.

Beautiful stay everything is very good,clean and neat ,good beds and everything in stock for cooking yourself. Also everything provided to relax, like billiards ,ping pong table trampoline, etc. Very friendly reception and even welcome gift. Had a good knowledge of us when there was an electricity span due to an accident and when there was electricity again with emergency generators . Fortunately, candles were provided. Thank you for making our stay as pleasant as possible.

Clara is a very responsive host who is really looking to make sure everything goes smoothly. She responded to our requests very quickly and kindly each time.

Great location for a number of activities (walking, sailing etc), peaceful road and property, large garden, spacious living area. Host was clear and communicated well throughout.

We had a lovely stay. The house is a great light space, plenty of room, good sized beds, lovely terrace and big garden with swing, slide and tree house. Feels like being in the forest. Big airy lounge and seperate TV/playroom Kitchen well equipped, good big BBQ. Garden secure behind large electric gates.Isabelle responsive and helpful recommendations. Hotel next door great view for a glass, and food decent if you don't fancy the walk to the village, where there is a great restaurant. The local beach is quite a steep path but is stunning with the tide out, lots of sand, swimming, rock pools. It is tide dependant, so have to time to avoid pebbles, but lots of sand if you time sensibly. Beautiful peaceful location. Not perfect or pristine, but that is fine by us with two toddlers, and great value. Looks even better than the photos. Would happily return.
